I have high potential for ingrown nails on my big toes and she knows EXACTLY how to clean them so that they are comfortable. I have searched for years for someone that is knowledgeable AND kind and that is what I found. If I have ever not liked a color I chose, she has always been willing to change the color and doesn't make me feel bad because she just wants her customers to be happy. I refuse to go anywhere else and can't recommend Lynn enough! The salon itself is clean, spacious, and does not have an overly strong acrylic smell that many salons can have. I have always been treated kindly. Bring cash to pay (for your own savings) but they accept other forms of payment for a fee. There's also always some sort of promo going on to save a buck so sign up for their texts (they're not excessive texts which is nice). This is not sponsored, I just love Lynn and will be coming here for as long as I possibly can!

Suggesting I pay for an entirely new set rather than standing behind your work was disappointing. While I understand accidents can happen, accountability is measured by how a business resolves them. Unfortunately, my overall experience--from the injury to the quality of the services and the resolution offered--did not meet the standards expected from a salon with your pricing. I stand by my review and hope this feedback leads to improved training, quality control, and customer care for future clients. By the way, still no call from a "manager."

To start off, lets talk about the atmosphere! This salon plays my favorite types of music such as Michael Buble and Celine Dion. They have the AC on during the hot summer days and are never stingy to turn them off. The store is well decorated and everything is brand new. Secondly, lets talk about the service.I had two separate ladies worked on my hands and feet. Not only that they were both kind and gentle, they were also very friendly and talkative. The one that did my pedicure named Vivi ( I think she was the owner) was very nice and friendly and she always ask me if I'm doing okay. She drained the tub and refilled it with warm water whenever the water gets too cool. Thus, their customer service was top notch. Lastly, you can't go wrong with the price. The place is absolutely amazing. I come in blind without checking out reviews, and I am astonished by all the positive reviews. I am glad that others feel the same way I do. Lori one of the women who work there is extremely nice and works very delicately. She tries her best and she delivers the best service there. When you walk in the store, you'll be greeted with smiles. The whole salon is clean as it can be. There is also a lovely selection of colors to choose from. I picked a sparkly red gel color for my nails. The massage chairs are very nice! The choice of entertainment on the TV is also a plus. They know how to choose entertainment very well. read more

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!.I came here today for a basic manicure and they kept asking if I wanted Gel Manicure. Repeatedly told them no, I like my own nails. The woman who did my manicure did THE WORST job ever. When I was done, I had nail polish all over my cuticles and skin around my nails. They were painted a dark maroon, so it was very visible. I asked her to clean them up, then again she did a half ass job. I finally asked for the brush myself to do the job right. Then, I had skin hanging off my cuticles from where she cut them. They just have a lot of ridges. The nail tech, Rose, asked if I was ok with her doing the acrylic directly on my nail, no tips, to smooth them and make them "more natural". This was fine with me as long as it was the pink and white full set I requested. Rose applied the acrylic. When I asked if she was going to use the white acrylic next she replied, "No, I paint". This is not the service I came in for. I did express this to Rose. She said it was fine. She would paint and use gel. Again, this is not what I came in for, but what choice do I have now? Ultimately, I paid $56 for a service I did not request and will still need to go home and clean them up. Picture of what I left with included. Bottom line, when a paying customer requests a service, and you start providing the service, it is unprofessional and impolite to later tell them you won't provide it.

But unfortunately, the overall experience has changed, and I no longer feel comfortable continuing to go there. I am now seeing someone else, and honestly, the service is a thousand times better.
