After my appointment, I went back and read the negative reviews, and honestly, those matched my experience much more closely. The first red flag was that I walked in to ask about pricing, then left to think about it, and one of the employees actually came out into the parking lot to convince me to come back. That immediately felt off. The second red flag was that I asked for almond-shaped acrylics, and the technician immediately started putting tips on without ever asking what length I wanted. He just assumed I wanted them short. By that point I was already committed, so I just went with it. As the service went on, I also noticed the salon wasn't as clean as I would expect. There were leftover decorations up and everything was just dirty and had stains on it, and debris around the work area, and it just didn't give me a great feeling. To be fair, the pedicure came out really nice. They opened what appeared to be a sealed pack of sanitized tools, which I appreciated, and I'm happy with how my toes turned out. The acrylic nails, though, were another story. The technician left noticeable gaps between the acrylic and my cuticles, as well as along the sides of my nails. They're also extremely thick. My boyfriend, who normally doesn't notice nails at all, actually asked if they were press-ons because they looked so bulky and fake. It's only been about a week, and because of the large gap near the cuticle, they already look like they've grown out for several weeks. I know sometimes a last-minute appointment is all you can get, and that's why I stayed. But if I could do it over again, I would have gone somewhere else. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this salon based on my experience.

Sharlene greeted me and checked me in as I walked in, which was nice because she also did my pedicure. She was very sweet and patient with me since I had a few requests during my pedicure. She was also gentle and did a great job! I booked my GelX manicure with Tyson since I noticed he did a lot of the nail art on their social media. Let's just say he NAILed my inspo (pun intended). I am so happy with how it turned out. He was also patient with me since I had to pause mid artwork to use the bathroom (& yes I did use the bathroom the moment I arrived too). I appreciated that he would ask for my opinions on the artwork because I opted for gold detailing compared to my inspo pic. I had a great experience and I look forward to coming back for future nail appointments!

From the very first visit, Michelle and the entire team welcomed my daughter with open arms. They were patient, gentle, encouraging, and made the experience fun instead of stressful. They never made her feel like she was "too much." Instead, they made her feel seen, accepted, and beautiful. Today my daughter is 5 years old, has since been diagnosed with severe ADHD, and she still gets excited every time I tell her we're going to see Michelle. She feels comfortable there, confident there, and genuinely loved. As a mother, there is nothing more meaningful than seeing your child embraced for who they are. Michelle and her team don't just do beautiful nails they create a safe, welcoming space where everyone is treated with kindness and dignity. To start off, lets talk about the atmosphere! This salon plays my favorite types of music such as Michael Buble and Celine Dion. They have the AC on during the hot summer days and are never stingy to turn them off. The store is well decorated and everything is brand new. Secondly, lets talk about the service.I had two separate ladies worked on my hands and feet. Not only that they were both kind and gentle, they were also very friendly and talkative. The one that did my pedicure named Vivi ( I think she was the owner) was very nice and friendly and she always ask me if I'm doing okay. She drained the tub and refilled it with warm water whenever the water gets too cool. Thus, their customer service was top notch. Lastly, you can't go wrong with the price. The place is absolutely amazing. I come in blind without checking out reviews, and I am astonished by all the positive reviews. I am glad that others feel the same way I do. Lori one of the women who work there is extremely nice and works very delicately. She tries her best and she delivers the best service there. When you walk in the store, you'll be greeted with smiles. The whole salon is clean as it can be. There is also a lovely selection of colors to choose from. I picked a sparkly red gel color for my nails. The massage chairs are very nice! The choice of entertainment on the TV is also a plus. They know how to choose entertainment very well. read more

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!.I came here today for a basic manicure and they kept asking if I wanted Gel Manicure. Repeatedly told them no, I like my own nails. The woman who did my manicure did THE WORST job ever. When I was done, I had nail polish all over my cuticles and skin around my nails. They were painted a dark maroon, so it was very visible. I asked her to clean them up, then again she did a half ass job. I finally asked for the brush myself to do the job right. Then, I had skin hanging off my cuticles from where she cut them. Never will be going back, that's for sure! read more

They specialize in SNS(dipping powder) manicures. Of all the nail salons I've been to in the Orange County area, they have by far the largest selection when it comes to dip colors(100-200+). If you are looking for a place that is affordable and can get you a long lasting manicure, I strongly recommend them. I've had times when I crack one of my nails within a week of getting them done and I've gone back to them for a redo on the nail free of charge and I cannot express how much I appreciate them for it. Make sure to call and make an appointment because they can get busy and might make you wait as a walk in. As of 2/28/25 getting a SNS manicure here costs $45 and a regular pedicure costs $25.
