Went in about one week and a half ago to get build up gel , this was my first time coming here . My nails have never hurt so bad they left them sensitive and RED, not to mention my nails were different shapes and polish was done horrible , nails didn't even last 2 Weeks . Absolutely flawless work. The nails are beautifully shaped with a smooth, elegant finish, and the color looks soft, natural, and refined. Every detail reflects true craftsmanship and high standards. The service was professional, efficient, and attentive. If you're looking for quality and sophistication, this is the place. Highly recommended.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This nail shop is so easy to get to and the staff is so friendly and kind.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had a broken nail that they repaired for me and they did really well on my Gel x nails. They were very careful with my nails and very meticulously gave me one of the best manicures I've ever gotten. They had a talk show on and festive music .

I seriously hate leaving such bad reviews but I gotta for this one. Today was my 2nd time going because I decided to give this place another shot. I know finding a home nail salon is trial & error but damn I really left so unhappy. I asked for simple clean, no polish manicure + gel pedicure. The lady who did my nails was in the older side so I get that she may not have fully understood what I was saying but she basically "cleaned" my cuticles and shine buffed my nails & that's all she did. I looked and noticed that my skin around my nails weren't cut clean. It looked the same from when I came in except slightly moisturized because of the oil she put on after. I asked her to clean it up for me and she wasn't too happy about it. I could tell she had a hard time seeing even with glasses because she kept cutting the same area but wasn't actually cutting anything lol Now my pedicure lol.. the gentleman was quiet so we didn't really speak much. I just told him white gel & cut down. Every thing was good until he sneezed into his hands, didn't wash & proceeded to touch my feet. I'm not one to make a person feel embarrassed so I didn't say anything. But gross. Maybe I should've said something & that was my bad..? I don't know. Anyways so I get home, and ALL MY TOENAILS ARE CROOKED. He blunt cut them without shaping so they're sharp & going in different directions :/ OH & after he finished.. he didn't tell me anything. Just got up and moved to the next client LOL so I sat there for a good minute like a little dummy waiting for him to come back & finish.. Total was $61. For what?? Basic pedicure set ($27) + gel so maybe $37? And manicure with no polish, no removal of any prior set, nails cut down was $24? I didn't say anything because there were other clients inside. I should've asked for the itemized bill but I just couldn't stop thinking about how I needed to get home ASAP & try and fix them myself. I wouldn't have gone to the salon if I knew how to do it but clearly it's not my area do expertise. I cannot T_T ugh I feel like I just wasted money. I was gonna give them 2 stars but I felt like that was mean so here's 3.

This place has been remodeled with new chairs that work pretty well on my bad back not to mention that their prices are not bad compared to their surrounding area competition. I rarely get my nails done specially gel because I feel like it has damaged my nails in the past, but I couldn't help but treat myself today. I made an appointment and got the gel X for manicure and regular pedicure and I couldn't be happier. I paid an additional $10 for the chrome metallic polish to be added to my gel which looks pretty good. I hope they last a while as I am a very active mom & have 2 young kids demanding constant attention. Will be back again. This might be my regular spot since I'm new in the area thank you Anna

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Came here on a whim and even though they were busy, they mentioned I could wait 40 mins which I honestly didn't mind after already driving an hour from work.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] During my wait, they offered me cold beverages from the mini fridge and I was able to go through all the colors to pick what I wanted. I felt like time had gone by pretty quick since before I knew it, I was already in a chair to get my regular pedicure done. I also got a dip manicure. Technicians were friendly and did a great job. Prices are competitive and was happy to tip more because the manicure/pedicure didn't take up the full budget I was anticipating. It's not a modern salon, but they get the job done and I left happy - will be back! read more

Went today with my son he had a manicure and I got a pedicure the pricing on the board and all menus was $20 for manicure the lady wanted to charge $25 as she claims they raised the price!!!!! This is not honest I will never go back again and will tell all my neighbors and friends about this incident. read more

One of the most terrible dips I've ever had. It chipped the next day, corner of my nail broke, looks like a child did it. The sides are not painted and nails are crooked. The gel top coat also came off the next day on my entire nail and chipping on every other nail. It's cheaper than other salons because the work sucks. Not going here again. The only good thing is everyone is really nice here so I feel bad, but these are all true unfortunately. read more

I'm an 18 year old girl, and I've literally never gotten acrylics done. I have my own money from my job, and I don't mind spending my money here at ALL! It's very reasonably priced, and the quality is great. The technicians are so nice, my mom and I love Theresa, but they're ALL so sweet. The whole place is such a positive vibe, and everyone is smiling. It also doesn't take NEARLY as long as other places my friends go to. I'll 100% be coming during my breaks from being away at school when I'm in town, because they're the best!! read more

When they explained the services they wanted, the staff seemed noticeably less interested once they realized there wasn't a pedicure included. They were told there would be a 20-minute wait. A short time later, another customer walked in and requested multiple services. She was taken immediately, while my mom and niece continued to wait. Whether intentional or not, it came across as rude and as though customers requesting smaller services were treated as less important. Unfortunately, it left a very negative impression.

I buy Disney gift cards at target with my target card for 5% off and the grand California hotel valet parking (normally $75) is complimentary with $125 or $175 service (no tram or walking). The locker room is luxurious with lots of amenities, including 2 showers (they have on-wall shampoo/conditioner/body wash), 3 bathroom stalls, 1 steam room, oodles of lockers which have your robe and rubber slipper shoes and space to put all your stuff during your treatment, and all of the self-care goodies near the 2 sinks (mouthwash, body lotion, makeup remover, hair spray and gel, clean combs and brushes, an aromatherapy machine) as well as flavored water. They use nice towels to dry your hands, and they have body towels if you take a shower. The lounge space is co-ed, with loungers, chairs, 2 flavored waters, 2 types of small bite-size pastries (blueberry bread and cranberry orange scones), and they offered me hot tea. The wall nearby appears to be stained-glass. Wowsers, what an experience. It's absolutely worth it. Spend the money on yourself, indulge, and you will never regret it. I was surprised by how few veteran-owned nail salons there were, so when I found Trendy Nail & Spa, I knew that was the place. I stopped by in person to make a reservation for four. The owner was was incredibly welcoming, and even though they were fully booked on what looked like a very busy Saturday, he made room for my group. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was warm, welcoming, and relaxing. Even with a full salon, the place never felt rushed or chaotic. Everyone was friendly, professional, and were genuinely happy to be there, which I knew it would contribute to my friends' experience to be even more enjoyable. The ladies had an amazing time, and their manicures and pedicures turned out absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail and customer service were outstanding. Terrible service and attitudes from the ladies. Every time I come in to get my nails done, it takes two hours. They don't listen and they blame it on the shape of the nail and my fingers and they have to keep doing it over and over to get it right. Very unprofessional and sloppy.
