Absolutely loved this place! So spacious and clean! We were a walk in on a Monday and were able to be taken right away! Pricing was not bad at all for the service they provide. I received a gel pedicure and was the deluxe version which was about ~$50 which to me is not bad. My friend received a regular pedicure with a gel French tip and hers was a little over ~$100. They have a variety of options regarding the extent of service you would like to receive. They also give a complimentary beverage and have a list of nonalcoholic and alcoholic along with soft drinks and water. Only downside was the parking lot. But as long as people come and go shouldn't be to much of a problem. Would highly recommend coming here. And would definitely come back again if I'm in the area and in need of a pedicure/manicure. read more

Being injured during a routine pedicure is not a minor inconvenience--it caused pain, disrupted my daily activities, and should never have occurred. Regarding the chipped nail, I wasn't asking for a completely new set. I simply expected a reasonable solution for a manicure that had already begun failing. Suggesting I pay for an entirely new set rather than standing behind your work was disappointing. While I understand accidents can happen, accountability is measured by how a business resolves them. Unfortunately, my overall experience--from the injury to the quality of the services and the resolution offered--did not meet the standards expected from a salon with your pricing. When we walked in we were greeted by the receptionist and she asked if we wanted to add any services to our head spa. All of us added neck and shoulder massage/ exfoliation. I usually receive great service here and the team is always accommodating, but this visit was disappointing. I came in for a full set and asked for a length between short and medium. Not only was my request ignored, but the tips and acrylic were applied very thick and wide. I had to repeatedly ask for the sides to be filed down, and when I requested a more narrow shape, I was told my nail beds were wide. While I know my nail beds aren't narrow, the final look really comes down to technique and experience--and every other tech here has always done an amazing job. What made the experience worse was that she became visibly upset when I asked for corrections, and then handled my nails roughly, even cutting me while filing. Overall, this was not the level of service I'm used to at this salon. I have not been to this salon in a few months and the last time I was there the same nail tech got into it with a customer. I didn't remember it was her but my boyfriend did. Definitely disappointed. Are your nails supposed to look like this? read more

I've been to a lot of head spas but they really take the time to make sure you feel relaxed during the entire treatment. I had Tiana do my head spa, she has very gentle but firm hands and she worked her magic on my scalp. Afterwards I got a luxury package pedicure with Joann. We booked a party of 5 and some of us did not want a full head spa treatment so love that they give you options for just facials. My therapist did an amazing job with my facial massage, head spa, and blow dry experience that I was so relaxed. This was a much needed birthday break celebration and loved every minute of it. I came in for a French tip manicure with a photo reference that I needed to match as closely as possible for work. I showed the photo to the woman doing my nails and expressed the importance of matching it as close as possible! At the end, the manicure was beautiful, but it was not what I asked for and she was unable to fix it for me when I asked to add the French tip. I told the front desk staff that I unfortunately didn't get what I asked for. I went to this salon because my usual place was fully booked and I was leaving on vacation. The minute I walked in I got a bad feeling. My usual place is so bright, clean, and welcoming. This place looked messy and the ladies who did my nails were not friendly. It felt like I was bothering them and they wanted to be done as fast as possible. I had long beautiful almond-shaped nails when I went in and wanted a gel mani and regular pedi. I wanted my nails slightly trimmed because they were very long, and wanted to retain the almond shape. They completely butchered my gorgeous nails and it was an awful experience overall. My pedicure was done in 15 mins which is the shortest I've ever had. The "massage" she gave me was basically her rubbing lotion on my legs and feet with no pressure whatsoever. The lady who did my nails cut them really short and rounded them off. The tool she was using kept slipping in her hand and she just seemed like she was rushing despite my making an appointment. The gel polish smelled awful and my fingers burned under the lamp she used. Although this place was cheaper than my usual salon, I will never be going back and will gladly pay more for a relaxing and fulfilling experience where I am happy with my nails. read more

For my friend's birthday, we went as a group of 5 to do the Head Spa Express Treatment (45 min)($60). For the head spa, you walk through the salon and through a door at the back to a separate room. It's gorgeous inside with a pebble pathway, twinkling lights on the ceiling, and wood dividers with hanging string lights. Before the treatment, we were offered mimosas, tea or water. That was a really nice touch! Then the masseuse gave us a chance to use the restroom before starting. Once in your individual room, you put on an elastic band top and they put a heated blanket on your stomach as well as a thick warm blanket over that. The table itself is comfortable, and for parts of the treatment, there is a warm facial steamer that feels so nice. I felt like my scalp was truly deep cleaned and I got a great, relaxing massage. After the treatment, you get your hair dried next door (separate from the salon) in another room that is just as aesthetic with wood paneling and hanging greenery. All the hair dryers are Dyson. You can pay for your services with credit card, including the tip. This is so convenient since you don't need to prepare cash before going. For myself, I felt the express option is the perfect length for me and included so many perks (like the mimosa, heated blanket, beautiful ambiance). After it, my hair has been the smoothest and softest it's ever been. And it's continued to be soft and smooth after I washed my hair. Definitely worth it and so impressed by how beautiful their spa space is! read more
