I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Villa Termites because of their honesty, educational manner and reasonability. I was referred to Villa Termite by my neighbor. I had already received quotes from other companies because I saw evidence in one location in my house but had put off treatment overall for a number of reasons. Hector came and explained what he was doing and spot treated two areas right away. I had an antique armoire that I was told by one company that had termites but Hector identified them as beetles and treated them. He went into my crawlspace and subterranean areas which most contractors do not bother to do. He educated me on how the moisture affects chemical treatment and how long treatment lasts. Most told me that I did not have termites now, but I should treat and then treatment should last for a long time. This would cost thousands of dollars. Finding a house is notoriously difficult, working with Hector and his team made it infinitely easier. We trusted Hector on over three jobs, and every time he goes above and beyond. In once instance after inspecting everything, he climbed the roof and explained to us everything he saw. While he was up there he noted some issues with the property line which we wouldn't have known since it was blocked by the garage. In another instance, he walked us through a problematic property and mentioned every type of termite, method of remediation , and chemicals he would recommend and use--going through spaces I didn't even know was possible to get to! In our final house, one that we purchased with his recommendation--he had his team tent the property, and then came by after some time to make sure there was no more termite dropping and the tent was effective. More over, he noted how there are gaps in the attic that he recommends I touch up to prevent further termite from coming in. All these value he provided without any additional up charge. His rate is reasonable, if not the best around--but more importantly, he doesn't pressure you, but instead helps you make an informed decision. We found termites in the flooring of our toddler's room under his bed and I totally panicked! We called Hector and he came out the next day and confirmed we did have some termite damage. He was honest (did not over-sell us) and said we just needed spot treatment. We took our son to my parents for the weekend, while they sprayed and also replaced the flooring under my son's bed.
