They recommended T & D and Tony was able to provide me with a container of the paint. For such a small job, Tony took the time to come outside, survey the car and even offered to put a clear coat on after my touch up. It is refreshing to see such customer service in this day and age. I knew it was something serious, that had to be addressed, my mechanic had advised me to go to Freeport Collision and talk with TJ . TJ listened to what I had told him was going on and he assured me that his crew could fix the problem. My drain lines were clogged as well as one of them was not even attached. I've been to Meadowbrook Collision twice in the span of 3 years - both times bringing a practically brand new car to have its rear bumper replaced due to some inconsiderate a-hole ramming into it and speeding off into the night. This time it was for my brand new C300 that had less than 1K in miles, so new that they had to wait for parts from Germany to be shipped over. They kept us informed as to the timeline, and when it was finally ready I drove my rental vehicle over to pick it up! They actually take care of the return of the rental car for you so it's so seamless. I'm such a big fan!! My car looks like the day I drove it off the lot - it looks like it hadn't been in an accident and it was washed and vacuumed, AMAZING service.
