It looks like the big brother of plastic wrap, but is sturdier and comes in different degrees of tint--customer's choice. We chose NEW YORK CITY WINDOW TINTING, which we found on Yelp, where they've earned many excellent reviews. (I'm finally adding mine!) Jerry Ciccio is the principle. He did an excellent job on all my windows. The cost was reasonable, he and his helper arrived as planned, and finished and cleaned up very well. If you wish, you may use my name as a positive reference. Pricing goes by the size of the window(s). You'll have to do some measuring in advance, send the dimensions to him, and then Jerry can give you an estimate. He'ss answer any of your questions and concerns, and is a very congenial guy. When every other car repair place turned me away, including the dealer, I came across this place. When I arrived I met Dan who went out of his way to help me. Without charging me Dan troubleshooted some issues and when I needed to get the car up on the rack they were ready to handle it instantly. After diagnosing the problem and realizing that the broken part was a dealer part, Dan immediately called the dealer to help me locate one same day so they could do the work and get me home. I can't thank them enough. Later I found out that this place is known in the community for being awesome. I finally in January, went to another mechanic who said they were the worst cheapest brakes that could be put on a car. When the mechanic took them off The rotors were all rusted and corroded. They said they were never done. The rotors were never changed. I paid a lot of money and after two months, I had to redo them. This place is a rip off. They charge you a ton of money and put junk parts on your car, and they charge a ton of money for parts. They didn't even replace. Stay clear. Bad bad Business

Devin is the owner and right now he's working alone since he had to lay off all his employees. He's lost 95% of his business due to the coronavirus. I've always felt Devin was an honest man, very important in auto repair. There were several times he could have made an unnecessary repair but didn't. He also has free air for cars and bikes at the side of his shop. Anyway, I got my oil changed and some brake work done while he was at it. The brake work could have held off but I thought I'd help him out over these trying times. His honesty was once again evident when I asked him to check the battery because it failed this week and I had to get a jump due to inactivity, I had the battery a good while. He said it held a charge fine, no need. The guy stays honest even though he's trying hard to keep his business open. So, if you have an inspection coming up or nearing an oil change maybe you can get the latter done early to help him out. He's Long Beach local so it would help us all to keep him going if we can. I arrived on Sunday around 2pm and there were 3 cars ahead of me plus 1 being washed. It is a 1 at a time service. I waited about 25 mins to be washed. I sat in my car but I think they prefer you don't. I misunderstood because I was watching a movie on my phone and I was distracted. They drive your car away from the wash station to the wipe down area. It was a lovely day and I did not mind hanging out waiting. I think the whole thing took about an hour. I got the 45$ wash. My windows were streaky I noticed the next day on the inside but I know that's a tough area to get clean because I have a tuff time with it too. Overall they were super nice and it's close to home.
