Macy's is the only operating department store which seems to be doing quite well. Auntie Anne's is the only other store I see any value in even visiting this mall. There are shoe, urban wear, phone kiosks, hair wig sellers, part of the downstairs is rented out to a church. With at least one major dept store still operating doing better than Dutch Square mall.

They all were for one customer, so then another lady walked up and she started grabbing info to get orders. When she got to me, I actually walked with her down to where she had to grab the orders from, and that, to me sped the process up much quicker. I think they need to move the register closer to the pick up area, but eh! The staff here is always pleasant and I love the store layout. It's a women's clothing store that has stylish casual and work wear. I wandered in to see what it was all about and I'm glad that I did. They have such stylish, flattering pieces. They carry a brand of denim called Democracy. These jeans fit me like a glove. I'm so in love. I ended up with two new pairs of jeans, accessories and some cute decorative items for my home. The young man working the register was super upbeat and friendly. I'm a happy shopper. I'll definitely be back.

I found my way in Versona on a recent trip home when I was in Columbia for the Holidays. I point…read morethis out because, it goes without saying, holidays = FOOD FEST. I basically wrapped up the year of 2018 binge eating, and got so fat, that practically nothing I had packed for the trip, fit. Even my fat clothes were, well tight. I would've been depressed by this, but I was too busy stuffing my face with delicious food that made me happy. That, and that there were stores like Versona to the rescue. Fortunately there was a Versona just 10 minutes from my family's house. I was able to go in and find a plethora of nice tops, all in color quadrants too which made it easy to shop, and I was so thankful that there were choices for all body types. Yes there were more for smaller figures, but they still had a good selection for women like me, who can now check the "few extra pounds/curvy" box. I was beyond thrilled to find a flowy cowl neck tunic that was very forgiving around the waistline (and let's be real, thighs too), but fashionable and flattering at the same time. Thankfully they had a few colors and because I liked it so much, I bought two. Beyond the attractive tops and range of styles to navigate through, Versona also offers lots of fashion-forward jewelry, handbags, and even some shoes. The prices are reasonable, but my guess is, the quality will be on par with that. I am not counting on these cowl tops to last a long time, but they were worth the purchase to get me through the Holidays. It's all ok though, it's a New Year, and I'm being super cliche - back to a better food regiment, and hopefully I won't need these "fat" tops for too long anyways. But in the meantime, while I do have them to sport, they're great, and I can thank Versona for that. Other things to note: Friendly and helpful customer service, and easy parking!

This department store is very large inside and bustling unlike the mall it resides within. There is a Toys R Us operating within Macy's which is great to see. Two level store luggage, home goods down, clothing up. There are two entry's into interior of mall as is two levels throughout. Large selection for clothing, perfume, not very large for purses, shoes. The only store keeping this mall alive, still going strong.

I been on the hunt for some cute Spring clothes so figured that this would be a great spot to check out. The store wasn't busy which was good. It allowed me to shop without any interruption so I grabbed my items and was ready for check out. Unfortunately, I had to stand there and wait until the cashiers decided to finish their conversations. My wait time was longer than I expected! Other than waiting and noticing an attitude with the cashier the location was clean and organized, but the customer service wasn't the best at all! No greetings from the workers, no thank you or have a good day. Again, not the best customer service by any means.
