William was so helpful, professional, and courteous. The ride to the airport was so pleasant. His car was so clean and there were little bottles of water waiting for you. It didn't answer many of my questions, such as is there a cancellation policy. I emailed them and they responded very quickly to all my questions. BTW, their cancellation policy is $20 charge for each reservation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours there is no refund. We booked for a 8:30 a.m. pickup for our departure date. The driver was outside our house at 7:45 a.m. and texted me at 8 a.m. We rushed to finish packing and were on our way at 8:10 a.m. I guess looking at us, he decided that we'd appreciate oldies music. We chuckled to ourselves but didn't ask him to turn it off. When some of the songs went on repeat we laughed internally again. We got to the airport at 9:30 a.m. A bit early, in fact two hours before the check-in counter opened. For our return ride, we got sent a message when the plane touched down. We didn't know how long it would all take before we had our luggage and could leave, but the driver was nearby and would be ready when we were. He sent a picture of the vehicle. Both vehicles were Toyota minivans, very roomy and comfortable. We will be comfortable using Sunrise Shuttle if we need to get to SFO again.

Abdul tracked my flight, we stayed in touch, and he was right there ready to pick me up as we discussed. - Safe -- Abdul is a safe driver. Reasonable speed (not slow but not too fast); no sudden turns; no abrupt braking. It was a smooth ride because he drove well and paid attention. And he was definitely not checking his phone while driving other than to glance at navigation toward the end of the trip once we got deeper into my neighborhood. - Clean and Comfortable -- his car was very comfortable and impeccably clean. On our way to the Sacramento Airport for a Disney Cruise to Alaska, we learned that the car carrying our children and two young grandchildren had been rear ended and totaled. They were stranded on the freeway, shaken, and unable to get to the airport. After dropping us off at the airport, Moe didn't hesitate. He immediately left the terminal, drove straight to the accident scene, gathered our family, and got them safely back to the airport -- delivering them to the gate just in time to make our flight. And he still wasn't done. Moe waited until I confirmed that every one of us had boarded the plane. And after all of that, he still went the extra mile -- literally -- driving the car seats back to my son's house. Moe's kindness, urgency, and genuine care turned what could have been a heartbreaking disaster into a saved family vacation. We will forever be grateful, and we will never use another car service. Also, no apologies, no listening and very rude customer service people on the phone. They treat you as they are making you a favor not providing you for a pay service.

I was picked up, wheelchair was loaded into the cab and we left. Suddenly as we were arriving towards my destination, the driver is called by his "new manager." The "manager" instructs him to pull over three blocks from my destination and load me and my wheelchair into another vehicle. Reason? The current driver had to make his way to another call-but I was still his passenger. His manager demanded it and we pulled over. The "manager" loaded me up in his car, putting the folded wheelchair in the trunk. He drove me three blocks and charged me "about $5." Later that day, I called the company again for a pickup going back to the hotel. I called at 1:45pm at first, letting them know where I would be for the pickup. The dispatch told me that he could not pick me up BC the company was not "wheelchair accessible" and could not dispatch anyone. Confused , I called back at 2pm asking for another ride only this time making sure to specify that the wheelchair could fold up and that I did not need a ramp. Again, the driver told me that he would not dispatch a cab for me even though they had already picked me up that same day. I asked someone else to call for me from a different number and asked them Not to mention the wheelchair and the cab company agreed and gave an era of 10 minutes....I waited in the hot sun, in a chair by the road, for one full hour. Nobody called. Nobody came. I relayed this information to the supervisors of the conference and they called the cab company to inform them that it was not fair to strand someone in this way, saying "you got her here, now you have to take her back." ( At this time, all other cab companies were busy and a few even said that they were also " not handicap accessible"). The cab companies dispatcher agreed that there was confusion and agreed, after being sternly told off, that they could "send someone over immediately" (3 pm). I waited one hour, nobody came. Very disappointing. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this matter.
