This is a beautiful campground with the friendliest staff. Full hook ups and 2 pull through sites available. Dining/restaurant, store, laundry facility, swimming pool, dog park (this is a little rough but it's a place to take your dogs), & pickleball courts. Great family place, great place to go and relax. Close to town if you need anything. Down side to this facility - I dropped my keys in our camp site. Called the front office, was told to fill out questionnaire and keys would be mailed back to me. 10 days later, still trying to get keys back. Being told I have to include credit card info, no credit card info on link sent to me. This should be an easy task. Reached out to Jessica & Lauren, both of whom talked to us about purchasing a tiny home, they did not answer my texts regarding help with keys. Check your camp site throughly before you drive away. read more

Beautiful place but don't expect to be able to use the spa because kids use as a kiddie pool. No life guard and parents care less about teaching their kids to be considerate. Everything else is very nice. read more

While this is a beautiful and newer resort that we have stayed at since they opened, they now charge a $25 "resort fee" like the Las Vegas casinos do now. WTF? Especially with the premium price they charge, just include it in the price. Don't insult me as a customer. We used to love this place but are now getting sour from their corporate greed. read more

Our family of 8 and 6 pups spend 3 amazing days at Village Camp Flagstaff and had an incredible experience! The grounds were exceptionally clean and well taken care of! The staff, especially Emily, Lia , & Brook couldn't have been more accommodating and attentive! The cabins were in perfect condition, clean, well maintained and stocked with everything we needed! This is for the RV section. While overall the park is beautiful and has lots of amenities including an onsite restaurant and bar with great food. The biggest negative is an inordinate number of dogs. People do not keep them on a leash and during our stay 3 different occasions where dogs were wandering through the resort. A Rottweiler, and two pit bull boxer mixes. Though the park has rules, they are difficult to enforce. In addition, several incidents of people leaving them in fenced enclosures with no cover in the heat of the day. We are animal lovers and this is heartbreaking. Perhaps if the park charged a pet fee this would help with this issue. read more

Christmas at Village Camp Flagstaff! We had a traditional Christmas morning then packed up and headed to Northern Arizona to stay in the Cypress Cabin with mountain views, fresh air & woods! This amazing camp site is full of tiny homes & RV sites with loads of amenities including: Full Bar & Bistro Personal fire pits Playground & amphitheater Basketball & pickleball courts Pool & hot tub & yard games Trails & trees Easy access to Flagstaff & Snow Park Our cabin sleeps 5 easily with a queen bed, two twins in a loft area and pull out sofa! It also has full size appliances so we were still able to enjoy a yummy Christmas dinner! Although we came a little early for prime snow time - we can't help but daydream about coming back once it does snow because it would be beautiful and so cozy! This may be a new favorite Northern Arizona camping spot! read more

Overall our experience was positive, finally a nice RV spot in Flagstaff. However, the only downfall was that we booked the super premium RV spot with the outdoor fireplace and bbq. The outdoor fireplace had the smallest flames i have ever seen. We were all disappointed because it was a perfect October night to sit by a fireplace but you couldn't heat a toe with the flames coming out of that thing. I should have just went with the premium spot which my neighbors had along with a barrel fire pit that was blazing. read more

Our family just visited Village Camp this last weekend for the first time. We rented one of their premium RV spots and loved the location and amenities. Each of the premium spaces includes a gas fire place and grill. This was a huge bonus for us. We only wished that the size of the fire in the fireplace was slightly larger as it looks quite small compared to the size of the fireplace and that there was an electrical outlet anywhere on the grill/fireplace area. We wanted to plug in a second grill and crock pot and had to run an extension cord. The clubhouse is absolutely stunning and has all of the amenities you could hope for. The food was absolutely delicious and we loved having the games available for the kids to play. We also loved the outdoor games and playground. We will definitely be back again and strongly recommend this place for your next camping adventure! read more

Well I almost don't want to do this because I want to keep this place a secret! What a terrific concept done well. We had a premium spot and loved the large cement pad, gas fireplace and grill. Nice large sized lot for slide outs. We loved the occasional train horn and the park itself is very peaceful with tons of activities available. We enjoyed live bands on the weekend and great food & drinks in the clubhouse which is beautiful. Our kids came up with their kids for 2 nights and rented a tiny cabin (Ponderosa) which was very nice and tons of space, great deck and firepit. We all loved going on walks and rides on the nearby trails. The park sits basically in the middle of Flagstaff and Williams so there are tons of things to do. Our big shout out goes to Emily who works in the clubhouse. She was super friendly, very helpful and shining star! They have a nice gift shop with a bunch of branding merchandise and a few things you might need. We loved the trash pick up at our site each morning and the propane refills if needed are easy. We've stayed here twice in our RV. Had to come back to Flagstaff for a family wedding so rented a cabin this time. The cabin was comfortable and well-stocked. The downstairs bedroom is pretty small. You'll need to walk sideways around the bed. Bring a non-slip floor mat for the shower. The shower floor is slick like glass. Yikes! None of us could stand up without feeling like we were gonna fall. (We went to a store and bought a shower floor mat!) Also- there were no hooks to hang towels or coats. Loved the convenience of a big fridge, dishwasher, and washer-dryer. We were not bothered at all by train noise. The tracks are half a mile away and it just was not problem at all. read more

I'll start with saying the view was beautiful from the cabin but inside was a completely different story. The cabin was filthy, dirt and grime all over the walls, the pull out bed sheets were dirty and had black crumbs all over them, dead bugs and crumbs on the floor from the stairs to the kitchen, left over lint roller sheets with animal hair lying on the floor, which covered the couches and beds I learned from getting my allergies triggered and was left congested the rest of the trip. Also makes me wonder if they even change sheets or try to attempt to clean the furniture or do they just lint roll everything and call it a day, a lot of hair that wasn't ours were stuck in the bolts on the kitchen barstools, the dishes and cooking appliances had old food stuck to them, and all around the place just made my skin crawl. We sucked it up because it is a holiday weekend and our only weekend away but was severely disappointed in the quality of the cabins. It also took us 30 minutes to check in because the check in desk and bar/restaurant are combined so the only girl working was doing everything from making drinks, taking orders, cashing people out, and checking people in and out of the resort, poor girl deserves a raise. read more

Long term sites are fairly level and all services worked fine at my site. Internet needs an upgrade or boost or use your own as it's under serviced and not strong enough to handle all the users especially on weekends. For the money this is an oversight that needs to be addressed. Most RV parks have terrible WiFi and it's not a surprise but this is an upgraded facility and should be better than average. It wasn't. Clubhouse was nice and grounds well maintained. Nice areas for dog walking with some grass areas near club house as well. Club house offers food and drink and basic continental breakfast at no charge on weekends and menu ordering for breakfast sandwiches as well. This was nice. Nice pool area and patio with view of San Francisco peaks too. Trash pickup at your site is always welcomed and done here as well on a daily basis. Mix of tiny homes and Rv sites at this location. Tiny homes can be rentals by the owners so often busy in that regard. Side by side rentals during summer but these vehicles can be noisy. This area can be windy also so watch your slide toppers. Often 20+ mph. Great summer place as temperatures are 30+ degrees less than Phoenix. read more

The grounds were well kept, the service in the clubhouse was amazing and the cabins were clean and had everything we needed for a weekend! Must stay for families! The little cottages are perfect and have everything you need to enjoy a weekend out of the heat. There is a great pool and hot tub and the community center is so nice. Each cottage has a bbq and fully supplied kitchen. Would be a great place for a group gathering. read more

The idea of this place is really cool, but I definitely didn't think that I was gonna get what I was going to get. If you are 5'5" and above. You are going to have a rough time. The amenities and staff are pretty nice, but as far as the cabins go, it's really uncomfortable. The couch that's inside was stiff and extremely uncomfortable. I could only sit on it for about two minutes before my legs went numb. The beds are quite comfortable. But again like I said if you're a tall individual, it's gonna suck. The main or master room has zero walking room or room to change in. Everyday I had to climb into the closet just to be able to get changed. And just to get around that main bedroom, I had to basically crawl on the bed just to get to the side I slept on. I'm not gonna lie it's worth doing at least once, but I think it's one and done for me I'll enjoy my time in a hotel in comfort next time. I definitely had a complete different picture in my head for this was going tbut you get what you get sometimes. read more

I'll start on a positive note...booking on the site was easy for an rv site. They don't guarantee a spot unless you pay extra which I think is ridiculous. I guess that wasn't so positive. Lol! Check in process was easy and the location was about 15-20min from DT Flagstaff. The sites are quite close to each other so you're literally right next to your neighbors. Our site was located across of the clubhouse which was beautiful and clean. They had a cool bar area with seating by the fireplace, outdoor seating as well. They have a beautiful pool with a hot tub that was packed because it was a little colder in the later afternoon. The clubhouse offered breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food options were minimal but offered if you wanted to get a bite. They had a little gift shop with very nice stuff but it was pricey. They had tons of spots to take your pups with poop bags and trash to dispose. Like mentioned before, if you're sensitive to noise this is not a place for you. The train runs 24/7! On our last day my husband decided to get coffee and the older check in lady was rude. He wanted a latte but apparently the 16oz espresso is not 16oz only 2 shots. Very confusing! She told him she's not a barista when he asked about milk. He was taken back by her attitude towards him, paid and walked away. She was very friendly to the next lady that walked up?! Safe to say, this is a one and done kind of place. Not for us! Sad because we really wanted to like it and bring friends back. read more

Our weekend stay at Village Camp in Flagstaff was pretty good. The resort has a modern clubhouse vibe that enhances the experience with its bar and lounging area. Our outdoor fireplace came in handy since we stayed during the winter. The staff, lounge and clubhouse all exceeded expectations but the cabins may appear spacious on social media but they are considerably smaller in reality. Just imagine being in a tiny house that you seen on TV or can haul around. It was neat nonetheless. This location is off the highway and is about 10-15 minutes to town. There are cabins to rent and also RV parking available. read more

No power... our rv had been running on battery for hours before we realized the 50 amp power box at the resort was not working. We ended up having to run our generator all night and when I called the staff to report the issue, all I was simply told was "yes, we are experiencing a power outage".... not exactly helpful!! If I was going to have to run my generator all night, I would have saved myself $120 and just boondocked... glad we caught the issue before we went to bed or our batteries would have been dead by morning and then we would have had another mess to deal with. Wish the staff would have cared and attempted to make it right, I am more worried about the other campers running off battery and not knowing then the staff here are. read more

After booking a three night stay. I tried to cancel two weeks out. I had to call five different times to get a confirmation sent to my email. I had to cancel. I was told I get a full refund. Had call back again because I did not get a confirmation on the cancellation then she told me I was not going to get my refund because it was on a holiday weekend. I said well then I might as well stay she's like nope sorry it's already been booked out. So now I'm out $187. They didn't lose any money I should be getting my money back very bad policy. Very bad way to do business. I would not recommend this to anybody. read more

We booked for 3 nights, Monday check in and leave on Thursday, an emergency happened to where we had to leave on Tuesday. We called and they would not give a refund for the 2 days. We was going to go back with family members to camp or stay in one of the cabinets, now we will not go back there ever. It rained while we was there so could not use the amenities that was there and now will not be able to. Why can't they give back our money since we did not stay, emergency is not something we want and can't help that they happen. read more

Village Camp is an awesome place to camp, they are 5 years out from completion we were told. Check-in you are greeted by a friendly face, but they need more staff. You must like trains because they blow their whistles 24/7 and very loud especially at 2am, in three days we slept 5-6 hours a night. The campsites are gravel, could be difficult to level your bumper pull, our RV settled in the middle of the night, not all tables on the sites are on a concrete slab, challenging to move closer to your RV. The Amphitheater that includes a bar and food sometimes closes hours early due to shortness of staff as we found out. The facility is a no cash facility, debit or credit cards only. The girl pouring drinks asked us how to make a drink, Alcohol Beverage Control, need I say more. There is an awesome pool and an area to play Corn Hole. There is no onsite Host or security for after hours, closet store is 20 minutes away, trash is picked up every morning between 8am-noon at your site, no trash bins available. On-site showers are very clean, they have a shower, sink and toilet. Large property to walk or ride your toys. There are only a handful of sites with large trees, more big trees are needed, a site with your door and awning facing the East is best. You're at 7000 feet, the air is fresh and clean. Down the road to the West is a small Western town called Williams. Employees told us the owner likes his expensive toys, does that mean we have to pay up for his toys! read more

Stayed over the weekend with another couple. Staff is great, lounge and lobby are great, but a fair warning: the cabins are light years smaller than they look on social media. We should've done a little more research because I'm 5'10" and my husband is 5'11" and we elected to take the upstairs beds having no idea they are pretty much for children. It's a loft with like a 5 foot ceiling. You can't get dressed up there. You can't stand. You can't do anything but sleep. It's not even worth bringing your bag up. I just found myself annoyed the entire time about having no room of my own and hit my head on everything lol read more

This is the place to stay if you're coming up to ski Snowbowl! First off, there is a shuttle run by a super cool guy. It goes straight from Village Camp to Snowbowl; not the lower parking area, all the way to the lifts. No stops along the way to pick anyone else up. He also runs wine tours and tours down to Sedona from what I'm told; probably in the Spring or Summer? There is an extra charge ($35 as of this review), but it's worth the small fee to avoid having to drive up an icy road and find parking, or go into town and try to decipher the shuttle route. As to the resort itself, it is comprised of small, individual cabins, so you have your own kitchen and parking is right outside your door. Each cabin has a big porch where you can leave skis, boots, boards, etc., I left all my stuff out on the porch and had zero issues. No lugging all your gear across a snowy parking lot and up stairs or into an elevator. Pull it out of your trunk and walk into the cabin. Couldn't be easier. The cabins are all modern and basically brand new. This place is less than a year old. Don't expect a rustic look, with someone's old tools hanging on the wall as decorations and the pots and pans nobody else wanted in the kitchen. Everything is modern and clean. Most of the units have their own fire pit too, so you can sit outside with a cup of something warm, and gaze at the woods and mountains over the fire. Go to their website, you can take a virtual tour of the cabins and see for yourself. Finally, there is a clubhouse area with a bar and restaurant; and pool and hot tub... a big hot tub. Not sure if the pool is open in the winter; I didn't see anyone swimming, but the hot tub is awesome. They had live music when we were there. You're only about 10 minutes outside downtown Flagstaff, so when you want to go into town for dinner, shopping, nightlife, or to visit your NAU student (guilty), it's an easy and short drive. When you're at the resort though, you're in the woods, but not "creepy" in the woods. Plenty of hiking, jeep/motorcycle trials. My daughter and I went snowshoeing in the woods right outside the resort! Stay here; you'll love it! read more

We've stayed here 6 times so far since before and after construction was completed. We're currently on our way to our 7th visit with our RV. We have two kids (13 and 5) and they both love coming up here. We love the premium back in spots the most. The patio area and fire pit are great that you get. The clubhouse has a great lounge area with a bistro and a nice little gift shop. Our kids love the pool and play area. It's pretty quiet with beautiful views. The private shower and bathrooms are amazing and beautiful too! We haven't used the laundry but it's also modern and looks nice. We love seeing the same staff every time we visit. The train horn at night is annoying but that isn't the resort's fault! read more

my favorite RV park ever...Village Camp Flagstaff is only about one mile from the the BNSF railroad tracks in Bellemont. With 70-100 trains passing by everyday it's a train enthusiast dream...best part while in camp you can hear the train horns all day and night...it's heaven. read more

Great if you like parking lot camping. You are wedged in on all sides with no pretty views of anything but your neighbor. If you have kids bring bandaids. Sites are filled with lava rock and make for nasty skinned knees. The park for kids is a joke. On a more positive note it's very clean and well kept. This just isn't our style of "camping". Probably better for older, single couples. read more

The refund policy is not 72 hours, it is more like 4 days so be cautious. We did not want to stay here once we realized it was still under construction, tried to cancel well within 72 hours of check in time and were only refunded about 40% of our money back which is odd. I don't think we will stay there next time we come to Flagstaff and they are actually done. read more

We have booked 4 nights and last night was our first night here. There is no way to sleep here. The trains run 24/7 and that's all you hear at night. If we had somewhere to else to go, we would. On another note, they did refund some of our money back and have been very helpful with the situation. read more
