The owner also told us his floors have a lifetime warranty as long as the work is completed by them, thought wow that's a great deal. Upon the job being completed I told the installer I see a bunch of damaged floors and he told me you can't have perfect it's just how they are. I don't want perfect, I want consistent. 13 boards damaged, missing the pattern like it was just scratched off. So my brand new floors look old and damaged in some areas. I called the owner who came out to our home to assess the issues, he assured me he will send someone out to swap the boards, said sometimes that happens and the print doesn't get into the boards properly so I thought ok, at least it's going to be fixed. Then he completely ghosted us, never called and will not even return my call. I left multiple messages on the company phone, his personal line and e mailed them. Why say you're going to fix them then never show up. The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in the Temecula Valley. Save your money and give it to a professional business, this place is garbage.

Then after you receive their extremely overpriced estimate, they tell YOU, that YOU took too long (10 minutes) to agree to $3,000 (after waiting 5 1/2 hours for their quote) and tell you they can't do your lights for another week past the day you were originally quoted earlier that day, because other people now paid a deposit and you didn't. I even told his wife during the several phone calls that I wanted the quote ASAP so I didn't get pushed behind other calls. She assured me I wouldn't be, and kept saying give me a few minutes I'll call you back. For hours I kept following up just to hear the same "let me call you back", they just lie and waste your time unless you're willing to be disrespected by Kevin and agree to any price. They make you go through all the hassle of 12 phone calls to them and listening to Kevin brag how he's hung Christmas lights for 15 years and he doesn't bother with any jobs under $500 because his "days of those jobs are long gone." Christmas time is supposed to be exciting and full of cheer, not rude business men looking to rip people off and disrespect them. Which is exactly what you'll get it if you want a quote from them.

We hired KC Floors Feb. 19 to install flooring and baseboard in our 1,760 sqft home. It is now April 6th and all of the corrections are just being finalized. Where to begin... Dave, the sales guy, was a nice guy but measured the flooring wrong and a few days into the job the sub-contractor, MIGUEL & SONS, had to drive to L.A. to grab 300 sqft. MIGUEL & SONS are complete hacks. If KC Floors tries to send them to your house refuse entry. They had a crew of roughly five guys that were terrible. They broke the supports under our bed when moving it and did not tell us, they tried to repair baseboards with drywall mud and it had to be ripped out, they did not remove the underlayment and the floors were uneven in many of the rooms and they had to come back and remove two of the bedrooms and reinstall the flooring. When Miguel came back to do they repairs he was mad and uncooperative. When KC floors tried to send Miguel a third time I refused to let him in. He, and his company are not capable of completing the job the correct way. (see photos) The owner refused to take my calls and requested that all correspondence be via email. This was actually better because the information the office was providing me and the information the owner provided contradicted each other. The owner also was requesting final payment, which I refused because the job as of now has still not been completed. I could go on but at this point it's not worth it. If you are looking for a cheap price, bad work, terrible communication and a job that should be completed in 7 business days taking 2 months you are in the right place. Your search is over. Call them today! If you want a job done right pay the extra money and go somewhere else. A long overdue review. About a year and a half ago we lost power in about half of the outlets in…read moreour home. I called another electrician I used before, but they were not able to send someone right away, so I decided to call AllCity. The Amazing Renzo appeared a few hours later and checked out our breaker panel. He said "your circuit breakers are all good, but I am pretty sure that your city service line is compromised". He told me "I am not permitted to call the city for you, but I will tell you exactly how to describe the problem to them". He then coached me on how to describe the issue. I called Riverside Public Utilities and followed his instructions--they came out within AN HOUR!! and quickly restored our service. Kudos to both Renzo and RPU for their excellent work! But wait, there's more! Several months later the tenant in the home I am renting out called to say that her power was out. Renzo came out again, this time with an assistant. They determined that the 50 amp master breaker was toast. Now these are breakers from the 1970s and apparently no longer manufactured. They made some calls and were able to locate a used breaker in good working order. They returned a few hours later with a working breaker and after wrestling the dead breaker out they installed the working unit and restored power to the house. The price was very reasonable all things considered and certainly much less than a new breaker panel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Showed up, made a choice, they loaded the truck, and went into the office to pay. All of the quotes we got were outrageous - including a $24,000 quote from ReBath we had to suffer through a 3-hour presentation in our home just to hear. And that stuff is just plastic! Anyway, we knew we wanted something custom, which included: 1. Full demo / removal of the old bench seat 2. Floor-to ceiling large tiles (Minimal grout lines) 3. Custom floor (No pre-fab pan) 4. Dual shower head with 3-way valve 5. Frameless door 6. New vent fan (Our old one couldn't keep the mold out) You can see from the video our original shower was just gross. The caulking was worn out, there was water damage on the wall from leaks and mold, the tile was dated and I had to duck under the frame of the door every time I entered the shower. Todd came in for a quote and was super professional right from the start. He gave his honest advice on our design ideas and worked with us to find the right price for the work. I'm old school so these things matter to me - he looks you in the eye when speaking to you, explains things plainly and always shows up on time. He made a great first impression AND his quote was very reasonable. From demo to final product it took about 6 business days. Todd was very tidy and made sure to always pick up his mess at the end of each day. Honestly he was so neat he really didn't have much to pick up since he was always vacuuming and taping things off so well during the process. He was sure to check in with us throughout each day, making sure we liked the progress and asking approval when needed. He did all of the plumbing, electrical and tile work himself! We needed a custom piece of glass to fit our odd-shaped shower frame and he brought in Jose from Nwegen shower doors - he's worked with him for more than 16 years. Jose did an amazing job on (what I consider) a giant piece of custom glass and industrial hinges. First thing the Jose said to me when he got here was "I love working with Todd because I never have to second guess his measurements and things are always level." Seems like simple stuff but you know how they slap houses together now - things are rarely level to begin with. We are absolutely ecstatic about our new shower. There is so much more room inside, the dual shower heads are awesome and easy to adjust and best of all - no more ducking under the bar to get inside! Todd was so great to work with we were already hitting him with ideas for the rest of the bathroom before he was halfway finished with the shower. We have used several different contractors on our home and he has been by FAR the best professional connection we have made. Can't recommend him highly enough.
