But the bottom line is, Staples charges much less, and their service is better because their staff knows what they are doing. If you can't compete on either price or service, then you don't have a leg to stand on.

However, after we spent hours helping them to correct the significant problems, we had to consult an experienced archivist for his opinion. He concluded the work would never be of high enough quality to be usable. As Charter Oak states that satisfaction is guaranteed, we asked for a refund. Instead of working with us or coming to any kind of agreement, the owner of the company has completely ignored emails and written correspondence. Now we have to take a route that we certainly never wanted to take.
