Poor customer service. I was told that I needed to load any pictures I wanted printed to their webpage, jpeg only, small file size only. If you want anything printed with details this is not the place for you. If you want to be able to bring a USB drive or SD card to the store to have prints made, this is not the place for you. Not sure why all of the bad reviews. I have been going here for the past two years to get my film developed and prints / enlargements done. I have found them to all be very helpful and engaging. Their prices are much better than Hunts or any other place that still does film. They make their pints in house. Their turn around time is amazing, never more than a week for development and prints. This is film only, so I am not sure about digital. I am a supporter. read more

Super affordable and extremely convenient. I recently took up film photography and was in need of a lot of help. The people at ABC photo were really kind and helpful. I'm a college student on a budget--their prices for prints are extremely affordable. They also were able to hook me up with rolls of film at different ISOs and in B&W. I use ABC Photo lab for my digital prints and occasionally when I shoot film. The quality of prints is always far better than vistaprint or your local pharmacy/other chain store. Can't go wrong with them. read more

I have used ABC for a couple of years. They have always provided an excellent product and service. Turn around tie ia also excellent.

Totally disappointed with mail order experience. Form indicates online photo delivery but they no longer offer the service. One roll took over a month to get back. Low resolution scans of the negatives. Still haven't received the film that was ordered despite being charged for it and told that it had been mailed. read more

Just one example of their dedication to their customers is I just realized that I needed something printed for New Years weekend so I called them at 2:00pm today and it will be ready tomorrow by noon. I've been going here for years but my last experience was fairly mediocre and lacking in any sort of customer service whatsoever. I needed several 5x7's printed off a thumb drive, so I stopped in and after standing at the counter being ignored by three people for some time I was directed to the self service kiosk (which was fine, it just wasn't there the last time I was in so I didn't know about it). I selected my prints and entered my phone number at the end, which I assumed meant I'd get a call when the prints were ready (as there was no further contact or instructions from the "employees"). After a week and a half I finally called them and the prints were in fact ready. I guess I shouldn't complain because they didn't charge me the $10 service charge that I later found on the slip inside the envelope, and the prints were fine. In fact, they've done great cleanup work in the past for me on some blowups for a portfolio, I just felt marginally acknowledged as a customer, almost like my presence was an inconvenience. read more
