What truly stood out was the staff's integrity and kindness. I accidentally left my credit card there, and not only did they go out of their way to mail it back to me, they included a cute little Thirsty Pony drink coozie in the envelope. That was such an unexpected and thoughtful touch. Customer service like that really matters. The atmosphere and the way they handled my mistake absolutely left a positive impression. Again, no apology from the employee, and I felt hostility because we were complaining about the service. We have been regular customers at this BWW for many years and have never had such a bad experience. The food that was hot tasted fine, as usual, but the attitude of the waitress ruined things for us. I spoke to the manager as well when leaving, and all I heard were excuses for why the food was coming slow, no empathy, no "sorry" that we're having a bad day.
