We're staying at the Holiday next door and came in for a late dinner after a fun-filled day at Cedar Point so pretty hungry and super thirsty. We didn't get any menus when first sat down so our server was scrambling a bit since the host kind of left us hanging. Our server was really great at keeping our cups full and putting in our order quickly. The food came out pretty fast which was really surprising but tasted pretty subpar. You really should come here for the vibes which were fun and lively! There's also a bowling alley, axe throwing, laser tag, at least 3 different sports bars/betting, arcade, AND a food truck outside with yard games. I ordered the cluck cluck burger which has bacon and an egg. The burger patty was pretty dry but it was saved by the egg. It comes on a pretzel bun which I loved! My nephew ordered a ton of apps instead of an entree and got the giant pretzel (cheese came out pretty dry with a hard top), onion rings, and the cheesesteak fries. He liked the fries the best, onion rings were good, but the pretzel was cold. My husband got chicken wings naked with three or so sauces on the side which weren't very good so I'd suggest getting them normally breaded. He also ordered a burger with sweet potatoes fries that were pretty good but his patty was also dry.

Not the best service but great little spot close to cedar point, food is good, bathroom is hilarious!

Being this place is right at the entrance to the Cedar Point causeway, you can imagine that it gets busy. I came on a Friday around 2:45 pm. I ordered the bourbon burger and fries. The food took approximately 15 min. That seemed to me quiet fast considering how busy they were. Now the downside, if you are looking for a relaxing environment this is not for you. Being multiple baseball teams it was noisy to say the least with each table trying to over talk the next. This is in no way a strike against this business. Just merely a heads up to a potential customer that it gets loud. Summary = food was good and the burger was a hand patty with fresh toppings. The service was polite and attentive. The environment is busy and with plenty of entertainment from betting on horses to corn hole to a large connect 4. Bring the family and friends and enjoy yourself.

Everything tasted like it came from the same deep fryer--seriously, it was like the entire menu was just one giant vat of frying oil. I was not a fan. Our waitress started off slow, and then it got worse. We sat around for 25 minutes just waiting for her to check on us or even ask if we wanted the check. By that point, we had already spent an hour and a half in this culinary time warp. I finally had to get up and hunt down the waitress just to get the bill! It seemed like there were only two waitresses trying to juggle 30 tables, which explained the snail-paced service. They were out of a few Oktoberfest items, which was a bummer, but we made do. The mozzarella sticks came with cold marinara--like, who thought that was a good idea? I've never seen that before in my life! The bang bang shrimp had some shell fragments in it, which was a real letdown. Oh, and they were also out of spinach and artichoke dip, so we had to skip that too. The place felt more like a bar with a menu that was all over the place. You could buy novelty shirts, play games, and even bet on sports, which is kind of random for a dining experience. It was a rainy Sunday night, so maybe that added to the chaos. All I know is, next time we're in town, this place will not be on our list!

Don't bother if you want mediocre food as well as slow service. Party of 5, children and no alcohol. Drinks came out pretty quickly but took forever to get our orders. Sweet potato fries were cold we sent them back and they came back soon but you know they just re-dipped them in the hot oil... Slaw was just like wet cabbage no flavor and couldn't eat it.. Best thing on the plate was the deep-fried dill pickle spear and the dipping sauce for the sweet potato fries. Bun on my burger was hard, and I couldn't eat it. Was really looking forward to this excursion but left really disappointed.

Love this place so much!!!! Excellent place to stop for dinner after a long day at Cedar Point. Here's all of the great reasons why I will continue to come back here when I am in town: - Awesome staff, very attentive and enthusiastic - Easy parking lot - Really good drinks and they're not overpriced - Great food menu - Lots of TVs (watch your games here!) - Gambling and tons of arcade games, bring the kids! - Lively crowd of both locals and park goers If you like a lively bar with good food and drinks, you should definitely stop here. Much better than eating at the park or fast food places nearby!

Blumbleberry (?) beer which is a blue berry honey lager and my husband's IPA!

It's a vibe. Friendly staff and we also stop through when in the area because the kids love it. Food is consistently great.

The place radiates friendliness and you truly feel like a regular when you walk in, warmly greeted right away and taken care of the entire duration of your meal. My family had returned after a long day of theme park food and I needed something lite - and their seasonal salad was just what I needed. It was a very generous portion with some of my the sweetest strawberries I've ever had with candied walnuts, feta cheese, and a delicious vinaigrette to go along with it. Skip the theme park dining when you can - or at the very least, supplement it with this delicious cuisine and friendly service.

Our first night in Sandusky landed us in this small tavern right across Lake Erie…read more Very casual vibe and everyone was very accommodating but seemed overwhelmed. For an appetizer, we ordered the wedge salad and the Buffalo Chicken dip. I got the perch dinner for my main course. The kid got a chicken sandwich and my wife got the brisket Mac n cheese. They said that the kitchen was backed up. Honestly, it was totally not an issue. We were just relaxing, watching the game and chilling after a 7 hour drive from NJ. What was an issue was...... appetizers came out exactly the and time as the main courses. WHY????????? It couldn't have taken that long to throw blue cheese, bacon and tomatoes on a chunk of lettuce and pump out the Buffalo Chicken dip and then worry about the main courses later. Now we have to decide, do we want to eat the entrees or even touch the appetizers. That alone always ruins everything. Food was very good. Like I said, people were very nice but you just can't bring everything out at once. Defeats the point of "starting" with something.
