We discovered the Villas at Poco Diablo over 10 years ago. We love the secluded location, tucked in right above Oak Creek. We have seen lots of critters on the creek and every season is beautiful. The accommodations are comfortable and private. A perfect place to decompress and enjoy the beauty of Sedona.

Good location, close to town, but very, VERY TIRED furnishings. We arrived at 4pm and the room wasn't ready until at least an hour later, and no accommodation was given. Liked how remote the location was, but not much else. The swimming pool is located between the two parking lots.

The strike plate on the door after it was repaired. DO NOT STAY HERE. There are plenty of safe alternatives

During the second night of my stay, the door latch failed due to wear and tear. This meant the door swung open during the middle of the night. The management was apathetic, blaming it on me for not using the deadbolt, did not get maintenance over promptly to fix it so I could spend my day in Sedona hiking, and instead had to spend an hour waiting for the maintenance to be completed until I could leave my room. There is a legitimate safety issue with the state of disrepair in the building and I cannot recommend against staying here enough. After my stay I received the following email from management: "Let me begin by apologizing that you experienced a challenge with your front door last night, it is my understanding that you did not have an issue with this at any other time during your two-night stay with us. I am also sorry our conversation did not end well, I tried to call you after Victor checked the lock, but you had already left. The door does latch, it might be tight, but that is because of the weather-stripping, not due to a malfunction. Victor adjusted the strike plate with you there to allow it to close a little easier, but to be clear it is not broken. I completely understand your frustration, I completely understand your concern. I don't fault you for questioning this, but the lock was working, and I cannot offer compensation in this situation." To be clear, the lock was not working, and once it was "fixed" by the repairman it does not look to be in safe working condition.

This was a wonderful place to stay. I would highly recommend. My husband and I came for a couple days and it was quiet, clean and beautiful. Also, zero sales pitch. The suite's highlights were the fantastic, large jetted tub, built for two; king-size bed, two large TVs, full-size kitchen, couch, recliner, fireplace, vaulted ceilings and skylight, patio looking out onto a running creek, pool and hot tub. There's also a nice area with umbrella tables, grills and a pop machine looking onto the creek.

Full five stars for sure! My husband and I stayed here for a 3 night vacation. It was wonderful! I love their amenities and their customer service. The rooms exceeded my expectations. The creek is literally steps away and our back porch backed up to a pond. We sat in a swing together at night and enjoyed the cool night air, grilled steaks by the sound of the creek flowing, and fell asleep to the ambient sounds of frogs. There isn't maid service so you need to clean up after yourself but we didn't mind. You get to utilize their sister resort which has on site laundry, indoor heated pool, clubhouse and many activities. We will be returning here!

It is hidden down the road from 179 on Oak Creek Cliff Dr and has spectacular views down the street on 179 of the mountains and the sky is all lit up at night because Sedona is a dark city and yes, you see the milky way on a clear night. The bed was firm but ok and not really soft but it was nice. The extra pillows and blankets they provide helps make the bed more comfy. The room was recently updated and features a spa tub and patio that opens to a view of the mountains and a pond. The room has a modern fireplace (do not pay attention to the photos on the reviews here of the old chiminea type, that was before the update), mini fridge, mini kitchen, keurig pot, satellite TV, usb ports for charging, free WiFi. The facility is on a golf course and is very well kept. The facility has picnic tables, BBQ grills, hot tub, pool, restaurant/bar, fitness center and mini washateria on site. it is not far in either direction on 179 from restaurants, bars, movie theater, grocery stores and the night life of Sedona. It is a nice romantic, quiet wonderful, scenic great place. This is a superb facility and I highly recommend it. The views are phenomenal and at night, the stars are amazing!

On our first morning, we arrived at the restaurant around 10:45 a.m. and were told breakfast service was ending. Our only options were to wait for lunch or try room service, which wasn't guaranteed. This was especially frustrating given how far our room was from the dining area. We asked the front desk if we could place a room service order without returning to our room. Although the concierge tried to help, no one followed up for about 15 minutes. While our server was kind, the manager, Ryan, made no effort to resolve the situation or take accountability. Despite the dining area being nearly empty, we were told we could not be seated and had to take our breakfast to go. Hoping for better service the next day, we ordered room service again and were told the wait would be one hour. Our food arrived an hour and twenty minutes later. We were also told the Duck Pond pool was open 24 hours, but when we arrived it was dark, unattended, covered in dirty towels, and had no clean towels available, giving the impression it was closed. While the setting is stunning, the disorganization and lack of service significantly impacted our stay.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit was perfect for the retreat myself and friends were attending for a 3 day trip. There's I think 15 or 16 units, I believe all are 2 bedrooms. If you're able to schedule in advance, you and friends/family could get them side by side like our group did and it makes it great for going back and forth to visit. The condo was clean and well stocked, the views are breathtaking, and below is a fire pit, waterfall feature and a bocce ball court. We used it for sunrise yoga with our group. There's no pool, but it's still a great condo for the price and location. Tucked away precariously it seemed when driving up a snaking road, it's maintained well and very quiet. The red mountain vista views literally out your door are resplendent. About 15 minute drive to Airport Vortex and the Supta, 10 minute drive to the main area of Sedona, although we walked back and forth from there in about 30-40 minutes. Very nice, would definitely return.

The entire home was super clean, linens and towels were soft and plush, and the dishes, cookware, and other supplies were in great supply and good condition. The Bella Dona is literally a haven of peaceful rest after a day of exploring all of the beauty that Sedona and the rest of Arizona has to offer. In February we booked a vacation through AirBnB with Dove Wing Knoll; one of I Love Sedona's properties. 45 days out from our July 2022 reservation we told them that we had no choice but to postpone our trip due to our new home build's closing delay (we are now closing on our house the week we were supposed to be on vacation). They said they would "do us a favor" and allow us to reschedule the trip before August 2022, but there were only a handful of days available in the booking calendar between June and August 31st, and we have children that cannot miss school unless it is during a school break. It was an unrealistic offer and they knew it. We attempted to negotiate with them, asked for a credit for a future stay in lieu of a refund, but NOPE. They are completely unwilling. I asked to speak with someone in senior leadership about our situation and was told I was already speaking to "the highest ranking company representative that speaks with guests."...really? Seems a bit odd. I wonder if the owner, Jim Bizily realizes how pompous that sounds. We are paying them almost 5k and getting NOTHING in return. We tried resolution/mediation with AirBNB customer service, and have opened a claim with BBB. I realize at this point they have gotten away with 5k of our hard earned money, but I will be damned if I don't warn others so they do not make the same mistake we did in booking with this company. It is sad to see the bigger property management/vacation rental companies taking over AirBnB and VRBO and essentially stealing from customers by using their ridiculous policies to take advantage of the customers with good will. We just wanted to change our reservation dates. Damn....we got all this instead.

There is seating down by the creek, on the patio off the main room, and inside the main room itself that all have great views. Our room was very spacious with a 2-person sized bathtub and a fireplace! It had truly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in away from home. My husband was obsessed and wanting to know how we could copy it to have at home. Both of the inn managers were so kind and took such good care of us.
