I didn't see any gluten free options. I also believe they only have one type of crust. I did order this pizza as carry out. I had a 25 minute drive home. The aroma of the pizza was very tempting. I was disappointed that the pizza had lost a decent amount of heat during the trip home. The crust is a "thin" hand tossed. It has the softness and consistency of a hand tossed pizza. However, it is really thin...almost like a thin crust pizza. I really liked this texture. The crust was cooked such that the middle was soft with enough firmness that you could pick it up. Only a slight brown color. The pizza edges were a little more crisp without being burnt. The crust was a little bit sweet while sporting a plain flour taste. The pizza had an appropriate amount of toppings. They were evenly scattered so that they weren't piled on top of each other - no layers of toppings. The veggies were crisp. The meats were tender with nice pizza Italian flavor - like you would expect. All these toppings were pulled together nicely with a thick bed of tasty mozzarella cheese. The cheese was plentiful and held in the moisture nicely. The pizza sauce was applied out to the edges. It is rather thin in consistency. It added a little bit of sweet tomato flavoring. Definitely no added spicy heat from the sauce. The sauce does a nice job at accenting the heavy bed of cheese. Overall the pizza was really good. The "thin-ish" hand tossed crust has a good appeal. I'm a cheese lover so I really liked the thick bed of cheese! Cold Pizza Test - the next day the middle of the pizza was still soft. The cheese was still tasty, moist and soft. The toppings lost a fair amount of their flavor. The edges of the pizza seemed to toughen up quickly. Overall a good tasty piece of cold pizza!

The employees sit in the last booth and vape and they vape over rising dough in the kitchen . There is a huge water leak in the ceiling and they place rising breadsticks under the leaking ceiling so the food is contaminated by the run off of the ceiling leak . The manger dresses like she just got out of bed . Dirty crocks and dirty short shorts and wipes her hands on her shirt than wipes your food before it goes in the oven .. ask me for more info cause I had to quit working there cause it was soo much contamination ... the vaping over product is against OSHA and someone should report it . Less than 1 star if I could read more

I can potentially understand how this place had bad reviews previously, but when we visited here tonight, things seem to be in order. We were seated promptly and our server was very present and available. The food was good, and I would certainly recommend the calzones as well as those godforsaken bane of my existence cinnamon knots. They are too good, and I have turned down quite a few Cinnabons lately, but these things got me. The price points here are wrong. Most items are between $5-7 each. This past week I visited Vinatelli's as my wife and I do once a week. We will NEVER go back. The problem is not the food- its good. The issue was "Doug" the owner. Talk about an abrasive jerk! If you want to be treated well by the owner of an establishment- definitely go elsewhere!!! Doug treated me like a second-class citizen- I can only imagine how he treats others- I was even trying to compliment him on his restaurant. Doug was simply awful which left a bad taste in my mouth for Vinatelli's!!! read more

they got very amazing pizza, and very amazing Lazona there employs and staff are polite you can't get pizza like this anywhere else so stop by Markle and get your self some Vinatellis Pizza. they always clean there tables and they are the best pizzeria in the state that I know about. If you don't by Vinnatellis Italian Cafe than you are missing out on a lot of good quality Italian Food. I highly recommend Venatellis because there recipes are straight from Italy passed on by owner to owner. read more

Well, we were good natured about it and didn't create a fuss or complain or asked to talk to a manager,, but Salvatori's also didn't take the initiative to offer any additional words of explanation, apology, or even a coupon off our next visit. My daughter's entrée came out so hot, that the ceramic plate was actually steaming. Ordinarily that is not a bad thing if she would receive her order at the same time as everyone else.. She felt so awkward about having to wait until it cools off before she can eat, and knowing that all the rest of us were finished and waiting on her that she just pretty much asked for a box and packed it up to take it home. That was a bit of a bummer.

The plastic cups that our drinks came in overly worn and gross. Breadsticks (just okay) and garlic bread (good) arrived but no individual plates. Eventually the waitress arrived a to asked if we wanted plates and only brought back 3 plates for 4 people while telling us she would bring another. Another waitress final brought us 5 more plates which we didn't need all of. The waitress forgot the mix drink order and had to be reminded. The pizza was good. The fettuccine was okay. The spaghetti and meatballs was horrible, SWIMMING in bland sauce with 2 large equally bland meatballs. I ate a few bites and about a quarter of a meatball before giving up. Drink refills were asked for. I pushed the dish to the edge of the table. After quite a while the waitress came back was told she could remove the dish. She asked why and was told it was it was horrible and bland. She took it away no other comment. After being reminded for the refill, it arrived. When management arrived at the end the meal, she was asked to have the spaghetti removed from the bill. We were informed that they didn't do that, only remake the dish. She didn't seem to know how to respond when asking if everything was okay and received a no answer. WHY do people ask that when they don't know how to properly respond?? After consulting other management, 50% of the spaghetti was removed and my daughter received a lecture on how to better handle their bad food and service in the future, EVER THOUGH THEIR WAITRESS DID KNOW THEIR POLICY. We did get a card for free HALF order of just average breadsticks on our next visit. (We won't be taking them up on that less than generous offer.) A 12" pizza, fettuccine with shrimp, spaghetti and meatball and okay bread was $100, but it did included mediocre service and a lecture. Oh... and I was told I wrong about the spaghetti because another patron complemented the spaghetti so it could NOT be the food. Highly DO NOT recommend Wise Guys!! Go somewhere else that will appreciate it's customers.
