The team was very friendly. The place was clean and welcoming. My carry out order was done in 15 minutes! I ordered a 14" supreme pizza for $18.50. They have 10", 14" and 16" sized pizzas. It appears that they have 11 specialty type pizzasto choose from. I didn't see a menu - so no picture for you. They don't have a website. Yelp has a menu for your review. I didn't see any gluten free options. I also believe they only have one type of crust. I did order this pizza as carry out. I had a 25 minute drive home. The aroma of the pizza was very tempting. I was disappointed that the pizza had lost a decent amount of heat during the trip home. The crust is a "thin" hand tossed. It has the softness and consistency of a hand tossed pizza. However, it is really thin...almost like a thin crust pizza. I really liked this texture. The crust was cooked such that the middle was soft with enough firmness that you could pick it up. Only a slight brown color. The pizza edges were a little more crisp without being burnt. The crust was a little bit sweet while sporting a plain flour taste. The pizza had an appropriate amount of toppings. They were evenly scattered so that they weren't piled on top of each other - no layers of toppings. The veggies were crisp. The meats were tender with nice pizza Italian flavor - like you would expect. All these toppings were pulled together nicely with a thick bed of tasty mozzarella cheese. The cheese was plentiful and held in the moisture nicely. The pizza sauce was applied out to the edges. It is rather thin in consistency. It added a little bit of sweet tomato flavoring. Definitely no added spicy heat from the sauce. The sauce does a nice job at accenting the heavy bed of cheese. Overall the pizza was really good. The "thin-ish" hand tossed crust has a good appeal. I'm a cheese lover so I really liked the thick bed of cheese! Cold Pizza Test - the next day the middle of the pizza was still soft. The cheese was still tasty, moist and soft.
