We have been a big fan of Vincenzo's for about 30 years. The pizzas are to die for. We ordered an "Esperienza" and an Antipasto this week to go. It was ready when I came in and it was nice to be greeted with a big smile. The pizza had an abundance of cheese and delicious toppings on a great crust that makes you go hmmmmm as you eat. The Antipasto always has plenty of cheese, meats and veggies. Can't ask for more. They are our go to place for Pizza. read more

Not a big fan of their pizza, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's bad. It's more about the style of the pizza, and what one likes, or doesn't. Ingrediants are always fresh and taste good, but the way they make them leaves you with a 1-1-1/2" ring of raised dough around the perimeter of the pizza (check out every image of their pizza), which cuts down the cheese and topping part pretty dramatically and makes it a LOT of dough to get through. I have friends that LOVE this pizza, so it's all a matter of taste. What is excellent is their antipasto salad. My wife and I get this often for a weekend lunch or sometimes for dinner. The lettuce is crisp, the meats and cheeses are tasty, and there are lots of them. It's a really good, fresh salad. We always get an order or two of their cheese garlic bread, which is really good, as well. Staff is always super friendly and the restaurant is always clean. Try 'em out, and see if their pizza is your cup of tea. read more

Vincenzo's pizza's quality dropped a lot, I need say this used was the only pizza restaurant my family come and eat, but recent dining in experience is NOT good at all. 1. Poor quality. The topping reduced a lot, I only feel there is tomato on it. Hardly see any meat or veggies, you may say everything increased price, their pizza did not increase price. However, if remain same price by dropping all the quality, that is a very bad decision. For over $30 for a pizza, the quality is not expected like frozen pizza or even worse. 2. Dirty restroom. Cannot believe the restroom is so dirty, if you have kids, definitely don't come to here, my kids even cannot wash hands due to how dirty the sink is. I even more concern about their kitchen clean now, doubt they are clean. 3. No customer service. They just ignored you if you trying to tell them the pizza not taste as same as before. Not only one ignored you, but all of them. They just look at you and be silent. This is very interesting business service, I guess that's because they don't care. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. We were there for a function with many little children. Reservations were made weeks ahead. We were the 3rd party in our group to arrive. They were out of ALL PASTA DISHES. Out of marinara, out of all noodles. My child has special food needs and they could not accommodate her, nor did they try. I had to go next door to get food for my daughter. My order, a Vincenzo's pizza (combo type pizza) swap the mushrooms for olives. Guess what my pizza had on it? Yup, mushrooms. They also delivered my pizza to the wrong table. Then took it back to kitchen. Never brought it to me. I had to go to front 10 minutes later to look for my pizza only to find out the above. Believe it or not, the pizza was so bland. Yuk. Just yuk. Kids area. Machines broken. Candy claw didn't even reach candy. Bubble machines took my dollar and gave my kid a half empty bubble. I would have split the review into two parts if possible because the Family Meal Deal is worth the money and the pizza is good. But...You can't split the review. The service was fine, they wiped down the table when asked. The service behind the counter was great. So the two star review went to the cleanness of the restaurant. I'm not sure where to start. A medium 2 topping pizza, DINE IN, no delivery, for $35????? Screw this! Never coming back. You can get 4-5 medium 2 topping pizzas from dominos for that. You can take the kids to go sit at Topperz Pizza and get a medium 2 topping for waaaay less than this even. Last time ordering for here. We just got our delivery and our wings are burnt and taste like garbage. I called and spoke to the "manager" Dylan. I told him that we need a new order. He told me that the driver has already left for the day and that the can't get the food to me. Mind you it's 7:30. BS!! He offered me $10. The wings cost more than $10. I told him that was unacceptable. He then changed his story and said that he will refund the wings. Again Dylan that is unacceptable. You need to do better since our dinner is ruined bc your staff can't cook. He obviously doesn't care at all about their customers. Dylan should probably get a different job. Or a demotion as he is not acting like a manager at all. Hopefully someone with integrity will reach out to correct this issue since Dylan is incompetent. read more

If someone is reading this a long time from now... this is when everyone finally opening back up after the small pandemic scare we had that luckily fizzled way down after our quick responses and communities holding together and taking precautions. So excellent establishment very clean, well organized, and pleasant looking right from when you park! I know they've been in business for a long time and I'm pretty sure it hasn't changed hands. Even the dumpster trash area is well kept... as I parked right next to it and didn't even notice. And no smell or overflowing either. I stood with a buddy I meet there for a quick pizza and beer and we didn't even realize we were right next to it! Inside they keep it very clean. I mean actually spotless! Debris free, no clutter, tables very spaced out and recently checked as all the pizza racks were neatly centered and tables were all wiped well. The staff all seemed to be getting along good and worked well together and everyone was friendly and helpful. The food was very good. The pizzas are HUUUUUGGGGEEE my buddy and I could barely polish off a medium where in some commercial places I could eat a large by myself. Prices were very good for the value and I can believe that I have driven by it so many times and not eaten or picked up here before. BIG MISTAKE lol. Smiling faces, great customer service, professional staff, and food for value was top notch and will return regularly. Everyone already knew about this place.... Been searching for a good slice in Santa Clarita and I finally found it! Best slice I've tried so far in Santa Clarita hands down.

This is the best pizza I've had in the Santa Clarita valley. We've been here many years ago... once or twice since they moved across the street. Parking is good at this place, even with the busy Mexican restaurant next door. We had the esperienza pizza... basically, everything on it (except anchovies, jalapeños, etc). The only suggestion I would make is to make the sliced tomatoes smaller. You also get a large basket of peanuts in the shell, which you can throw on the floor if you like (shells). Another suggestion would be to use a heavy duty degreaser to clean up the table tops. You can feel the grease from the pizza on the tables, even though they were wiped clean. May I say that it was not only the worst pizza I've ever had in my life but it is does not even resemble a margarita pizza. I would've been better off putting a Trader Joe's pizza frozen in the oven. I was flying solo and had to go to a place where I can keep 4 kids out of trouble. This is the spot! The pizza is really amazing and prefect for all ages. Great flavor and fresh ingredients. It's all about the crust here and if you love pizza, you'll love the crust! I ordered the wings and was shocked that they only offer one option-mild. Then when I had one, I realized why, because they don't need to do anything else to make them better!!! I'm in love with them and will go back just to have the wings! My friends have been gracious enough to share this pizza with me whenever they bring some to work. And everytime I've had it its been great. I finally went to lunch with my friends to try it fresh at the reataurant and it was even better than expected. The pizza was huge, super cheesey, loaded with toppings, and covered with a slightly tangy red sauce. Which is the type of red sauce I really enjoy. I've been ordering from this Vincenzos for approximately 8 years now since we moved to the neighborhood, it's always been my go to pizza delivery. I called today to get a delivery, asked for the special, which is what we always order, and I ALWAYS ask for one half no meat, my wife doesn't eat meat, it's NEVER been a problem until today! Was told by some very arrogant and rude person I cannot make any changes to the special, I tried to explain to her that it's never been a problem and was cut off and told no exceptions, I asked to talk to the manager and she said Mike cannot come to the phone and that he doesn't care what's happened before and that I should have a nice day!?!? Really? I will never order from them again, great pizza, terrible terrible customer service with no accountability! Would post no stars but it won't let me. Will let my friends in the neighborhood know also about their horrible customer service and so called manager Would also like to address the response from the owner. Not sure what is confusing for you, I always ask for no meat on 1 half, mmm not sure how this is confusing?!? But you have terrible customer service and then you want to disparage me the customer.
