We knew that Vincenzo's was going to be our go-to neighborhood pizza spot before we even moved into the neighborhood. Our realtor shouts at us in the backseat "my son dated a girl who worked there! Great pizza!" Before we ever even tried Vincenzo's, we had already decided that we wanted them to cater our wedding, which took place in the house that we bought, while it was under construction; exposed studs, rafters and all. Lucky for us, we bet big and won big with Vincenzo's. Henry and Sarah are true salt of the earth people, we love their pizza and we love the people who make it. Henry and his daughter walking into our wedding, 5min post-ceremony and announcing "pizza delivery for the Paul's!" and wanting to congratulate us and shake my hand was one of the highlights of the evening, bringing in that true small neighborhood feeling we've been longing for. I'm writing this review as I wait for my pizza order to be ready for pick up. My mouth is watering and I'm even more pumped up for the pizza than I was before writing this! The pizza was incredibly greasy and soggy with undercooked dough. I also got a caesar salad with an extra dressing which I have ordered before and enjoyed, but tonight they gave me what seemed like Italian dressing. After I tasted the dressing I confirmed that it was definitely not caesar dressing. I called to ask if I could come get a replacement dressing of the correct kind, and the lady I spoke to was very rude about it and said "Well what do you me to do about it?!" and insisted that it was caesar even though it was the wrong taste, texture, and color. I have had their caesar salad at least three times prior, and that dressing was definitely not caesar. read more
