This company is horrible!! We rented a dumpster twice from Vine disposal. Once in June and once in November. Fast forward to 09/2025, we received a email stating we did not pay for the disposal. The rudest representative Yessica or Jessica (office manager) sent me an invoice for $365.00 from Mary Gilmore email. When I tried to pay the invoice amount she demanded $375.95. The lack of transparency was real. They repeatedly charged by card before letting me know of "unexpected charges" they didn't notify me of. My experience with Vine Disposal started when I called for a quote and reluctantly gave my e-mail address and business info to them for a quote. shortly after, I started receiving daily Docusign contract agreements. This got very frustrating as they failed to stop it, until I started sending all the trash from my e-mail account directly to the sales rep. daily. I eventually decided to try them because they serviced inside the Atlanta perimeter for concrete recycling. Per container billing ($375) was billed with each load hauled as planned, but two weeks later my card was hit with huge penalties, over weight and contaminated concrete charges. They would not send me proof of weight tickets and charges they say the recyler charged them. All totaled, they charged me an average of $950 per 12yd container. This is ABSURD!!! read more

Poor customer service and serious communication issues, very disappointing! They refused to reposition the dumpster they placed in the wrong location on my driveway without $120 fee, it was placed in the middle instead of the end of the driveway as I requested, then they picked it up three days after requested pick up date scratching the driveway and I ended up with damage to my lawn from contractors driving around the dumpster. I called multiple times and emailed Yessica in administration, she said she will review my account and get back to me, but she never did despite me sending follow-up emails. Vine Disposal brought out a 20yd container for a roof replacement job. On the day of p/u vine sent their driver out that morning, when it had been arranged to be picked up later in the afternoon. That ended up being a $182 charge since my lead contractor overseeing the project sent the truck away and asked him to come back like previously discussed and schedule with dispatch. When the truck came to p/u the container. He ran over my mailbox, snapping the aluminum post into half. The driver was taking pictures and making notes to let the company and us know that it was his fault and that the company would take care of it. After calling several times and not really getting any answer, I had to threaten the office with me pressing charges. I eventually was directed to the management person that handles all incidents were property is damaged. Her name was Yessica and she was supposedly the manager or person that handles all incidents. After repeatedly calling and emailing her, I finally got in touch with Yessica and she actually had a attitude with me and made it clear that part of there system was for me the client to take pictures and send them to her. And there for she couldn't help me because I haven't sent any pictures because she has been avoiding my calls for 3/4 days. To make a long story short, Yessica did send out a welder to assess the damages. My neighbors called me immediately when the person coming to fix my mailbox started to weld! Welding aluminum is a no no because of lack of weight that's put on it. I immediately went outside to see exactly what the person was doing and he was trying to weld my mailbox back together. I immediately tried to contact Yessica again with no luck. She finally emailed me and said that the welder was stopped and there for they were not going to fix my mailbox. She also sent me a disclaimer about damages to property that has containers delivered and the disclaimer no where says that mailboxes would no be fixed. It spells out about 8 or 9 different situations, however running over mailboxes wasn't one! I say all of this to say that vine disposal has poor customer service and there is probably 90% chance I'm taking them to small claims court. Everyone in the office acts as if they don't understand and have no idea who the owner is...... beware of the bait and switch and the charges without authorization.... I wouldn't spend one red cent with this shade tree business that has no customer service and is very un ethical..... the biggest red flag is when you ask who the owner is, everyone starts speaking in Spanish acting like they have no idea what your talking about..... clearly this is a norm with this company! BEWARE of this company! Deceptive business practices and a RIPOFF!! We rented a 12 yard dumpster from them and and were given a 2 ton maximum on our weight. We filled the dumpster to 2/3 of capacity with brick ,concrete and cinder blocks and had it hauled off. The company charged us an additional $245 saying we had an additional 6000 pounds! I'm annoyed I even have to give them 1 star. When picking up the dumpster the driver completely destroyed my lawn. I reached out to them, and they basically told me they didn't care and there was nothing they could do about it. Then on top of it they sent me an additional invoice saying I was over the allowed weight, which I do not believe is true and they do not provide any type of proof. The cost of the rental was $515 and then they charged me an additional $200. So I spent $715 for them to destroy my lawn. Plus I will have to invest money to have this fixed. I left work last night to find a dumpster that I DIDN'T ORDER blocking my ONLY dock. I called the number on the side of it, explained the situation and that I had a customer coming in the morning at 11am and needed the dock. I received a call in the morning and was told that it would be the drivers next stop (I would think a mistake would have been first stop). I reiterated that I needed it clear by 11am. I called again at 10:50 and was told the driver was currently dumping and I would be the next stop. I more clarity and was given a dispatcher to talk to that was extremely rude and said he would be there by 11:30 and did not care at all that I had customers already waiting. The customer and I ended up moving the pieces being picked up out the front door (after having to maneuver though the large showroom around other pieces) and down the steps to get them loaded. This was not something I was dressed for and I almost missed a new customer while I was busy loading this one. The customer was loaded and gone before the truck even got there to move the dumpster at 11:45. All of this and I didn't even get an apology any of the times I talked to them. I asked to see the dump or transfer ticket and they sent me something that looked like they made in there office no vendor name on it no business name. They delivered the dumpster with a foot of dirt in it, pipes filled with concrete (that weighed at least 100 pounds apiece) , empty soda cans and other debris. (yes, I have pictures!) When I talked to them, they refused to do anything other than bring me another dumpster days later when the people who had come from out of town to help me would be gone. We had to use the dumpster as it was. They graciously said they wouldn't charge me for the weight overage, but would not be refunding me any money for the inconvenience. The container was dropped off and picked up on time, but the container size is deceiving because as a consumer, you would think that the size of the container rented would be close to the amount of tons allowed without accruing additional charges. This was not the case. I rented the smallest container and it was less than half full when I had it picked up , so I just knew, I could not have been any way near overweight, but to my disappointment there was additional charges applied. I could only imagine those consumers who actually fill the container up, how costly that would be due to the deceitful size. And please don't rent it in the rainy season (thankfully I did not) because that will add to your price as well. Consumers please be cautious. read more

Only response I got from them is "Read what you've signed as we aren't responsible" I would suggest someone is ON SITE as they make the drop off so they're more careful with how and where they place your dumpster. I would rate lower if possible - STAY AWAY! I should have read the reviews prior to booking. The scam is the over weight charge you get after the pickup when they already have your credit card information. I was charged an additional $677.12 being told I was 7.43 TONS over the weight limit. I had 4 tons with my contract and only used it for some household items which in and of itself could never have reached the 4 ton limit. When the dumpster arrived I realized I overestimated the size needed and didn't even fill 1/3 of it. It was a joke with neighbors even! To hear them claim I was over 14,000 pounds over weight is absolutely absurd and impossible. The explain action they gave was it rained so it could have been wet. On July 3rd Vine Disposal delivered a rolloff unannounced to my driveway. In doing so, the driver backed the metal rolloff wheels over an expensive garden hose and destroyed it. The rolloff had been ordered, without my knowledge by Servicemaster who is doing a water damage fix for me. It would have been so easy to get out and move the hose. How lazy can you be? I contacted Adelina at Vine Disposal about the problem. I included photos to support my claim. Here is the reply I got from her today. This may be the same Adelina who has written a 5 star Yelp review. On top of all that, the rolloff is both a demolition and garbage rolloff. I've used this company 3 times for commercial construction work. The staff is easy to work with and the deliveries are always prompt. I've been impressed that the drivers call from the job site to confirm the exact drop off location and send a picture before leaving. There pricing is lower than other container companies and their 14 day onsite time is beneficial. They start sending reminders to confirm if you are ready for pick up, but in our case we needed to keep it extra days. I highly recommend this company as they were highly recommended to me. read more
