I never post reviews but I had to. This company is the absolute worst. I tried to use them twice and twice they dropped the ball. When I called to inquire about the dumpster I ordered, the rep told me I wasn't told that I would have it in the morning. When I told her I was infact told the very thing, she pretty much called me a liar. I told her I wouldn't be using them again and she said that was fine. DO NOT USE THEM! I have used them 4 times, the first 2 times were OK, not much you have to do other than take my trash away. They were always good at calling and emailing me when the dumpster was due. The 3rd time, they called me at 5 AM to pick up my dumpster.. That wasn't a fun call for that driver, and had to come back later,and ..... a late fee..... The last time is becoming a nightmare. The dumpster is at an offsite house, which I have not been there since May. I never received a call or email from them to remind me it was due, so I called them last week when I visited the house and saw a dumpster sitting there. 53 days later and a $530 LATE charge, they picked up the dumpster. Absolutely NO room for negotiation on the late fee. I guess I'll go find another dumpster company. Update. They emailed me and met me halfway. I used Vine from a recommendation. I was pleased with my company but wanted to try Vine Disposal as a second choice. Well I was disappointed!!! I made a video that I will post online. The truck left my clients driveway a mess with mud and debris. Then I called the company to give them some feedback. The agent said its nothing they can do if the truck leaves mud in the driveway. I told them that need to check out the competition because you guys need to improve on how you leave the clients home. read more

I recently moved into a new home and ordered a dumpster for trash removal from Vine Disposal. When the dumpster was picked up, the truck hit our house, leaving a hole that we are having to pay to get fixed and headlight glass in our driveway. We could not get anyone to respond and had to chase down Vine to have someone get back to us. When they finally answered, they sent an email that their driver denies hitting the house and will not do anything about it. We will most likely have to file a police report. This has been a nightmare! I have never experienced such bad customer service and would not recommend this business. read more

We were finishing our driveway redo and the contractor's dumpster filled up fast! We were desperate for another dumpster FAST as concrete arriving in the am. We called Vine Disposal and they had another dumpster there within a couple of hours. Ordering was all online, help desk responses (thank you Yana!) was fast and accurate. We rented dumpster for 2 days. We were moving out. All we had was household garbage. They picked it up and immediately tried to charge my card without notifying me. Charged was declined. We got invoice 3 days later. We called and was advised you signed contract. That's all she could say over and over again. It's like GOTCHA. We called the billing number. She sent a picture of the weight ticket which showed nothing, Now she says you can call county dump to inquire about overage. She would not get it that the ticket showed no information that WE could not verify. She threatened collections and said that we would be billed over and over again. I was angry by this time and said my trash opens and closes many times. She thanked me for being so professional, which was clearly a dig. If you use them be careful of what you sign. And be there when they pick up. read more

They don't follow through on what they advertise. There are too many other companies that are true to their word...find someone else.

Dumpster was much smaller than I though it would be so was. It big enough for garage and house cleanup project. Dumpster must me level with no overage above dumpster line for them to pick it up so was really a waste. I had to rent a U-Haul and take the rest of my items to the dump 16 miles away which I found out was cheaper-$16 first 1000 pounds and $33 per ton (2000) after tha To dispose of trash. Goodwill takes everything else- just wanted to thru that out there. The pick up after a day cause I didn't need it for 14 days when it was full after 4 hours with less than the U-Haul held. After 4 days, no call or email I received a charge from my account if $86 and then a email receipt saying weight was 2.16 tons and the charge. The dumpster held very little and you claim after 4 days it was over by 2000 plus pounds- right. No a reputable company . they didn't call or nothing and why wait 4 days after the rains. Choose a company with a flat fee and no additional or hidden charges. they charge for mattresses also. read more

I called Vine disposal of Norcross,Ga. Inquiring about a rental dumpster. I spoke with Marisol the sales rep. I needed a 20ft dumpster on Nov1st 2021. She promised me that the dumpster would be delivered to my home by the close of business 5pm Nov1st so i paid $360.50 to rent the dumpster. After waiting all day for the dumpster, i called back in after 5pm and spoke again with Marisol about the reason i wasn't delivered the dumpster and why no one contacted me in that regard. Her answer was that there was a problem with the dumpster but thay would deliver me one the next day by close of business. I didn't appreciate the fact that i had to call them back just to find out that I've waited all day for nothing. That's not showing professionalism on their part. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. She told me that she would cancel the order and send me my money back. After waiting one week and not receiving my refund i called back again and asked for Marisol but i was told that she wasn't available and that i needed to check with my bank about my refund because they supposedly sent it back to my account. For six weeks i had to file claim after claim and make numerous phone calls just to finally get my money back on Dec14th 2021. I wouldn't recommend Vine disposal of Norcross,Ga to anyone. read more

Terrible service: I rented a dumpster on April 4, 2022 before the driver left my residence, we confirmed that the dumpster would be picked up by noon April 4, 2022, I had a medical appointment and the dumpster was blocking my garage. I phoned the office at 2:14 p.m to find out why the dumpster hadn't been picked up. It took 2 1/2 hrs to get an answer. Mary ( I didn't get a last name, but she was Hispanic) told me that the dumpster couldn't be picked up until Tuesday April 5, 2022; I state several times that the driver and I confirmed pickup at noon. She than proceeded to ask why, I left my car in my garage when knowing i had a medical appointment. The office employees wasn't very understanding of my issue, and to ask why my car, was left in my garage is very in-considerate. If i pay you for a service, do not every question me; just do your job. You told the driver and myself the dumpster would be picked up by noon, that's what i expected. You took my money and then dictated to when you would pick up the dumpster from my property. Management should be aware of how know what their employees treat paying customer. Vine Disposal are implementing new procedures that require you to schedule your pick up day, instead of them automatically coming back on the 14 day. This is a way that they are able to get more money from you because they will then charge you for the additional days that you did not schedule. Well in my case, I was able to schedule for them to pick up the dumpster on the 14th day. But they DID NOT pick it up. Thus, I was forced to inconveniently store their dumpter at my house for an additional day because they said they were behind and couldn't get to me- with no compensation for storage. To make matters worst, they then automatically drafted an extra charge on my credit card because they said it was "over the weight". Do you think its a coincident that it rained and snowed on the Monday that they did not come and get the dumpster; then, I get charged extra because of the "weight"...I think not!! read more

I recently used vine disposal for a rolloff dumpster. I had a negative experience from start to finish. The dumpster was set down right in the middle of my drive way instead of at the end so it was hard to park my car. However the main issue is I was given misinformation from the representatives I spoke with. Karina and another rep. My dumpster was suppose to be pick up in the evening on Friday close to 5. They came for it at 10 am. They Had several excuses on why they came early even though they confirmed an evening pick up the day before. I had to call vine disposal to bring another dumpster back because there were a few outstanding items to load. They agreed to have the driver come back so we can load it and was gonna charge me only extra 80 for bringing it back. When the driver got there he had another stop and they gave me 20 mins to load the truck and I was paying extra 80for them to come back with. And when I got my final bill it was for an extra 153. I called to sort out my bill and spoke with karina and Another lady and they were unhelpful in resolving my concern. It turns out I was charged late fees and and other misc expenses that brought the price up to 153. I couldn't get clarity on why it was almost dobble the price. I requested to speak with a manager in regards to my concern 3 days a go and still haven't received a call back. I have called left several messages and emailed. Either there too good to talk to customers about concerns or the message I need to speak with a manager never got to em. But either way They have very poor customer service and it was a very negative experience. read more

Expect to pay more than quoted price!!! I ordered a 10 yard dumpster and was happy with the initial price and the weight allowed for that price was 1 ton (2,000 lbs). However, when it was picked up and taken to the landfill, it weighed in at 5 tons and I was charged an extra $240 for the extra 4 tons. I have a hard time believing that it was 5 tons (10,000 lbs!). We demolished 1 small bathroom and also threw away some household/baby items. 10,000 pounds is about 200 trips to the dumpster carrying 50 lbs each time! When I asked Vine about the extra weight charge, they said it was typical. It would have been considerate for the company to let me know that when I called to reserve my dumpster to expect an extra charge. I have no recourse because how do I dispute a weight charge? Next time I would go with a company with a set fee because now I paid way more than I expected. I feel taken advantage of and mislead, although technically Vine followed whatever was in the contract. I would choose another company next time. read more

If agony, aggravation and high blood-pressure is not your thing, then stay away from Vine Disposal in Norcross, Ga. On Oct. 09, 2017 I ordered a dumpster for AM delivery on Oct. 13, 2017. By noon I started calling for an ETA, which was confirmed for 2:00PM. After a no-show at 2:00PM, I initiated another call and was told 3:00PM. After yet another no-show, I called again and was informed that due to traffic the dumpster would arrive before 4:30PM. Yes, you guessed correctly, no dumpster at 4:30PM either. Calling again revealed that the dumpster truck had "broken down" and it would be on site guaranteed no later then 5:30PM, which is also end of regular business hours. I insisted on receiving an after-hours phone number. I was given the dispatch number and assured that someone does answer that line after-hours. Of course, 5:30PM came and went and still no dumpster. I called the after-hours dispatch number five (5) times and all I got was a voice mail. By 6:30PM I left the site. I went online and canceled the contract. The next morning, Saturday October 14, 2017, I receive a call at 7:30AM from dispatch confirming that the cancellation was received. And now it gets interesting: At 9:00AM on October 14, 2017, I returned to the site and lo and behold, there was a Vine Disposal dumpster in the driveway ??? A gesture of good will? Miss-communication? Spitefulness? I don't know ... I call the number I received the call from at 7:30AM that morning and left a message to advise the situation. No call back! I called again with the request to clarify within 2 hours (11:00AM) or I assume Vine Disposal had elected to resume the business relationship after all. No answer by 11:00AM, so I started filling up the dumpster (...stay tuned) read more
