All-in-all the crew at Newberg CDJR communicated throughout the whole process, fixed the body damage, sent a new charger and are still working on my title from Oregon so I can complete the registration. This has been the most difficult purchase ever, but I must say they did try to make things right, so credit to them for that.

I would strongly recommend verifying the VIN of any vehicle you test drive at this dealership…read moreagainst the VIN in any online advertisement to make sure they match. I came to Newberg CDJR specifically because of an AutoTrader listing for a 2024 Hyundai IONIQ 5 Limited AWD with approximately 10,000 miles, VIN ending in 2095. When I arrived, the salesperson (Mike Jeffers) asked me if I knew the VIN of the vehicle I was there to see. I thought that was an odd question at the time... especially because I was subsequently told that they only had one IONIQ 5. I was given that IONIQ 5 to test drive, inspected it, and then spent time negotiating a purchase. I was ultimately given an offer with a selling price and trade-in value to consider After leaving the dealership, I discovered that the vehicle I had actually test driven and negotiated for was not the vehicle listed in the listings. The advertised vehicle was: VIN ending 2095 2024 IONIQ 5 Limited ----AWD---- Approximately ---10,500-- miles The vehicle I was actually shown and given pricing for was: VIN ending 0428 2024 IONIQ 5 Limited ---RWD--- Approximately ---25,800-- miles So the vehicle I was shown had more than twice the mileage and was RWD instead of the advertised AWD vehicle. The advertised car and the test drive car were not the same.... And they only had ONE Ioniq 5 on the lot. ...At no point during the test drive or negotiations was it made clear to me that I was being shown a different vehicle from the one they had advertised. Had I bought it and ignored the mileage difference I would have thought I was buying an AWD and actually getting a RWD. What makes the experience even MORE concerning to me is that as I was considering my options I went back to the website to check the Carfax only to find the listing for the 10,000-mile AWD vehicle, as well as the dealership's own online listing for it had disappeared... in effect removing the VIN discrepancy footprint from the web Whether this was intentional or the result of extraordinarily poor inventory management, I can't know. ...But as a customer, the result was the same: I came in to look at an advertised 10,000-mile AWD vehicle and was instead test-driving and negotiating the purchase of a 25,000-mile RWD vehicle without being told they were different cars, which is the definition of BAIT AMD SWITCH. That experience destroyed my confidence in the dealership, and I walked away - which is too bad because I was previously very comfortable doing business with them and with Newberg Chevrolet (where the vehicle was park) having purchased vehicles from them in the past. While I don't blame Mike explicitly he is certainly complicit with his sales manage Russell. I will not be back and would advise you to go elsewhere. This place is shady

For anyone who is thinking about hiring a pressure washing company to clean your house this summer…read moreBE WARNED - DO NOT use ACE PRESSURE WASHING LLC. As a former contractor, I understand full well that things happen, mistakes occur. I try not to publicly condemn a small business until they've had a chance to remedy the problem. In the case of ACE PRESSURE WASHING, LLC - I feel obliged to let others know what we have experienced. On June 19th we hired ACE to soft wash our house. After less than 2 hours, they claimed to be finished. The house was still dirty in several areas. When I complained, I was told to speak with George, the sales rep. His initial response was to try to convince me that during the initial consult, he wiped the side of our house and said that "This all isn't going to come off". That was a complete lie. If so, why would we agree to pay $730 for an incomplete job???? Not only was our house not cleaned as promised, but we ended up with water streaming down on the inside of our windows and Water flooding into the side door on our garage. AT LEAST THREE OF OUR WINDOWS ARE DAMAGED AND NEED TO BE REPLACED. (one is barely 1 year old) The soap they used has left STREAKS ON OUR SIDING that has not come off after three washings. As soon as we notified ACE of the problems with our windows and siding, CRICKETS. A couple days later, the owner of the company AARON LUTHI texted me and asked to come by the house the next day. We agreed, hoping we would get some satisfaction. Instead, he cancelled our appoint 1/2 hour after he was supposed to arrive. I have not heard from him since, even though I have texted twice and left a VM with the office. STILL CRICKETS. I sent an email, outlying the issues requesting that ACE contact us with 10 days. I followed up with a certified letter that they received yesterday. STILL CRICKETS. The bad news is that the State of Oregon no longer requires pressure washing companies to be licensed by the Construction Contractors Board, which means they can no longer be held responsible for their shoddy work without going to court. We are hoping it doesn't come to that - but fully prepared to do so. The one thing I can do is warn others.

We have been using this service since it first opened and have never been dissatisfied... Soft…read morepressure washing of the outside, gutter, cleaning, and moss removal all have been done, professionally and thoroughly. The employees of this company are outstanding.

My parmesan crusted halibut was a little more dense than I would expect for that type of fish -- it was bright white, but was not flaky at all. The flavor was good, but it felt very heavy with the provided tartar sauce. The fries had great flavor, but they could have stayed in the fryer a little longer, as they were rather pale. The veggies were obviously frozen and reheated, and didn't have a lick of seasoning on them -- definitely needed salt & pepper. I ordered soup with my meal, and it didn't make it out before the main courses. Not a huge deal, as they just brought it out after I mentioned it. The soup was okay, but nothing special. The best part of the meal was dessert -- Dutch Apple Pie. It was just what an apple pie should be, with a nice flaky crust. I would definitely go back, but might try something other than seafood. Our experience was in the high 3-star range, but not quite a 4.
