I was in and out of the store under 15 minutes including trying on two sizes and getting rung up at the cashier for my purchase. Thank you to Maria for greeting me within minutes of entering the store, assisting me in the fitting room, and finalizing my purchase at the front counter. I really appreciate that the whole team helped each other communicate applying the discount and then getting a sleeve protector in the back. I saw the owner embroiders them as well as other items herself which I love! While I was there I also saw their wide color varies of Knekki hair ties which intrigued me but I didn't buy at the time. I ended up driving the 45 minutes back this past weekend, to pick some up, as they're super cute, supposedly great quality, and super hard to find! Everything here seems reasonably priced and I found the owner who was there both times I went, to be friendly and quick to help me out. I'll be back!

First off, I want to say that as two women who have extreme allergies, I deeply appreciate the fact that Margaret O'Leary never sprays scent on their clothes, never uses chemical air fresheners, and never has scented incense sticks or candles on their stores. I absolutely cannot stand buying new clothes from a boutique and walking out with a migraine and clothes that reek of fragrance and scent! The stores are always designed beautifully, have hardwood floors (which deters fleas that dogs tend to track inside), and are clean clean clean! I also want to take a minute to shout out the wonderful Jaqueline (Jacklin?) who helped us while we shopped. She was so so personable, kind, hard working, and lovely. To be completely honest, we loved her so much that my aunt and I decided to frequent the Burlingame location in the future (we typically go to the Mill Valley store)!
