This place is awful. I sat there for over 5 mins, the manager was on her laptop 3 seats down, didn't knowledge me. Then the bartender (Agrew?) walked up to her with another employee and they were BS-ing. Still ignoring me. When he finally came up, I placed my order, asked if the chili oil was the only spicy aspect to the food I ordered, he said yes. Someone else served the food, it clearly had chili crisps or something else with heat all in the arugula. He never checked back on me, never asked how it was, but proceeded to talk through me to his manager who was now behind me with another airport employee. There was fluff of some sort in my food...no idea what it was or where it came from. It was under the cheese. He did not look up once to check on other guests. I don't know if he was having an off day, or if this the overall norm. I would absolutely not recommend this place, it's an embarrassment to the service industry. read more

Vino Fiesta is a small wine/tapas bar located at gate C13 at BNA. I usually fly out of C Terminal, but never do so with enough time to sit down and enjoy a glass of wine or appetizer. Given the current travel climate, I gave myself an extra hour to get through security and all. Turns out I did not need the extra time, so in turn, I had time to relax somewhere other than directly at the gate...so, I bellied up to Vino Fiesta. We got a glass of wine and an appetizer, the salmon dip. Both were tasty, but pricey. But that is expected with any airport outlet. Service was decent. Bartender was attentive, but I would not go out of my way to describe them as "friendly". Overall, solid spot to belly up to when you have time before, between or after a flight! read more

Hands down, we had THE BEST bartender serving while we waited for our flight. Loved the cocktails, wine, and charcuterie board. What a fab little airport bar in Nashville. The bar was right in front of my gate, and after a quick work trip I posted up for a glass of wine and meal before going home. My server Michelle was super friendly, and the wines by the glass were decently priced for an airport bar. I also got the Italian sandwich. To be honest, I was not expecting much from an airport bar sandwich but it was pretty good! Overall, I enjoyed my stop here. They also have TVs where they played sports, and there were plugs to charge your devices on the bar. read more

While waiting for a flight that just happened to be out of gate C13, I stopped in here to have a glass of wine and use their counter space to place my laptop and work for an hour. They were very polite and helpful. They have a nice wine list, with all the popular favs (Opus, Caymus, Josh, Nickel & Nickel, etc). But their prices are extremely high! The service I got was great... the ladies working the bar were very friendly and attentive. The food coming from the kitchen looked pretty good too. read more

Vino Fiesta combines two of my favorite things; wine and Mexican food! We stopped in for a quick bite and drink before our flight, and after a short delay we were served by the busy bartender that was serving the entire restaurant. After the initial delay service was fast and I was satisfied with my experience. I ordered a glass of Malbec which far exceeded my expectations. I could tell it was a good bottle, and was $12 for a nice pour. I was very pleased! My bf had their take on a margarita, which was similar to a sangria/margarita half and half. It was too sweet for my taste and I'm glad I had the wine! The food was decent (especially for airport food) and my taco salad was nice with the salsa having a nice kick to it. My bf had the traditional tacos, and he enjoyed the steak and chicken but the pork was just ok. Everything came out quickly and the bartender was great. I recommend coming here! read more

I stood at the bar for 10 minutes before the female bartender working at 5:30pm on May 12th would acknowledge my presence . When she finally decided to recognize my presence, I politely ordered a glass of wine and she asked for my ID. I gave her my ID, and I jokingly asked if she would rather have my Medicare card, having just turned 65. She refused to serve me stating my drivers license had expired . I did not realize my license had just expired. In fact , I just went through TSA security and no one mentioned my drivers license had expired when I cleared security. I continued to be polite and courteous despite her curt and demeaning treatment. So my husband , who is also 65 , went to the bar to pay for a glass of wine and she refused him service , saying she refused to serve him because he was going to give the glass of wine to his wife . He said he was going to drink it himself . She refused to serve him as well . I left believing that she was discriminating against me as I am Asian . Then I thought she discriminated against my husband because he is over 65. When I read all the reviews about poor customer service by the bartenders here, it seems this bar is building a reputation for not only for poor customer service but also for discrimination against people of color and senior citizens. read more
