I expected this would be like a chicken salad but the waitress said it came hot and melty, and I was in the mood for a risk. And man did the risk pay off, this sandwich was one of my favorite things I've eaten all month! It comes hot and melty with a house made pesto, blueberry compote, fontina, and thin pieces of chicken, perfectly cooked. The panuozzo bread is almost as if you made naan out of pizza dough, and it keeps everything nicely contained without making the sandwich too bready. The flavors are unexpected but work so, SO well together - truly a work of genius. I paired it with their shake shake fries, which have an awesome seasoning (not spicy, just adds flavor) and a Diet Coke. Service was so kind and helpful, even on a busy Wednesday night. I was able to get in and out within 40 minutes, which was a win for the time crunch I was in but I still felt relaxed to eat my sandwich at my leisure.
