Blackened Salmon

I have been a regular at Hilton BNA and as a result a frequent visitor of the dining options at not Aviators and Sky Pavillion. Qualified staff are often doing it all between the bar and restaurants. I'm there weekly and two standouts from the beginning are Kelly and Shelly. Every single time I see them smile... Joy instantly comes to my spirit. I first met Kelly as a bartender and patrons were eating out of her hand. She sold me on drinks that I never tried before and honestly I stayed hours because of her and all the guests she engaged. She had an amazing personality and very good art her craft. I stopped going to the Sky Pavillion just because she wasn't there. I was happy to see her at breakfast this morning at Aviators and she didn't miss a beat. Fast response. Nice recommendations. Made me feel like I was back at home with family. I adore her. The food was great also! Comfortable dining. Shelley is another standout that I see often. She's funny. You can see her heart. She's beautiful inside and outside. She's a great server also. Where do you find these amazing people???? Please keep them and please let them know that they are fantastic.

Calamari

This is located in the lobby area of the Hilton Hotel at the Nashville Airport. The place is super clean and modern looking. They were busy and only one server/bartender on duty. I ordered a Calamari as an app. It was ok, nothing special at all, very basic.

Main restaurant in the new Hilton BNA Nashville Airport Terminal. Clean, new, spacious, pleasant space. Looks out to a nicely designed and landscaped patio space that's also a walkway for travelers. Great local draft beer choices, good cocktail program. Wife thrilled to see the Aviator on the cocktail menu. It's usually called an Aviation, and they serve on the rocks, so just ask for up if you want the classic Aviation. The Doolittle Old Fashioned was excellent as well, really one of the best and more balanced old fashioneds I've had in a while. Wait staff's small plate to share recommendation was the hummus trio. It does make a nice sharable variety plate. We stuck with the "Chef's Top Choice" selections for our first dinner at Aviators. Wife liked the Night Hawk salad. She particularly commented on the soft boiled egg on top and how moist and flavorful the added chicken was. I had the Attaboy sandwich. Wasn't entirely sure what to expect based on the menu description, and was very pleasantly surprised. Two crispy fried pork chops, tasty slaw and sweet and slightly spicy bbq sauce. A really pleasure to eat, and would happily order again, though I may ask the shoestring fries, though very good and nicely seasoned, to be a bit more extra crispy next time. Left with the impression that dining at the new BNA Hilton, whether the slightly more upscale Aviators, or the casual rooftop lounge, is a winner.

Charming service quick on refills and asking after your needs. The restaurant is inside of the hotel attached to the airport so it's convenient for travelers. Smoked salmon bagel sandwich is really good but has so much cream cheese I was genuinely struggling to eat it. My eyes are bigger than my mouth and stomach. I had to deconstruct the sandwich into something a little more manageable. 80s music jams, elegant atmosphere without the pressure of being formal. Vegetarian options available but very little for vegans.

This is a wonderful place for breakfast lunch or dinner. I recommend the Alaboy sandwich. The venue is wonderful and conveniently located in Hilton. The Serveer remembers me from the last review. She is and was amazing. The fries should be featured they spiced them up with their own blend of spices. The Alaboy pork chop sandwich for lunch was superb.

What an amazing bar! Our bartender, Oliver, was just the best! The sunset is gorgeous and the drinks are great. Highly recommend!

Chicken fingers, burgers, and overpriced. If you're eating here its bc you don't have a choice. Staff barely speak English.

We had our dog with us and we were looking for a place we could keep him with us. Tennfold Brewing allows dogs on their patio. That was a huge plus for us. Our server, Mary was awesome. She was friendly, on top of things, and made some great recommendations that we all enjoyed. Try their blueberry chicken sandwich! Great mix of flavors you won't get anywhere else. Lots of good beers, fresh salads and pizza was great! If you're lucky enough to catch the Bluegrass band playing on the patio (Jack Vero) extra bonus. So tip them on Venmo, they are great! This place might be a hidden gem. The inside is modern and has a lively vibe. Definitely recommend! Checked all the boxes

The service was excellent and very accommodating to our large party. Be sure to try the Blueberry Chicken Sandwich--it's absolutely divine, with the perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors. The blueberry agrodolce and walnut pesto complement each other beautifully, and the bread strikes the ideal balance between crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The fried pickles are also a must-try appetizer. They arrived hot, fresh, and perfectly crisp. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I'll definitely be returning for!

She even went out of her way to get me a drink that had fallen off the menu a few weeks prior, a delightful cucumber spritz. The ambiance is awesome. As others have said, music isn't too loud, just pleasant in the background, so it would be ideal for having a conversation. The space is open, bright, light-filled, and stylish. Parking is in a private lot behind the restaurant and they validate parking for up to two and a half hours. I wish I could rave the same way about the food. While the cocktails were refreshing and they had a cocktail for every palate, my steak and eggs was bland. It came out a little closer to rare than medium, but I can live with that. But I am not sure I detected a speck of salt or pepper. The steak was at least tender and the sunny side up eggs were cooked appropriately. The potatoes were dry. And I did have the wagyu meatball appetizer. It's a large portion, so easily shared amongst two or three people. Cheesy and saucy with a little spice. The focaccia could've been toasted a little more. I considered the short rib hash, but my server told me it could be salty and hit or miss (I appreciate her honesty and she 100 percent should be praised for it). I came during brunch (even on a weekday). They also serve French toast, desserts, oysters, burrata, potstickers and tuna tartare, salads, burgers and other sandwiches. If you come for lunch or dinner, you can also get grilled salmon, blackened redfish, shrimp and grits, pastas (cajun chicken, pappardelle bolognese, tortellini) as well as various cuts of steak. It's conveniently located right across from the Frist Museum and is part of the Union Station Hotel. I would try this place again for dinner, but would skip the brunch. And again, Savanna was top tier! She deserves all the flowers!

Our waiter was fantastic the entire time, he was gracious and hardworking. My husband ordered the Southwest Scramble and I had the Farmer's Skillet. Both were delicious but we both agreed that mine was the better of the two. The biscuit was baked perfectly and was so fluffy. The gravy and potatoes were delicious, too.
