Attended the 2026 Reggae Rise Up Festival Florida at Vinoy Park. Vinoy Park is waterfront so you get a great Florida view and breeze. There are plenty of places to sit waterfront, benches, pool, and sand volleyball courts. The parking was horrendous but overall the park is beautiful.

Day 2 of Reggae Rise Up in the books. It was a fun experience with great drinks and food options. It did rain a little while I was there but that's Florida for you LOL. It was a pretty large crowd out there and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves which is nice. There are 2 more days to enjoy the fest for those looking to have a nice time with family and friends.

Spent the day at Reggae Rise Up Florida at Vinoy Park and the vibes were amazing. Great music, beautiful waterfront views, and such a fun crowd. Tons of food and drink vendors and plenty of space to relax on the lawn while enjoying the performances. Definitely one of the best music festivals in the Tampa Bay area.

It's a long park running along the beach. There was a fitness area, playground, some beach, and tennis courts. It is hot to walk, but you get some decent views and a long stretch, which is probably better for jogging or biking. There is 2hr parking all over the place also.

Awesome place with free parking and outdoor exercise equipment. You will also see dolphins!

I really wanted to stop here after asking some locals what their favorite park was and being told about Vinoy Park. The park is named for the historic Vinoy Hotel which sits adjacent to it. Built in 1925 and originally called Vinoy Park, it was the largest and most opulent of the land boom hotels built in the city. It was recently renovated and you can still stay there today. Vinoy Park is located along Tampa Bay. This 11.6 acre d park has some of the best water views in St. Petersburg. Sometimes you can spot manatees and dolphins in the bay from the park. The park is popular for its paved recreation trails used by walkers, runners, and bikers. This park is also used by the city to stage concerts, festivals, events, and holiday decorations including a giant Christmas tree. After visiting I concur that St. Petersburg has many beautiful parks and this may be the most picturesque of all. Perfect for exercise, picnics, and taking in the gorgeous water views, Vinoy Park is one of St. Petersburg's top destinations.

We have been here for several events and this is the first time I remembered to write a review. We attended the Tampa Bay Blues Fest and this setting is perfect. Yes, it was super unorganized to get in and we waited an hour and missed half the first band, but that isn't the parks fault. The park is laid out well, and bringing chairs is the way to go. There is also the seawall where you can sit and watch the water, see the Pier and also listen to music. It's an easy walk from downtown St Pete and is really nice.

So fun attending the Tacos & Tequila Festival. The park is huge and right on Tampa Bay. Beautiful and serene. Bad part was the dirt/sand really sticks to feet and shoes, but hey! That's Mother Nature and you can't fight Mother Nature.

Best location for a morning sunrise Hands down one of my favorite parks in st. Pete. The view is amazing. It's dog friendly and there's always a dolphin swimming close to the walls edge. There's some trees to hammock from but not many. Large open field for events or for the dogs to run and play. - there is also a dog park Greatful to have found this location

I had an absolute blast here. I went here for the reggae fest rise up; there were so many different bands so many different food trucks so many different vendors. My favorite part about this park is that it's literally on the Gulf of Mexico. We sat on the ledge, listened to reggae music, and the water at the same time. A couple of my favorite bands that were there were the green and, of course, Soja. This event is a 3-day event Friday Saturday and Sunday. Next year, we'll definitely be doing all 3 days; we only did Friday this year. I recommend this to people who love reggae, but I don't recommend it if you don't like the smell of marijuana. The marijuana doesn't bother me because I have a medical card. Everybody is so friendly, and I don't know; it's just an amazing event to be at and was glad that I went. This was also a learning experience for us, so I'm gonna give you a couple of tips. If you do come, either bring a couple of chairs for you and whoever's coming with you or bring a blanket.

Very nice park to visit in the early morning. Lots of joggers and people walking their dogs (awesome). I saw dolphins and manatees!

We had a great time walking the park with a view of the pier. The best part was all the dolphins swimming by the retaining wall playing with the pelicans.

I am in total love with this park, its blue and green views, the many benches they have, and the outstanding trees they have. You can park on the streets and pay with the park mobile app. There's plenty of spaces so you won't have a problem. I liked to walk around the park, take pictures, sit down and relax.

This is a pretty nice park. It is all fenced which is nice. One section has exercise equipment…read morefor the adults (although kids try some of them also). My only issue with this side is there is one piece of equipment that I cannot figure out how to use. Wish there was some signs with instructions or illustrations for each piece of equipment. Other part of park is for the kids. One section seems like a toddler area with baby swings nearby. There are also 2 regular swings in this section. In the middle are lots of climbing type pieces with a section with a slide. There are at least 3 spin type pieces and one "elevator" type piece you have to climb up to the step area. This is not obvious so my great niece had to watch someone else do it before she figured out how it worked. After that it was her favorite thing to do. The slide only has a bar type climb access which is not great if you have a kid that prefers steps or is smaller. There is a slide in the toddler area that is easier to get up to but a smaller length slide. Overall we enjoyed coming to this playground. It has wood chips on the ground and is fairly shaded. There is parking for about 6 vehicles which seemed adequate when we were there. It is at the end of a neighborhood and runs along Gulfport Blvd. I recommend trying this location especially if you are near this area.

This park is smaller then my back yard. It has 3 play things…read morefor kids. Two which are different from most other parks. It's really not worth your time. Mike
