I did find what I needed, but the inconsistency at the register made the whole trip more frustrating than it needed to be. Since they do not do removal I had thrown my old furniture to the curb the night before. When furniture arrived the next day, both couch and loveseat had defects. The center console top on the loveseat was completely crooked and would not close. The couch had an end cap falling off and they tried to ignore they even saw it while installing. If they would have said "There is damage and we need to fix or replace it" as they were setting it up, I would not have needed to return it. The installers tried to ignore it was a problem and get out the door before I could even see it... I have lost 10 weeks, trust in Bobs, and my original furniture, but now have an order from Ashley Furniture and maybe soon I can finally throw out the folding chairs in my living room... Thanks Bob
