We were there to purchase some Nora Fleming pieces so went directly to that section. As we stood there deciding on what pieces we wanted the 2 employees continued having their own conversation at the register. Not once did they come over to ask if we needed anything. We finally decided that we would just leave and purchase our items at another local store that also carries Nora Fleming. This used to be our go to store anytime we were in need of a gift. We had electric blinds installed for three hard to reach windows, 7 manual blinds for 7 sliding doors, and at least 10+ blinds for windows. Basically, the entire 1st and 2nd floors received new blinds. The day of installation, a team of three installed all of this, working around several movers (it was our moving day) and around boxes upon boxes. They had to install blinds above a stairway (I suggested to go out on the roof which they did) and they were courteous and professional. The electric blinds have a remote control, which is awesome because the windows are 15 ft off the ground. They also refused to take a tip!

I was shopping for some coffee products and they had a good selection. When I went to check out one item was marked 50% , I asked the cashier if it came up as 50%, and he seemed annoyed I asked. It had not and he proceeded to tell me sometimes the items are not placed in alignment with the price tag. I told him I was sure it was correct. He called over another clerk and she confirmed it was supposed to be 50%. He never apologized or acknolwedged the error. While I will be back to shop for items, customer service needs to improve.
