I was told by those who witnessed the defaced jacket that the ink would never come out. So, by the time I dropped it off, I hadn't had much hope that it would ever look the same again. Upon returning today, I didn't even recognize it! There is no trace of ink on this jacket! I know the owner had to have worked very hard to produce this result and I'm very thankful! Also, the staff is very kind and welcoming, they made the experience that much better. I've learned that the business is supportive of students (which is always a welcomed phrase for a student to hear).
