My wife and I recently moved our family to Tennessee and we looked at several homes, condos, and apartments in the Nashville area. Foxland Crossing was the last place we toured and we knew this was were we wanted to live. Coming from a very large home on 2 acres, I was nervous of how we would adjust to moving into an apartment. Needless to say, we love it here and it was without a doubt the right choice for us. The stress-free apartment living has been wonderful. The people living in the community are friendly and help to create a safe environment. All of the amenities provide a feeling of a resort lifestyle and the grounds are kept consistently clean and very well maintained. I'm quite impressed. The staff is incredible. The convenience of submitting a maintenance request online and having it handled professionally and quickly is luxury I truly appreciate. The staff in the clubhouse office is pleasantly friendly, very helpful, and always smiling...all things I make note of and appreciate. The gentlemen who keep the community in order and beautiful work so hard and always have a "Hello" and a smile each time I see them. The location was extremely important us when choosing a home for our family and we nailed it with Foxland Crossing. The grocery store is 2 minutes (I've timed it) away and several restaurants and businesses are located just a few minutes away as well. This area sits next to Old Hickory Lake so we enjoy seeing the beautiful water and boat views each time we are coming to and from our apartment. We've only lived here a couple of months and several friends and family members have come to visit us. They are all very impressed with Foxland Crossing and the whole area. There have been plenty of things to do to keep us and our guests entertained. Lastly, we are a young family with two little boys and it was very important to me that our growing boys were surrounded by a positive and flourishing area with booming commerce and overall energy. Each time we leave the apartment, I wanted them see an entire community growing and prospering. I feel like we've found that here. read more

I've have lived at Foxland Crossing for about 3 years now. This is actually the longest I've lived at any one address in over ten years and on average I've had ten different addresses in ten years. I've lived in apartments and townhouses across the US. Overall these are great apartments. Floor plans are well thought out, appliances are great, and the staff is excellent. They've always been quick to address any maintenance issues. They are also pet friendly and can accommodate trailer parking if you have one at a reasonable price. My one complaint, and it's not with the apartments themselves, is that construction has been constant surrounding the complex. When I first moved in, the apartments were constructing the final building. Not a big deal in of itself. A few months later however, other companies began clearing out the land around the complex to build lots for homes and a gas station. As a result, I gave up pretty quick on trying to keep my car clean. Also it's been a minor annoyance to fight with the construction crews getting in and out. Again, not the fault of the apartment complex but something you should look into if that kind of stuff bothers you. All in all, my family and I have been happy with our tenure at foxland crossing. My family and I feel like the staff has taken care of us. We are moving out of state shortly and I will update this review after the checkout process if anything changes. UPDATE: Check out process was smooth! Easy peasy. Apparently we overcleaned; the maintenance staff told us "looks great in here, but you didn't need to do that. After hunting all over the Hendersonville area for affordable and upgraded housing, we were THRILLED to find Foxland Crossing. I love that our unit was brand new so all of my appliances still had their plastic wrap and instruction manuals. It has felt more like moving into a new home than an apartment. I can't rave enough about the upgrades...like a subway tile backsplash in the kitchen, granite countertops (in the bathroom too!), and a garden tub that dreams are made of! We have 2 young children and they are so happy here. They love the playground and we can't wait for the pool to open this summer so we can use the cabanas. We have valet trash service that is taken nightly which is wonderful for us as we live on the third floor. I only work 2 days a week and would get frustrated at our old complex at the lack of natural lighting...at Foxland, every room has the open/airy feeling I was looking for. The staff has been phenomenal, especially our leasing agent--Lauren. We connected right off the bat and she worked diligently to get us settled in our unit. When we knew we were going to need a temporary spot to live in the Sumner County area, we visited just about every reputable apartment complex in the Gallatin/Hendersonville area, and I can honestly say that no other place measured up to what Foxland Crossing offered. First of all, it's in a great location, almost feels like a vacation condo you'd rent for a week...close to grocery stores and restaurants, but nestled between rolling hills, green pastures and a lake right across the street. It's not a large complex, so traffic is minimal, quiet, and secure. The facility is relatively new (around 2-3 years old) so everything is modern and well maintained. The open floorplans make the units seem much larger than they actually are, and the space feels less like an apartment and more like a home. The staff is second to none...friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and professional...and best of all, they're personable (always greeted me by name any time I've popped in the office to ask a question). Really glad we decided to give this spot a try, and think you will be too. read more

I have lived here for over 2 years. The staff is amazing! I am treated like family everytime I walk into the office or pass any of them on the property. They know me by name and alway have smiles on their faces! I have had VERY FEW needs for maintence, but on the rare occasion that I do, it is handled immediately with no hassle . I can honestly say that I have lived in 3 of the floor plans offered here and loved every single one! As my life took on changes, the staff has been very helpful and flexible in making sure that I am in the right unit for my situation. They truly understand life and from what I can see, they go out of their way to make sure each and every resident is at home here. It's clean, safe, and very well kept. In my opinion, it's the best thing going in this area! I highly recommend Foxland Crossing for your next home! I have thought about purchasing a home again and I will when the right one comes along. I have been a tenant here for the last year and a half. The entire complex is managed extremely well with the wonderfully friendly staff (Teri, Clay, and Gary). The overall maintenance of the entire property is handled professionally and is continuously well taken care of. The apartment units are high end and beautifully designed. The amenities are outstanding, including a resort-like pool with cabanas and beautiful landscaping, as well as the club house which features Weber grills for grilling out, outdoor fireplace with flatscreen television, a billiards room and a high end gym for all residents to use. The community is strictly gated and the overall atmosphere within the community is extremely friendly and enjoyable. I have a dog and Foxland is very accommodating, providing several locations for doggie bags and a beautiful trail around a small lake for me to walk my dog when I come home from work in the evenings. It has been a wonderful first place to live. read more

These apartments are awesome. I have lived in 6 complexes in my life and the quality of Foxland is way above average. The floor plans are spacious with plenty of room in every area of the apartment. The appliances are new and work great, carpet was new and not a dirty spot in the whole place. The front office staff are the friendliest I've ever encountered. They go above and beyond to help their residents out and make sure that everyone is kept up to date on policies of the complex. Lastly, the maintenance staff is phenomenal. These guys are on top of every request put it and do their best to get it done very quickly; there. Is almost no wait to have something fixed! Also, they are willing to help out residents. My car died and the maintenance staff went and got jumper cables and helped me start my car! Great staff, great apartments, great experience. We will he living here another year for sure. read more

We have lived in Foxland Crossing for almost a full year and could not be happier. We toured almost every apartment complex in Hendersonville, Gallatin, and Goodlettsville and Foxland was without a doubt the nicest and cheaper than any other complex. The grounds are always clean, I see people out every morning picking up any trash or debris. We had a small leak in the bathroom from the upstairs neighbor overflowing the tub and maintenance men were in our apartment within 30 minutes fixing it. Neighbors are friendly and respectful, we don't hear them through the walls like we did at other apartments. We have nothing bad to say or any recommendations for improvement, we are very satisfied and will continue to live here. read more

We just moved to Foxland Crossing about 3 weeks ago. It has been a wonderful experience so far. After touring the complex, we decided this was THE PLACE for us. We had specifics that we needed and were willing to wait for. We worked with Clay and Teri for more than 3 months until the perfect unit finally came open. Teri Herder kept in touch with us on a regular basis and guided us every step of the way. Any questions we had (and there were many) along the way, she answered immediately. The staff is great and the facility is superb. It is a quiet, well-maintained, safe complex. It has been many years since we lived in an apartment and Foxland Crossing is THE BOMB!! read more

Best apartment by far in Sumner county- First and foremost; staff and maintenance are very helpful and professional. They are right at your door when you need them. Units are beautiful and very spacious. These apartments are not noisy at all. I have lived here for a year and I never hear my neighbors. I absolutely love the resort style salt water pool! These apartments are close to restaurants and shopping so you don't have to drive very far. If you love to be on the lake, these apartments are located right across the lake. The staff is my favorite because they look out for the residents especially Teri and they take care of problems fast. I love how the apartments feel like home here and the community gives each person open arms making them feel appreciated. Wow! What can I even say about this place that hasn't already been said.. Foxland Crossing is not just an apartment complex. It is a community. The management, the maintenance crew, and the other renters make this place feel very much like home. One of the greatest things about this place to me is the pool and grill area. The units are beautiful and very upscale with things like granite countertops, stainless appliances, garden tubs, vaulted ceilings, crown molding, hardwood floors--like living in a new home. The Foxland crossing staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their property. they make the application process smooth and enjoyable.
