I have a few suggestions for the store owner. Your recent receptionist hire(s) have been great. The old receptionist was a real crab apple, so I'm glad she's moved on. I wish yall could use a different eye pad brand to keep the lower lids down. The ones yall use leave glue residue on my lower lashes and I've never experienced that issue with other providers in the past. Also, the store is not that clean. The retail walls are dusty and the bathrooms need a steam clean. I'd toss out the air fresheners in the bathroom too - they are toxic for humans. Last suggestion.... Please please please get rid of the terrible music. I don't know what kind of corporate rule you have but the music yall are playing is the craziest, most obscure, random mix of various terrible genres I've ever heard. Mind you i had to go 3x to get the right lashes i asked for even after telling them my specific lash map and volume with pictures! Some of the girls were really rough as well as having multiple people come into the curtained space while getting my lashes done.
