Hey now everybody don't hate... first person you need to know is CARSON not only is he da bomb he is da bomb diggity (and yes I am a 90's chick). He has a lot I mean a lot of patience (he has to do deal with me...everybody does) BUT he is know his stuff and if he doesn't he will straight up tell you. I always say it's the little things that count and if it the guy at the vape store that makes your day so be it. Look this is a small store that does emphasize on customer service but people have to be trained ... so in that process you have gotten with one of the trainees. If it's that big a deal call 1st if you know what you want and see if they have it ... if you don't know what you want make sure CARSON IS THERE... he is the one that will have the knowledge and the compassion to help you when your going through the depression of not finding your juice, trying to figure out what's what in the vape world , and if your just having a bad day. But for those at the shop that are were being trained just put yourself in their shoes and try to imagine your first day on the job whether or not you have a background in it or not. Like I said earlier it's the little things such as compassion and think about it ... it goes both ways... I've been coming here for the past 5 years. The atmosphere is always awesome. Customer service is excellent because everyone there is knowledgeable about every item they carry. They have a huge selection of products and if they don't have what I want when I need it, it will be there in the next couple of days. All in all, I try not to go anywhere else because they accommodate just about everything! read more

I got a great juice, don't get me wrong. However, I wasn't aware that they charged a fee for trying the flavors. They did not disclose this fee, either. I have been to a lot of vape shops and I have never been charged for sampling juices so I found it pretty ridiculous. You should be more than happy to let people find the flavor they like so they can purchase it. There shouldn't be a fee tacked on for that. read more

I should have trusted my gut and left, now I'm kicking myself and out $100. When I walked in there was a girl telling the lady behind the counter that she attempted to register some vape online. When she did that, she was told by the manufacturer that it was a counterfeit item. I should have listened and left right then. Instead I spent $100 on a Kanger Subox Mini. Huge mistake. A couple days later I picked it up off the table and felt liquid. It was leaking. This thing has never ever been dropped. It's white metal, you could tell if it was dropped. Nothing I did caused this problem. Basically, the tank is bad. The o-rings or something are allowing the liquid to seep out. Despite the fact that I had just spent $100 and had my receipt, this shady business wouldn't stand behind the product THEY RECOMMENDED TO ME because I was 24 hours outside their shitty 48 hour return policy. I didn't want my money back, I just wanted a product that works. I was told I'd have to spend MORE MONEY to replace the defective tank they sold me. I'm going to try my luck with the manufacturer. Please don't give these con artists your money, and also trust your gut. read more

Very nice vape shop. Laid back vapors lounge kinda vibe. Bring in your tablet, your pv and find a new flavor to vape on while you chill. Friendly as heck. They carry a variety of premium juices and are on track to get even more. I tried more than a few and have returned since then for more. I would like to see some in house flavor mixing, but their selection and quality are pretty nice. They have a good selection of equipment and accessories and not just the same stuff you see at other shops. They also have a loyalty program that I will be sure to take advantage of. Great brick and mortar vape shop nestled in the heart of Pflugerville just north of Austin. Being a vape reviewer, I don't get much of an opportunity to check out the local scenes as much as I used to but today had the opportunity to bring a co-worker by who is trying to quit smoking. A very knowledgeable employee, Ben, took great care of my co worker, answering any and all questions related to someone curious about how vaping works along with providing recommendations. Also Ben was well versed in the vape advocacy issues in general which is a very good sign of care for the vape community as a whole. All in all, the place was classy with vintage decor being the theme. Definitely recommend this spot to the newbie or the seasoned vaping hobbyist like myself. read more

I was happy to find a place so close to me that sold supplies that I wanted to support them by purchasing a new tip even though I orrigionally went in to get some juice. After telling them that I was still new to vaping I was directed to the least knowlegible rep. I ended up buying everything but the battery and was assured that 'They are all pretty much universal'. The 'pretty much' made me think twice but I didn't head that second thought. Then I waited as the rep had to ask the manager (perhaps the owner) about the products and fumble over the tablet they use for credit card purchases. Then I got home to find that what I purchased didn't fit my battery so I went back expecting some kind of discount for missleading me (or for their incompetance). Instead I was met with a few sorries. a couple, 'at least you have up-to-date equipment' (from both of them) and a snarky comment from the manager because I couldn't remember what website I got my first device from over a year ago. Their juices taste good but leave me hacking in the morning as though I smoked a pack of reds the night before. If you live close by take the extra time to go elsewhere and if you where thinking of making the trip to see them, don't bother. 'Vintage' makes one think they will be met with that old time service when these people are quite new, brittle plastic and fake. read more

This place is a little small but it's more on a personal level, the owner is awesome! I went to vintage vapor today after deciding to start vaping for the first time. A man named David was the only worker in the store and as a new consumer, I started to ask him a few questions. Every question i asked him seemed to irritate him. Just general questions like what type of vapes they have and what kind of flavors. I have actually never had a customer service experience like this before. He was so rude to me! I told him i wasn't going to purchase there because of how i was being treated and walked out. I went down the street to AMP vapor where the guy there was so helpful! He informed me about everything i needed to know and got me all set up with a vape and ended up purchasing $140 worth of stuff from AMP vapor. Vintage vapors lost out on a sale and a good customer. I will only be purchasing from AMP! read more

Well I spent almost $100 on 4 or 5 items, and I didn't think much of it. Their flavors are great, but they don't seem to know the answers to my questions about the devices. Not only that, they messed up on my husband's liquids, and have him the wrong ones. Yea, I know, he should've double checked his merchandise, but the employee should know to give the right stuff to the customer.. he went the moment they opened for the day, where there were no customers. The owners were extremely knowledgeable, funny, and have good tastes. My husband walked out of there with his first mod and his all time favorite juice. I never thought I'd see the day coming. It's a goddamn miracle. They offered good discounts as well as some very invaluable infos about my mod+juices. The funny thing is.. I only went in there wanting to buy an external battery charger.. I walked out of there with a happy go lucky vaping hubbo and 4 brand new juices that I'd kill for. Oh yea, I also walked out of there with an external charger as well lol. I definitely will go back. Their juice selection is great, and I love that they have a 'tasting' bar set up for testing new flavors. We have been going here for about a month. Had been very happy all the way around. That was until tonight. Seriously, we do not know all of the terms and lingo of the newest items. If the brand new item we are ready to buy has a price tag of over $175.00 take the damn time to answer simple questions. Don't just say, "read the instructions". Really...thats the best you can do? Well lets see.....what's the best I can do? Oh I know...my momey spends ANYWHERE! But I promise you...it will NOT be spent there. Gave them a closed account ATM card so it wouldn't go through and did the.."we will come back tomorrow with cash" bullshit line. Hell, if they are giving shit service then here is a shit card and a bullshit line to go with it. Sad thing...the "just read the instructions" was said by the owner. Sadly, the previous bad reviews were not wrong....they are 100% accurate. The owner likes to say those reviews are not real and are posted by his competitors. Well guess what....I am a real consumer.
