Please reconsider using this company. I have just had to hire an outside contractor to repair the work this company completed. After the rains we noticed multiple windows leaking in our home. Each window is labeled with the original receipt from Vinyl Window Brokers. I contacted them and they did not keep records from prior than a few years and would not come to check the reason for the leaks. My contractor has pulled out three Windows and not one of them has a sealant. They are literally sitting in the frame with no protection from outside elements. We have had to have drywall and baseboards replaced. I have contacted Vinyl Window numerous times with copies of the receipts that I have and they would not fulfill warranty work. But seeing the windows out I wouldn't want them completing it anyway. Poor business management with no records of service and poor ethics in not responding to warranty service. read more

Windows have helped to keep our home cool. Installation was quick. Pricing somewhat reasonable. Only critique is that they should vet their installers more closely. It doesn't hurt to call the office and ask ahead for names and background. As a consumer, don't be so quick to trust whoever they send to your home, ask questions, ask about background/licensing and any previous issues with any of the workers, specifically in the homes of customers. We had a situation, it was resolved promptly to an extent. But still, an event occurred. Had the workers be more closely vetted, it would not have occurred. Especially with someone who was already known for not holding their weight and having a history of suspicion of theft while working. So, all in all we're happy that the windows do what they're supposed to. But... moving forward we'll be much more careful ensuring that the workers have been throughly vetted BEFORE signing contracts. read more

Certainly happy that my window installation went very smoothly. I was very reluctant to go with them after reading the negative reviews but the reason I I selected Vinyl Window Brokers was the quality of window and slider I was getting for the price. The day of the install came and everything was fantastic. The guys showed up on time, worked very hard, cleaned up after themselves, and did it all in a timely manner. Windows look beautiful. Yes the sales team was pushy and I fielded several phone calls telling them I wasn't ready to purchase yet. I am very happy at this point although it's only been a couple of months since the install. Do not use this company they are the worst. First off, they employed a meth addict as an installer who installed my windows incorrectly, the seal keeps coming loose and everytime they come out to replace they give the bullshit reply "the batch was bad" the installer sup advised for me to call him directly instead of the office but when you do he becomes dumbfounded until I threatened to call the office to report his ass then he remembers. Now on Monday, we return home after leaving for an hour to find our patio window shattered, checked outside and in and nothing hit the window checked the cameras nothing, now this was the day it was 107, called the company the rep stated our contract is in storage and has to be retrieved, once retrieved will call back the same day or next. Tuesday nothing, so we called back for an update the rep response oh it takes 3-4 days for retrieval of records and a call back, yet she failed to state that in the insatiable call, advised we can email a copy of the contract, we emailed she received nothing. Now Thursday four whole days later still no return call. I called and spoke with same rep who placed me on a extensive hold to get an update and price stating per the manufacture tempered glass doesn't shatter, I advised her again nothing hit the glass, the glass is made of cheaper quality which does shatter. Oh I read hundred of reviews relating to this same issue. Now after threatening a complaint with the BBB she calls back and states the manufacturer requires a deposit and it will be 3-4 weeks out. Am I supposed to wait until this glass breaks and injured ourselves and our pets. read more

So this is an unfortunate posting. I have to say that we were looking to replace windows in our home that was built in 1990. We called several places and yelped everyone. We found Vinyl Window Brokers to have decent reviews and the sales guy was pretty good. Their motto is to "cut out the middle man". We had the windows installed, very fast service and and good results. We were happy with the service up till we had an issue. I called in May because we had a window that had moisture inside it. I was told they would get back to me. I called a week later saying no one has called and could you please come repair or replace the window as summer is coming and that sits in the master bedroom on the western side of the house. So i wont bother with the ugly details but over 20 calls and nothing! The bottom line is that Vinyl Window Brokers is the middle man and they are waiting for a representative from the manufacture to come and check out our window. Why would your motto be cut out the middle man when you are the middle man! I guess i should have done more research or just replaced the windows myself. This is horrible service!! Robert read more

I do not recommend anyone do business with this company, especially if customer service is important to you. The buying process is of course super easy, but the follow up and customer service is terrible. When you call their office, the office staff are clueless, my parents have wasted entire days waiting for their team to come and not show up, the first time for actual installation, even after my parents called to confirm their appointment and asked if someone would still be coming despite the projected rain the next day. My dad had taken the day off of work to wait for these guys and of course, it rained and they didn't come. The second time they promised to come reinstall a window they broke upon installation, but also did not show up. They are supposedly coming Friday, but we shall see. When you invest in a home upgrade like windows, you'd expect quality product and service for what your paying. The windows are beautiful and done through Amerimax Vinyl Windows​. However, the installation is sloppy. They remove your old windows and install your beautiful new windows with all the gunk and dirt accumulated from your old windows, don't even bother cleaning the debris to install your nice windows. The insulation then sprayed in the gaps is minimal, makes us wonder if it will expand and cover the space between the window and the framing and provide the utmost energy efficiency. Although thrilled with the look of these windows, definitely take your money elsewhere that provides not just a quality product, but also excellent customer service. Also if you're going to finance the windows, don't do the HERO Program if you want to be locked in a 15 year debt. They do have a financing program with similar interest rates as HERO and if you make your payments on time, you'll be done a lot sooner, depending on the plan you choose. I give them 2 stars because they did have a great sales rep come to the home and they did a good job, and the quality of windows is great. The follow up, and installation is horrible, I wish I would have checked out yelp before going with this company. Lessons learned. read more

I HATE MY WINDOWS. WORST INVESTMENT IN MY LIFE. AESTHETICALLY, THEY LOOK AWFUL. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY and THEIR SALESMAN. I feel completely deceived. The salesman did not disclose the facts that the viewing glass area will be reduced. Average reduction is about 20%. In my case, the GLASS AREA GOT REDUCED MORE THAN 40%. If you are installing a sliding window it is even more. The middle bar looks like a beam blocking a view. INSTEAD OF WINDOWS WE GOT THE PEEP HOLES. They look like prisoner's window. The window frames are extremely wide and are reducing a view/glass pane even more. They delivered very small windows, much smaller than existing frame SO THERE WAS ADDITIONAL ONE INCH GAP between the new outside frame and existing INSIDE frame SO IT IS EASIER for them to install the windows by filling the gap with the insulator foam. The measurement was way off. And you are stuck with new door and window since the first thing they do is to remove the old ones so it is too late to change a mind, and you realize this horrible fact after the new window gets in. Actually, the new windows came in 30 minutes later, which I think is deliberately done so you cannot change your mind since your old windows were already all removed. A patio door was supposed to be a new reconstruction. They removed old patio door including the existing frame and a new patio door was supposed to be a tight fit. Again, THEY DELIVERED THE SMALLER door than opening. There was a 2 inch gap on both sides. They filled the gap with some foam and cover it with trim to cover it. And a trim is sticking out, real eyesore. Also, called Jeff Weaver, salesman, wanted to change a color from white to brown on my patio door before window went into manufacturing, he never returned my call. Tried to work with Kayla, installation manager, she was not helpful, not returning my call and not responding to my email messages. We had to tell installers what to do since their office did not relay a contract agreement that one of the windows need to be resized. They were supposed to work on Friday and Saturday. Turns out that they are not available on Saturday and want come back on Monday so we have to take another day off to be with them. So installation is not yet complete. The installers were cooperative. They removed my old window very forcefully, the inside wall is damaged. I fear it is going to be bad work. They completed work during Monday and sent someone from the office at 6:30 pm so I can sign Certificate of Completion. I refused to sign it since I did not have a chance to inspect the work during day and just came home. Inspection revealed chipped glass, and dirty stain in between the glass panels on two windows. They came within the week and replaced chipped glass on non-movable panel and two other movable panels. However, after an installation, it was noticeable that the new glass on the kitchen window has stain in between glass (cannot be cleaned). They came again and replaced both glasses. And, again one glass was dirty in between the glass panels. This is actually manufacturer fault. So they have to come again. Caulking/silicone they applied around window failed within the week. It peeled and cracked. They re-caulk a few spots applying silicone over the existing silicone when they came to replace the glass panels. They did not seal space between wooden frame around the window and stucco. The gap was about 1/4" large so we did it before the rain and it is holding well, no peeling, no cracks. The silicone progressively failed again leaving gaps as large as 1/4 inch around 3 windows. It even started separating from the wall inside the house. We told them that silicone seems to be of bad quality and surface needs to be clean and dry prior applying it. In the meantime, it rained heavily, and most likely water found its way into the walls. Vinyl Window insisted to come to seal gaps. So, Enrique came on 1/14/17, pulled out the old silicone and applied the new one using the same brand. Unfortunately, the silicone started cracking again within 2 days. It looks like it does not stick to vinyl frame. read more

The price seemed good, but they made some mistakes. When the technician came out (for the second time) he was more than 3 1/2 hrs late.

They don't respect "No solicitation" signs ! Or their door to door ghetto sales rep can't read. They looked very sketchy, and unprofessional with baggy clothes and the criminal types. The flyer with the sales reps name is sloppy, like it was written with a crayon or something. It looked so sketchy I had to Google them online making sure they were legit and not burglar casing the neighborhood. They were peeking into windows of my neighbors. I don't mean to judge but they looked very ghetto. They mind as well be burglar casing houses. I haven't done business with them, but their first impression and other reviews no thank you. I have asked them not to call me multiple times over the last year and they refuse to lose my number. I have call blocked them but every time I do a phone reset they continue to call.
