All of the employees were very professional and careful. When the job was done, they did an excellent job of cleaning up. The windows look great and work well. We had our original single pane aluminum slider replaced with a white vinyl dual pane slider. What a difference in sound and heat, overall a great product at a very competitive price. They were the very first company to respond to my quote request for window glass replacement, as well as the first company to visit in person for the estimate. They then let me know that the brand of my windows (Milgard) carried a lifetime warranty and that I should reach out to the Milgard first to try getting the window replacement covered. Flora took the time to explain how Milgard's warranty worked and even found & sent us the official warranty policy. Following their visit, she has even responded to my follow-up questions even though we are not contracted clients.
