Going to the dentist used to be a daunting task for my wife and me. I had been looking for a good dentist for some time since I had many problems with my teeth and my wife was always afraid of dental work. I looked up dentists in the "Yellow Pages." and Dr. Violet's ad stressed that the office was great for patients who are not fans of dental procedures ,and I said to myself this dentist is for "us!" The first time I visited Dr. Violet Akhondzadeh, D.D.D's office, I was pleasantly welcomed by Doris, the office manager, who was accommodating and is very helpful in navigating the insurance maze. I met Dr. Violet who was extremely personable and pleasant. In the first visit she took a great deal of time to explain the details of the course of treatment needed. Upon accepting, she assured me that everything will be fine. She insured my comfort by being very gentle and kind. Her skills and demeanor added to her superlative care which made me feel completely stress free. During my years as a patient, she has made me more than six crowns and many fillings with great precision. Her assistant Mrs. Ying is also gentle and attentive. She designed and fabricated the temporary crowns or the bridge very efficiently- they would be undetected by anyone but your self - till the real ones were delivered from the dental lab. Miss Stacy is, in my opinion, is a first class dental care hygienist. Her diligence to details is unbeatable. I've been coming here for 5 years now! I have been looking for a good dentist but was never able to find a kind, caring, and funny person. But 5 years ago i did!. She is very helpful. She is also very precise with all her work. Always on schedule and finishes what she starts. She really cares about the little things for example offering refreshments in the waiting area, giving baggies of toothbrushes, floss and offering an awesome selection of shows to watch. After trying many dentists in the area I tried De, Akhondzadeh on a friends recommendation. I haver been very happy ever since. I have been going to Dr. Akhondzadeh for years now, after the long search. The whole office is very caring and receptive to any issue no matter how small you might think it is. From Doris at the front desk to all the back office staff. They all do a great job very professional and thorough and do their best to make you feel comfortable. Dr Violet She is excellent with the best bedside manner I have ever seen. It is rare to find a professional who really does have a caring heart for her patients. The thoroughness and professional work is far superior than the regular dentist. My calls are picked up in a couple of rings, with no taped recording, but a real voice. Dr. Violet and staff have always been courteous, gentle, and professional. Anytime I've had dental emergencies I know I can get treated within 24 hrs. My insurances only cover 70% and although I have to pay out of pocket, she accepts major credit cards and offers medical credit cards. okay, I'm a total coward when it comes to dentists so when I found Dr Violet, I was very happy. She is patient and gentle and very understanding when I wimp out!
