I visited Dannhiflowers this morning looking for something special for my son's graduation. I brought several mini Pokémon toy boxes with me and asked if they could create a Pokémon-themed bouquet. The young Vietnamese lady who assisted me took about 10 minutes to think through the design and, in the end, suggested upgrading to a larger bouquet for $75 with a bigger arrangement and a different wrap style. I was initially hesitant, but I appreciated that she took my unusual idea seriously and was willing to work with it. What stood out to me most was her willingness to bring my vision to life. Not everyone would have been open to incorporating Pokémon toys into a bouquet, but she embraced the idea and did her best to make it work. The final arrangement was thoughtful, unique, and made for a fun graduation gift for my son. I didn't catch her name, but I hope the owner sees this review and knows that she provided wonderful customer service. I was surprised when someone came to my door with flowers. They were gorgeous.love the colors representing bts. I purple them. Apparently my friend placed an order from dannhi flowers and they delivered it to my door. They added a card with what my friend had but the front of the envelope said to:(friends name) instead of mines which was actually pretty funny. It also put a pokemon character as my last name but i think it was because my friend had pregnancy//mom brain so everything came out weird. But glad the flowers made it to the correct place. I needed a funeral spray set for my uncle pretty last minute, called on Thursday for the funeral on Saturday. I requested all white florals and with ribbons and wording. An communicated with me on every step of the process, confirming whether everything looks good. With just two days, the flowers looked great and so beautiful. For the two white floral funeral sprays our total was $740 for reference. I was charged tax and delivery fee. I do wish that for the value of the spray, the flowers would do down a little more/spaced out a little longer so it falls down slightly more on the stand. Other than that, absolutely beautiful display of flowers on an important occasion. Will definitely be contacting An again for other events! read more

I had texted/visited in person for a quote on sprays. I initially decided on this flower shop amongst others because their arrangements were really nice and pretty. The owner didn't reply to my text but called me instead. Whatever was discussed on the phone did not match with whatever was said in person. They offer a $870 package for funeral/sympathy. On the phone, it was discussed that the sprays could be different colors. In person, the owner really pushed for "matching" and were not able to accommodate us. She insisted it is basically "wholesale" but to be honest, I did not understand why they couldn't just charge more for customers to have different designs. I would had been willing to pay. Although yes, matching looks better, what does it matter if it matches or not if the customer is willing to pay? I feel the customer can do what they want with the flowers (after paying), for the shop to keep pushing their opinion on us was very off-putting. It is (Chinese) tradition for families to get one spray per child of the deceased. It will already not match because my other brother is doing something completely different (color wise) from another shop. I opted to get my flowers elsewhere. read more

Staff was super friendly, flowers came out beautiful and price was a lil higher than others but not too bad. Only thing I don't like is that they put the flowers in a bag of water and use that as a base with the paper around it. I liked another shops method and using individual vials of water as you can lay it down and don't cause a mess on leather seats. The flowers could not be laid flat down and had to occupy an entire seat until home of recipient. Other than that I would come back. read more

Sad to write this review as I thought this would be one of my go to floral shop, but because of this experience I will be taking my business elsewhere. My boyfriend ordered a floral bouquet online for our anniversary. He placed the order for pick up on Saturday. There was a miscommunication because he did not know what time the flowers would be ready. He was notified 21 minutes before closing that the bouquet was ready and he lives an hour away.. If he was notified earlier, he would have been able to pick it up on time before closing.. He definitely should've called earlier to confirm the pick up time. I think the situation could've been handled better if there was a pick up time on their website or if they clearly communicated what time the flowers would be ready. Not everyone will assume that they can pick it up anytime on the scheduled pick up day. They were nice to offer store credit but no refund. We just wanted the bouquet on that Saturday. We didn't want them to waste their materials and time on the bouquet they created so I decided to pick it up on Monday (they're closed Sundays) and not do the store credit. I ended up not receiving the bouquet on our anniversary day and with unfresh roses.. It was sitting in their fridge for a little over 2 days and the roses were already dying.. The Korean wrapping was uneven on the sides. The pros, the baby's breath were fresh since they inputted when I got there and the owner explained how to place the bouquet properly in my car. No apologies or smiles when I picked it up even though I was being friendly. I highly suggest going to Monterey Park Florist as they are much friendlier and just as affordable! read more

I spent $275.63 on these flowers, and the card had a word crossed out, and they didn't even write who it was from! I'm so upset. Guys, the note is also important! Edit: To add to this, in response to my text about the card, An offered to call my MIL to apologize. Why in the world would that make anything better?! That is absolutely unacceptable. However, on the day it took to pick up I had arrived 15 minutes early and I still ended up waiting 50 minutes for my flowers. Some of the other customers had been waiting for hours... That aside, the staff was friendly, the flowers were beautiful, and the price was probably the lowest in the area for any florists on a holiday. Whenever my regular clients reach out, I've been referring them to her and they've been very pleased with her designs, price point as well as quality of her arrangements. Don't expect too much. The color and combo of the wrapping paper and ribbon were good. I got the deluxe package, but look at the area where the blue arrow point at, it's entirely empty; at the same time, a flower was almost hidden at where the green arrow pointing at. Wouldn't that be better to move it to where it's empty? The worst part was the flower where red arrow is pointing at, you can tell how bad that was by its height. LOL The flower quality... you can tell they've been days. Very disappointed... read more
