I didn't realize how bad it was until I pulled into the sun and saw the dried soap film. At that point I basically needed another wash just to undo this one. It's convenient if you're already getting gas and don't care too much about the outcome, but for anything more than knocking off loose dust, this isn't it. I spent more time fixing the wash than the wash itself took. Two stars because at least it didn't damage the car, but that's about the best I can say.

It appears, from his impressive web site, that his work is mostly high-end luxury cars; however, he treated my daughter's car as though it were equally important, and he accomplished what wasn't successful with several previous attempts. Our daughter attends college in Miami and began dealing with a mold issue in the back seat of her car, which eventually grew to encompass almost the entire interior. With no idea how this occurred, she attempted to clean the interior herself with vinegar and other cleaners, then had the car professionally cleaned twice, yet the mold returned. She searched for more professionals and read some amazing reviews about Avi's company assisting others with similar issues. Not only did he painstakingly remediate the mold and immaculately clean and sanitize the entire car; but his team also discovered (and temporarily repaired) the cause of the recurring mold, which was the rear windshield seal leaking into an area beneath the rear seat. Two dealership service professionals had been previously unable to determine this. He kept us advised throughout the process with many photos and videos, texts, and phone calls. We are so thankful to Avi and extremely impressed with his company! We read online that professional mold remediation can be an expensive process. It was not inexpensive; however, we soon learned that we could have saved a lot of time, frustration, and money, had she found Royal Car Care Miami first! From then on he has been doing so every Sunday until recently when another typical jack Miami driver rear ended me with a rental truck... Yay... gotta love the drivers here. Anyways. Once my car is out of the shop Avi is and will be the only person i will let clean and detail my car. Hes done such a great job that i have mention his name to everyone I know. Note he is pricey and usually handle high end cars but he is very good at what he does and is worth every penny. He was rude and unfriendly to customers, including myself, and showed no professionalism or willingness to accommodate concerns. What really bothered me was witnessing him threaten to fire an employee right in front of customers, which was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. After supporting this business for years, it's upsetting to be treated this way. Management should treat both customers and employees with respect, and unfortunately that was not the experience here. You have 2 options...1) the self service side or 2) the side where your car gets high pressure squirted with water & you drive into the wash (it's not touch-less). This option has 2 cleaning options $8 or $15. Once through... Sometimes a gentleman working there will dry your car (for me, this is a plus and I always tip). In addition... There are vacuum cleaners available (I believe for an extra cost-I usually opt out of this option)
