Today, one of the staff decided to clean out the dryer lint catchers right next to where I was folding my clean clothes. When I asked him if he had to do that right now, his response was "Mm-hm". Additionally, the woman who is generally there watching the place when I'm there is absolutely lovely and makes me feel welcome. As for why this review is 3 stars instead of five, it is slightly cramped in the building as it is laid out in a pretty constrictive floor plan. The big detractor is the lack of any kind of HVAC system in the building. During summer it is sweltering, and during winter it's barely more palatable than shivering outside, so make sure to dress appropriately or be ready to wait elsewhere while your laundry is going.
