We recently asked VIP Cleaners to come do a deep cleaning of our 3br, 2.5 bath townhouse. Due to surgeries for each of us over the last year, we had not managed to keep up the house, so it needed a thorough cleaning. We were very happy with the cleaning. I wish I could give them a 4.5 star review! They cleaned the oven and microwave, the windows inside, the sliding doors inside and out. They cleaned my second floor deck of the accumulation of pine needles and leaves. They dusted, mopped and vacuumed, straightened bookshelves, emptied the trash and recycling to the garage bins. The bathrooms are spotless! We are very happy!! We will be discussing possibly engaging their service monthly. read more

While this was my first professional service, I was pleasantly surprised by her responsiveness and work ethic. After a while you read enough reviews that you start to worry if you will either be disappointed with the service or you will be charged for every little thing. Not with VIP though. She was on time, stuck to her original quote, and continued to work until the job was done. I started feeling bad after a 5 hour turned into 7.5 job, but she wanted to make sure the job was done right. We have 3400 sqft house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and they look great. Booking with Cristian was fast and he was very responsive to my requests for quotes. 2 cleaning ladies came on time and gave a thorough clean of bathrooms (removing stains that we thought were permanent), mopped the hardwood floors, and vacuumed our carpets. They came Sat. in the late afternoon too, which was the only time that would work for me. They really helped prepare my place so that I could rent it out. I had had a mouse problem in my house and I needed every inch of my house cleaned - including the carpet in the rooms. VIP came in like an army of friendly soldiers and scrubbed everything down. They moved furniture around, cleaned every nook and cranny and were terribly friendly and courteous to boot. Hello, Just want to share a positive experience with VIP Cleaning Services. This guys are amazing. I am a single guy and my house has been vacuumed and dust off a little but I knew I was in need, professional need that is. After a few calls, I schedules a clean up with this guys and all I can say is that they went above and beyond what I was expecting. Scheduling the service was easy and efficient. The fee was reasonable. The housecleaners that came were on time, polite and worked hard, but were not knowledgable about products to use. They cleaned all of my hardwood floors throughout the house with Windex, which I unfortunately didn't realize until they were almost finished. It left my floors dull and most likely damaged. Since they couldn't speak English, they didn't really understand why I asked them to stop using it. When I talked with the manager/owner, he said that he spoke to them and they apologized and he also told them not to use Windex anymore on hardwood floors as it is not what they should be using. I just assumed that a cleaning company that's been around for a while and has good reviews would know how to clean hardwood floors. read more

I reached out about steam cleaning my bedroom and they replied promptly with an estimate much lower than all the other vendors. To be honest, I was skeptical at first because the price seemed too good to be true, but I'm SO happy I went ahead with them! They arrived 15 minutes early. I was busy packing so I was distracted and unable to give much direction, but these guys are professionals. All I had to do was show them the bedroom, and they did a wonderful job. This is something I especially appreciated because moving is already stressful enough as it is and it's good to have someone who knows what they're doing.
