Dr. Lyuda and all of the staff and hygienists are absolutely wonderful. We searched for a long time for dentist to move our family to and so glad we found VIP Dental in our neighborhood. Their office is beautiful, clean, professional, and most of all everyone that works there is amazing. I'm not even getting into the technology the office has and how they spoil their patients with iPads, flat screen TVs, cappuccino, automated text reminders etc! My 4 yr old daughter is very feisty and had several fillings. It seemed like all hands were on deck to keep her calm and get her through 3 fillings. I took a chance on VIP Dental Lounge based off the Yelp reviews I read after I got a flyer in the mail for them. I am very happy that I did! I had such a positive experience for both my cleaning and filling repair. I felt comfortable asking questions and things were answered in a way that was easy to understand. I ended up needing a broken filling replaced and was told exactly how much it would cost before I even made the follow up appointment. I was offered a warm neck pillow, which I gladly accepted, for the filling procedure. I had an issue with the new filling and Dr. Lyuda was kind enough to work my schedule around hers for a follow up. I called at 6pm that night and she was able to see me at 10 am the following morning. I was especially thankful for her attention to this issue because the office wasn't even open to the public that day, but she made time for me. VIP Dental Lounge is also very child friendly. Due to babysitter issues, I ended up having to bring my 3 year old and my 7 month old to my cleaning appointment and they were so accommodating. I'll be bringing my 3 year old here from now on for all her dental needs. They also have great specials/incentives(teeth whitening special/Apple watch raffle incentive for customer referrals). My experience has been great, and I'm looking forward to going back for my next cleaning! read more

VIP dental lounge was an extremely refreshing dental office experience. The moment I set foot in the door I was greeted by the warm friendly receptionist, Lukasz. It was extremely easy to enter my information on an ipad and within a couple of minutes I was set up as a new patient. Nothing about the decor suggests that this is a dental office and the place has a very warm, friendly and relaxed vibe. I was led into a cozy lounge with very comfortable chairs and modern art adorning the walls, by a pleasant staffer Emily. This office seamlessly integrates technology in every aspect of the operation. Each chair in the waiting lounge has an ipad with a custom app. I was able to order a cappuccino from the ipad while sitting in the lounge and within 5 minutes Emily delivered a delicious cup to me. I arrived early for my appointment and spent a few minutes watching Netflix on an ipad attached to the chair, using wireless Bose headphones that each ipad comes equipped with. At every other dentist's office I would have been flipping through pages of old magazines instead of watching my favorite shows on Netflix (while sipping on cappuccino). I was seated in the dentist's chair right on time and the dental assistant promptly took my xrays. Within a couple of minutes I was greeted by the dentist Dr. Lyuda. Dr. Lyuda was very friendly and gave me a thorough examination and asked me about my dental history; all the while sporting a smile. She is without doubt the most courteous and friendly dentist and takes the time to assess her patients. Everything about this place is outstanding - atmosphere, attitude of the staff, the dentist's bedside manner and professionalism. read more

Dr Luda has been my dentist for many years. I started going to her in Mundelein and was very happy. When I moved to Chicago, I was excited to find out that Dr Luda was also working in a Chicago office. When she opened up VIP Dental, I followed. She has been a great dentist, always telling me where I was doing well and where I need improvement. I'm very impressed with the high tech equipment in the office. The X-ray equipment is great in that she can take images and show you within seconds on a computer monitor. When I go in, she knows who I am, knows my history, and is very clear in explaining everything. I like her staff also. Everyone is always smiling and happy. The office is different than any I've ever been to. I've never had much of a wait, but they have iPads for people to use in the waiting area. read more

Just got home from VIP Dental and WOW!!!! The yelp reviews do not lie- I myself found them on yelp and they fit me in pretty much the next day. I can say this is the first time in my life I felt before after LEAVING the dentist than I did before I walked in. The facility is beautiful, no question. But hands down, Tatiana ( the hygienist) made the visit an A+. As many others can attest, I wasn't exactly thrilled to got to the dentist today. Ive had many uncomfortable/painful dentist experiences which have made it something I usually put off as long as possible. However, as soon as she greeted me, I knew I was in very good hands. She does her work impeccably! She is extremely professional and you just know this girl knows her stuff =) But more than that, she was so warm and friendly, that I honestly forgot I was sitting in a chair in the dentists office. I felt like I was chatting with an old friend =) Any nerves I had were quickly put to rest in her care. Jessica, who is the office manager, was also extremely kind and helpful, as was the actual dentist. They were not pushy at all, which I also loved. Excellent experience! Today was my first time visiting VIP and it was an amazing experience. Never before have I been so excited to visit a dentist's office, and moreover I can't wait for 6 months to pass so that I can go back! They are really amazing here, everyone in the office has a great energy and they make you feel comforatable. The dentist always makes me feel like she cares, and yes that seems like something everyone should do when it comes to their work but that is NOT THE CASE. I have been to three different offices in the last two years and I think they didn't more damage to my teeth than good. I'm an actress too so I cant be just walking around with janky teeth, I won't be able to book a commercial like that! Anyway here the dentist does a great job of putting care into the work she does . And everyone is so happy every time I come, it helps kill the nerves, AND the décor is gorgeous. Oh they also cover some Medicaid services which is awesome because Medicaid will have you going to the butcher for some dental care , so it makes this office that much more amazing. read more

This has been a great experience all around. To start the staff is helpful over the phone & they checked my insurance. Then you pre register online, thus no paperwork. The decor is awesome. The friendly & professional staff get you coffee & clean your teeth well. They use the latest technology for X-rays minimizing radiation. VIP Dental is an amazing dental office and Dr. Lyuda is the best, most comforting, and caring doctor I have ever had. Upon entering this unique and hi-tech facility, I was met by a warm and helpful receptionist who quickly led me through my check in. I waited in a amazing lounge, watched Netflix in my personal iPod and chair, and even had a delicious espresso macchiato complimentary as I waited. I've been looking for a dentist for a very long time and I finally found the one I like. I got an x-ray and cleaning. It's nowhere near my home but I have no problem traveling for quality service. They are very welcoming and I didn't have to wait long at all. I think I was in the chair 5 minutes after arrival. This office has been extremely accommodating. I sent them a message last Monday morning because I thought I had an infection. They called me in less than an hour and Dr. Lyuda saw me within two hours. They are extremely thorough and confirm your insurance coverage while you're there so you know what the charges will be and there are no surprises. The staff couldn't be any nicer. I've been meaning to write this review for a while! I've always had the worst anxiety going to dentists, but I am so glad I found this place. First of all, Vivek is very thorough and helpful and helped me find my insurance, broke down the costs for me, and made sure that He could squeeze me in for all necessary appointments before a wedding I was in. The dental assistant really helped calm my nerves while doing my cleaning. She was helpful and extremely friendly. Dr. Lyuda is great! She is patient and understanding and obviously knows what she is doing. Not only is the staff amazing, the office is very modern, comfortable, and tons of things to do in the waiting room. I really also like the fact that this place is text-friendly (scheduling appointments, reminders). Highly recommend! You won't find a dentist office like this! read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. They are completely unprofessional and don't know what they're doing. I went there for a checkup because I needed my wisdom teeth pulled and they told me they would do the X-rays and send them over to the surgeon they recommend. Three weeks later I'm at the surgeon and they've never received the x-rays. This quack calls the surgeon while I'm in my consultation to ask them if I'm going to go to my next appointment at their office and that they would take new X-rays. I called this place THREE times to have my x-rays sent. Then I'm told by the patient coordinator at the surgeons office that they aren't even the correct type of X-rays. So this dentist made me get X-rays I didn't need and that I wouldn't be able to use at their recommended surgeon for the sole purpose of making money. Now I have to almost here hundred dollars out of pocket to get the correct set taken. This is most likely not going to be covered by my insurance because I just had X-rays taken. When I called to question the owner, instead of listening and apologizing for their epic screwup he told me to stop talking because I didn't know what I was talking about. They don't have those type of X-rays at this office. At that point I hung up. I will NEVER do business with these people again and I can guarantee that I will be contacting the BBB and anyone else I can about this place so they don't screw over anyone else and take anymore money that they haven't earned. Edited to add: the owner has now posted my private medical info on my fb review of the practice using his personal fb account. I have taken photos and filed a complaint with the OCR as this is a clear violation of my HIPPA rights read more

I just moved back from nyc and immediately went back here. Dr. Lyuda is one of the best dentist out there! I love how she's always smiling but gives you a very comprehensive assessment of your dental issues. She also works to make sure the solution is something you understand and agree with. Her staff is very good and is always super helpful. The office administration staff is super helpful and explains the bill and I love the fact they can handle all the appointments over text as well, makes life a lot easier. my experience at first was good all very friendly and there was a girl who spoke Spanish, although the price was not very low agree to make me the treatment of my tooth, where they would make me canal route and then a crown. when they left me the proviscent crown, apparently they forgot about me, I had to call back to ask why they were taking so long, realizing it, they apologized and gave me a clean-up of "courtesy" according to them, then when I went to get my crown is not well made and I have to wait longer, when you finally had it, the doctor had to force her too much to get in and according to her it had gone well, there I started everything, the tooth still hurting me, call to ask if it was normal because they had already passed to the three weeks, they gave me an appointment and i was referred to another place that were specialists in canal route and that I would not have to pay anything, apart from the pecimo serivio of that place and that I had to wait more than 2 hours . On top of that, they charged me 95, for just looking at the crown and telling me what was wrong they had to break it. I went back to VIP Dental Lounge to tell them what happened and they gave me back the money from the route channel, I told them that in that other place it was more expensive than I would have to pay a lot more again, they told me that they could not do anything that the only thing was that I would and that i would come back where they would cover my crown, AN OPEN CORONA AND BACK TO COVER that bad! what I do not accept, they still gave me back the money only from the canal route and left me with the toothache that I still have, I returned twice the first saw me the Doctor and I took a picture where I could see myself how bad I was wearing the crown and that I had a little hollow and that my tooth was infected, I made a disgusting liquid that I know that was to cut off the infection and I sent to take desinflamatory and that I would return if the pain was not removed, when I return because obviously the pain did not take away , the doctor had already gone to have her son and I was attended to by another doctor I didn't speak Spanish and this time no one spoke Spanish, all they told me was that they couldn't do anything to me, other than take my tooth out or find a place that would go more economical where they had more advanced technology, and microscope to see if I could stay something inside i to tooth, that they could no longer do anything for me, I lost all the money in the crown 1309 slates and I was left with the pain. read more

I have been going to VIP Dental for about a year now. Over this time, my wife has started going in addition to a co-worker who asked for a recommendation in the area. We all love going here! The staff is professional, but also fun. I know most of the staff by name and they recognize me as well. All of this is great and all, but more importantly, I feel that Dr. Lyuda and her staff do a great job on my teeth and are always sensitive to your needs as a patient. About half a year ago I decided to do invisalign with them. They worked with my insurance and came back to me with different options for payment and we worked out a plan that suited my situation. I really enjoy going here and I can not recommend VIP enough. NOTE: just because it is called VIP Dental Lounge does not mean it is expensive. I have not had to pay out of pocket yet for any normal procedure and they do all of the research for what insurance covers. read more
