I made an appointment for 5:45. I arrived 15 min early. I was told to wash my hands, I did. Then I was ignored for 25 min. During this time a woman getting her nails done became belligerent. She was yelling, cussing and threatening a nail technician. Instead of ask her to leave they let her continue. Finally I got up and left. read more

I love how clean this place is! Whenever I search for a new shop that's the first thing I look at. The polish well organized and their materials well stocked but the staff is very friendly as well. I got the basic pedicure which said it includes a massage (as every pedicure I've ever gotten has). The "massage" was legitimately a minute and a half long. I timed it. She rubbed my calves up and down and that was it. No foot massage at all. I didn't expect a 15 minute massage but something longer that 1.5 minutes would've been great. The nails themselves are terrible. Uneven paint and nail shape. She did file one of my nails and so there's a hang nail. Never going back and do not recommend. read more

For the past two months, I have booked appointments with the salon and went in and had to either switch to a different person or wait up to 45 minutes to get seen by someone there scheduling is very unorganized.. and don't even think about trying to get a walk in that's usually up to an hour wait! they don't even offer a discount even after you have to wait for 45 minutes AND you had a scheduled appointment that you called and confirmed multiple times. read more

Salon is clean and the nail technicians do a good job. Today Sunday May 2nd they were extremely busy we had a 12:30 reservation and didn't get started till 1:15. Worst pedicure I've ever got. $60 for a 34 minute pedicure. My feet still weren't clean. He forgot to massage 1 foot with the hot rocks. Left nail polish on one toe. Didn't even rub the lotion in my legs just wrapped a cold towel around them. Don't waste your money. read more

I asked for a flame design and they said they could do it. I received nothing that looked like the photo I was very unhappy. I wanted a refund but they said they couldn't refund it instead they would fix it. I payed 65$ for these nails and they looked ratchet. In the end I got my refund and they removed the nails. They weren't gentle at all and she didn't remove all the acrylic so now my nails look worse then they did when I first came in. read more

Worst experience ever. They are very rude and do not have any professionalism. Nail tech cut me twice didn't even say sorry. When I mentioned to the manager that the nail tech cut me, she laughed and said things happen. They started talking to eachother in their language and they all started laughing. That was very uncomfortable. I just wanted an apology but instead I got laughed at. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

The salon is beautiful and very clean, I really enjoyed my experience. I always get gel nails and am used to them staying on/not lifting for at least 3 weeks. I couldn't get in to my regular salon one day and just happened to be passing this place, so figured I'd try it. I was able to get right in, and the nail tech was friendly and did a great job. But my nails started lifting after barely 6 days. That's the only reason I won't go back. I can't speak to their other services, they could be great! read more

We had a party of 6 scheduled for appointments in preparation for a wedding. One of the bridesmaids found this salon and made appointments for everyone. Many in our party were very unhappy with the prices and service. One in our party went in for a manicure and pedicure. She rarely gets her nails done. They upsold her on powder dip nails and did not inform her of the cost. The powder dip and pedicure cost her $150. Another in our party had a pedicure and acrylics. One of her acrylic nails was slanted and not straight like the rest. She also asked for one shape and they gave her another shape. She was also shocked at the prices they were charging as they were more than what was advertised on their website. They were also a lot more expensive than her normal salon. She complained and they did reduce hers by $30. Another in our party got a manicure and pedicure and her manicure polish had bubbles. She made them do it again. My usual salon charges $55 for a powder dip. I was surprised when I was charged $61. As we were leaving, one of the technicians chased after us and said who was going to pay for the bride as she didn't pay. I told her that her sister-in-law paid for hers (the bride and her sister-in-law left separately, but before us). The technician went back in and asked another technician, who confirmed that the brides nails had indeed been paid for. The technician who accused us of not paying for the bride did not even apologize. This was a horrible salon that upsells you without telling you that there are additional costs and the services received were not quality services. None of us will be going back here EVER again. read more

I've gone here many times before. Had a 130 appointment for a pedicure and was not taken until 2 o'clock. My pedicure only lasted about 20 minutes which was shorter than my weight time. They also had no water when I asked for some water. read more

I was new to the area and found this place. They always did a good at first, job but it annoyed me that I always had to make an appointment, yet I'd always have to wait a while. It's like they book too many people at once and don't really honor up your time. I went a few months ago and the service seemed to have declined. Then I went last week to get a pedicure and it was the worst I've ever had. The lady was super rude, acted like i was bothering her when i made an appointment days in advance, and didn't even do basic stuff like cleaning under my nails. I had to ask her twice to do that and then someone else had to put a top coat on because she walked away to help someone else near the end and never came back. I'm younger, always polite, don't have nasty feet, always left a good tip. No reason for this crap. The service has just gone way down hill, while their prices keep going up. I'm done and won't be wasting my money or time here again. Do better. read more

Uhhhh.... why do you let people make an appointment if you're not going to honor it?!? I made an appointment for 12:30 pm, received a confirmation via text that it was confirmed and showed up 10 minutes early. When I got there, every tech was just starting work on people and 3 people were waiting. Hmmm. Not looking so good. I told the lady that I had an appointment and she asked if I could wait a few minutes. K. I waited. Now it's 12:40 pm and another tech walks in. Great! He asks me and the other people waiting what we're there for. I told him I made an appointment for a mani and pedi. He asked if I wanted to wait in the pedicure chair... uhhh how long is the wait (seeing no end in sight), I ask. He checks and says it will be another hour????? Ummmm no. I walked out and will not be back. Don't allow me to make an appointment if you can't handle it. It makes you look bad and makes would be customers into people who will never ever return.
