I love the way my pedicure came out. The lady that did them shaped them good. The issue I had was she was doing the callus removal and used a cheese grader thing and ended up scraping the skin off side of my foot. (Accident I get it) Also I feel like the white gel polish has turned "off-white within the week that I've had them done. I still have 4 stars because I will be trying them again and hopefully a better experience. read more

my pedicure turned out well & pricing isn't too bad. i didn't like that the pedicure doesn't include the quick massage/ scrub... as most do.. i've never been to a location where it's an add on. it was busy and they were short staffed so i'm glad i made it right before the crowd. the others didn't mind waiting so i think that's a good sign. read more

my pedicure came out great, the place was super busy tho.. i literally walked in right before the crowd so there was a wait and i believe they were short staffed. the others didn't mind waiting so i think that's a good sign. a little disappointed that a regular gel pedicure doesn't include a massage.. you have to pay for a different pedicure for it. i've never been to a nail salon and experienced that. besides that i would return. read more

Hi I use to like going here and the last time we were there one of the guys broke my daughters toe nail. He was supposed to remove the acrylic and was so rough he broke her nail right in the middle. Then he acted like it was her fault I was so upset and wanted you to get up and leave but my daughter calmed me down. She didn't want you to make a big deal out of it. She didn't even cry. I was furious but kept cool. Anyway long story short just wanted to share so people know what they are getting themselves into. No one really apologized and we still paid in full including tip out of courtesy but would have preferred to walk out. Will not ever be returning. I am wondering if I could report to the health office or something really would appreciate anyone's advice thank you. read more

This is my go-to spot when I'm in town. I always leave happy with my nails looking fresh :) This time one of the guys did my nails. I went in with long, thick almond acrylics done somewhere else and asked for short, thin, and square and that's exactly what I got! The acrylic was applied perfectly and omg look at that shape! Came in about a month about to try out a new nail salon, having good reviews i took the chance &' came in. Instantly didn't like the nail technician, an older lady who always wears a jade thick bracelet, she doesn't proceed with caution &' after saying "Ouch" for the 3rd time i left like she genuinely didn't care, technicians are suppose to try to handle your nails/hands with care, the whole time i felt like she was just grabbing my hands &' not to mention her nails digging at my fingertips/edge of my skin. When doing an acrylic set, when she was supposedly finished with the base, the edges of all my nails were sealed shut from her brushes so much excess of the acrylic product. Came back to remove those nails i got &' ended up getting the same lady. And had hope it wouldn't be a painful experience again, but i was wrong. I had asked for a clear coat after &' she finished taking off my acrylic and told me she was done. The place has potential, but definitely feel like management should go over these simple steps with the techs, i'm sure there's other technicians that are more careful, but this was my experience. read more

While I was on a phone call, she overheard someone say, "I don't like her voice." She then told me to end my call because she no longer felt comfortable servicing me and sent another waxer to complete my service. What made this especially uncomfortable was that the original waxer was white, and I was then reassigned to a Black waxer. I have no issue with the employee who completed my service; my concern is how the situation was handled and how it made me feel singled out and unwelcome. When I asked for the original waxer's name, two employees gave me different names, (Alysssa W. or Ashley) which further raised concerns about the transparency of the situation. I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism regardless of my race, appearance, or voice. I am asking management to conduct a thorough investigation into this incident, including speaking with the employees involved and reviewing what occurred before, during, and after my service. I also expect management to hold the appropriate employees accountable for their conduct, clarify why I was given conflicting information about the waxer's identity, and take concrete steps to prevent customers from being treated this way in the future. I would appreciate a direct response explaining how this matter was investigated and what corrective action will be taken.

Minh was great she was able to remove my acrylic and shape my natural nails and painted them this beautiful light pink color, which made them look so natural. I'm so happy with the service and can hardly believe these are my natural nails. read more

they are the best place to go for everything. My husbands loved to go there to get a pedicure, he could sit there for hoursin the chair, ad the people are the greatest and Ben makes it fun to be there he is so funny. read more

Please be prepared that if anything's wrong, their fake smiles, will turn into a scowling as they argue you down- just to be right and to deny any wrongdoing versus being courteous and correcting the problem! The service was unprofessional, our services were left unfinished, yet we were still quoted full price! When our concerns were raised, the staff became even more argumentative instead of trying to resolve the issue. Henry was the only technician that I've seen consistently professional, and respectful. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff skills and service fell far below expectations. I used to recommend this salon, but after this experience I no longer do. Terrible attitude from the younger nail tech and one of the more mature nail techs. She had a full-blown fit and refused to correct her work. In my opinion their unprofessional attitudes take the whole vibe down! I've since found a new replacement and wonderful salon that is welcoming, peaceful, and consistently does beautiful work. Won't be back and I'm glad!!
