If i could leave 0 stars i would. A week ago i made an appointment for me and my friend at 3pm today because my baby shower is tomorrow: 2 full sets and 1 pedicure. I specifically asked for Calvin during my appointment call. I showed up at 3pm today and they were shocked to hear i made an appointment. My friends full set and my pedicure went fine, however my full set was horrible. I continued to tell the man who ended up doing my nails, because it was not Calvin, that i did not like my nails and i could easily do a solid color if French tip is too difficult. After redoing my tips for the third time i was just upset and tired since it was close to 6pm and let him finish, i know.. my bad. When i went to pay the lady asked how i liked my nails in which i explained that i was very unhappy. I asked if i could take my friend home and return and she said no, that i could come the following day at 11am. I shouldn't have paid but i did not feel Right walking out without paying for their service, despite my dissatisfaction. read more

The staff is very friendly and super nice but in both of my experiences I've simply just been "okay" with the service. They dont do the greatest job. The place is nice and clean but the knowledge of the latest and greatest styles of nail designs just doesnt seem to be there. If I'm going for a simple pedicure, sure this is a good place to go. I wouldn't recommend coming here. We stopped by to get acrylic fills and lashes. They do a horrible job on acrylics and lashes. They overcharge for fills and lashes but none last more than one week, which is bad. The nails were different shapes and size. They also complain when paying customers use the restroom. I went to the restroom because the employee told me to wash my hands and when I came back to the chair. I overheard him tell another customer that people walk to the restroom like it's their house. We gave this salon a chance and it was one of the worst experiences thus far. Thank you for not appreciating your customers. We won't come back here. read more

Calvin took his time and made sure they were perfect. Most of the time I get my nails done at which ever shop is close by but they never turn out "great". I love my nails-powder dip, gel tips! Pricing is just right, not inflated like most nail salons. The lady that did them is very good. She made sure I get the perfect color I showed a picture of. I heard if you come in the AM it's less of a wait than towards PM. I spent 1.5hrs there: 30min wait and 1hr for the nails. But it's worth it, they give you 10% off on the next visit! read more

Okay so this place is not so bad. Every time I end up going here it's usually not so packed so the nail techs usually pay attention to details. I like that for pedis they use little lemons to prep your toes before gel/nail polish. One thing that they don't offer is dip powders in different colors. It would have to be clear dip then gel on top. read more

First, I would like to commend the name of this place because the name itself is a winner. I took my mom to get our nails did after finding that our usual nail place in Riverside was not open this Christmas week. The lady who did my nails ( I think her name was Chi) was very nice. She did a very good job with cleaning and adding the white tip to my nails. She did not rush and made sure she did her job well.
