You do need to check your prescriptions because the often forget some of them. It's good to call and make sure so they have everything. The great news is the wait is always short and the staff are really nice. read more

Worst experience ever always not the best customer Service. But get medication monthly they don't take my insurance. Today I go in and price went up $60. 120 was already high but with no warning price went to $180 and all I got was were cheaper than most pharmacies. If I could give them a zero stars I would. Everytime I come to pick up medication there is an issue. Only given half order and made to come bck for rest. Told it be ready in a hour and is not ready even after 2 hrs of waiting. Would not recommend coming or picking up prescriptions here. read more

I've been coming here for a couple years now. My doctor told me to check them out, that a lot of her patients went there, after my multiple complaints about the chain pharmacies I was using never keeping my medication in stock & having to go a week each month without them. At first I only used them to fill medications from the doctor who suggested I try them. They've almost always have my medications in stock. On the few occasions they haven't, they arranged for me to pick it up at a sister pharmacy or had it arrive the following day, unlike the chain pharmacies where you have to wait 3-7 for them to receive it back in stock. After a major run in with a prejudicial pharmacist who refused to fill my prescription claiming it went outside their guidelines but told me to try another of their chain locations, that it might fit their guidelines (despite having the same guidelines, I asked), & being harassed by that pharmacist since she started, that was the final straw; I took all of my prescriptions to VIP Pharmacy. I've never been happier with a pharmacy. Natalie & Nicole are not only extremely friendly & make you feel wanted as a customer, they are efficient as well. They work with you & your insurance to make sure you get your prescriptions on time, including calling doctors for refills before you know you need them. They even helped me get all my prescriptions in time for a vacation I took, by calling the insurance company & coordinating the fill days. I know no chain pharmacy would do that even though everyone's insurance has a clause for it. The rest of the staff is efficient as well. I like this pharmacy so much I changed my children's insurance so I could bring their prescriptions here also. An added bonus is this pharmacy will ship your medications to you for free once a month if you live with a certain area. I've needed to take advantage of this service a couple times & your medication arrives the next day. read more

I went in today to fill a prescription and they have quality surgical mask,hand sanitizer,gloves in various sizes,toilet paper and just about everything you need to protect yourself from coronavirus! The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I suggest you stop in to get your medication and personal protective equipment. read more

I am so glad that I found this pharmacy! They had the medication that I had been looking for EVERYWHERE! They spent extra time trying to look up my newborn's insurance, even though the medication was only $4. They were very patient and the pharmacist and cashier were both very personable. read more

When thinking about pharmacy we always tend to think of the big box pharmacies either for convenience or because we don't know any better. I am so grateful I found this pharmacy. It's small, but they always have the medications in stock and always give the best customer service. If you can make it during their operating hours, it's by far a better option than the big pharmacies. read more

Well ive only popped in to purchase hot Cheetos from time to time. They offer a free drink to give them a positive review which to me sort of takes away from the whole idea of Yelp but as anyone who has eaten hot Cheetos knows, one gets a bit thirsty so I figured wth...the folks are friendly here and although I have never had any prescriptions filled here the place seems to be pretty busy with ppl that do. This pharmacy is very fast and the staff is super friendly. Is conveniently located next to my doctors office. The girls are very helpful in answering any questions regarding any prescription. But what I love the most is how fast they fill my prescription. I moved out of town but I still come here when I'm visiting or when picking up my mom's medicine. read more

V.I.P. Pharmacy is awesome. Everyone who works there is kind, patient, and understand. But most Importantly, they are problem solvers. If there is a issue with your medication, they get your doctor on the phone right of way and rectify the situation. read more

I walked in this establishment and the lady ( Ericka)sat behind the counter completely ignoring my presence for atleast 3 minutes before she said she'd be right with me and began calling patients to the window I was standing at. How rude! To top it off when I stepped away waiting to be helped another customer came in and received service before me. There were 2 people at the counter it makes no sense that they didn't have the decency to even greet me, nor take my request prior to someone who just walked in when I had be waiting 5- Since I have been back at this pharmacy I have had none of the previous problems I experienced in the past. The only pharmacy you need. Done. The way pharmacies be acting these days, I just say F off to the major chains and strictly go here for the prompt, polite, & professional service. Not to mention, they don't lie, make up bullshit, or constantly have to special order medicine they should no doubt definitely have in stock, u would think. Don't expect them to help you with anything insurance related, the level of incompetence is so deep, its genetic I needed the Pharmacy to help with a medication quantity override, the process is simple, they fill out a forum, and fax it to my doctor for their signature, for the last two months they have been unable to finish that first step First they said it was due to my insurance not faxing the forum to them, OK, why didn't you call them back and request another Second time, they say they attempted to call my doctors for the a correct fax number, but they don't have the correct doctors number, so they sat on it again for another month until I returned for a refill, were they informed me they didn't have the correct number, and that's why it didn't move forward again, and at this moment the pharmacy assistant looks it up on her computer and finds the correct number, taking less than 60 second I was shocked that they could not have done that the instant they noticed the number was wrong the first time, and not until I arrived a month later read more

I showed up 5 min before they closed, not really expecting to get my order, and guess I got the VIP treatment because they stayed open and filled my order right away. In and out in 10 minutes!! read more

Should be 50 negative stars! VIP sucks, our prescriptions are never ready when they say, if they have a problem filling your order they do not notify you. You just find out when you get there that there was a problem and your order is not filled. We got there early one day to pick up and waited 15 or so minutes after they were supposed to open another customer waiting as well said that they are always late to open. One time they said come and pick up order tommorow, well when we got there it was Saturday and they are closed, WTH! Oh and parking in the lot is impossible. Save yourself the headaches and go elsewhere. read more

My Dr. recommended VIP pharmacy. The prices are better than with my insurance and I don't have to wait for the mail. They contact the Dr. when a prescription needs to be refilled so I don't have to wait. Very nice people. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of their hours. If they were opened later or on Saturday they would get 5 stars. :) read more
