The doctor contacted me after finding out I was not happy with my Botox. He made an appointment for me to come in. At the appointment he really listened to my concerns. I probably sounded bat-shit crazy cause my forehead did not move much, I just was not happy with the overall look and I was still getting stress headaches. I wrote this review when I was only 2 days post-op from a Breast Augmentation, but for some unknown reason, it didn't get posted! My sentiments, however, are more elevated than usual since I get to spend more time with VIP Plastic Surgery. So I was trying to say on my original review that I wanted to commend Dr. Khorsandi very much even early on at that stage because he was very nice, down-to-earth, intelligent, and made me feel at ease from the very beginning. The staff at VIP Plastic Surgery was amazing too. I always feel welcomed whenever I'm at the office or when I call them about anything that bothers me during my recovery. The whole team, in general, even the nurses and Anesthesiologist at Seven Hills Surgical Center made me feel comfortable from start to finish of my procedure. Dr. Khorsandi also has been very compassionate. He never treated my concerns with disdain, and he was very patient in answering my questions. All the attributes I mentioned are what I've always looked for in a physician. As a medical student, I am more inspired than ever to finish my studies and be just as good and humble as him. Also, what made Dr. Khorsandi stand out more against other plastic surgeons I looked up was his Vectra 3D imaging. It was so helpful in choosing implant sizes. I ended up getting 335 cc on my left and 345 cc on my right breast due to asymmetry. I'm even more impressed after the consultation because he's the only one who pointed this out. Not personal at all. Didn't make sure I was relaxed. Never came back in to make sure I was doing ok and I was at his offices for 8 hours and his office was directly across the hall. So into his self can't check on a patient who is paying thousands of dollars? Honestly Lee and Willy are the magic! They make you get the results u want as for the doc they need a better one who is not all about their self celebratory . His work the very little he did like my stitches were crooked and had to be redone. The guy is a gold digger all about money not the patient. But you can bargain with them . The first price they gave me was $18k for a hair restoration. After going I circles I got the same procedure 3000-3500 hairs for $6200. So watch out for their highest robert initial price. Cut it to a third as your counter they will take it. Buyer be warned! read more

I went to Khorsandi for cheek and lip fillers. He charged me around 1k per syringe which is insane and of course like any awful doctor he tried to upsell me and I fell for it. I ended up spending close to 5k on fillers only to be left with my lips looking like two sausages. He put so much filler in my bottom and top lip that it migrated into my upper lip area and down below my bottom lip. I knew I had to get the filler dissolved. I called his office and I was told that he would dissolve it free of charge since it was his work. Day of my appointment I show up and I am made aware that I'll have to pay $250 per injection of dissolvent. I left because I'd rather pay someone I trust to dissolve it then that shady doctor. I ended up finding an injector I trust and it took her 4 injections of dissolvent to remove all the filler that had migrated! It usually only takes one injection so you can only imagine how much Khorsandi had over filled my lips just so he could charge me thousands for the extra syringes. I look back at photos of how my lips looked and its embarrassing. Shame on Khorsandi for ever thinking what he did was ok. read more

I chose VIP Plastic Surgery for a MiraDry treatment that significantly reduces underarm perspiration, odor, and hair growth. Met with Dr. Khorsandi to discuss a revision rhino/septoplasty with turbinate reduction. That he would consider even meeting to discuss a revision rhinoplasty was encouraging. During the consult, the 3D images of what my nose could look like were exciting, and Dr. Khorsandi's bedside manners were second to none. On Christmas Eve I had my surgery, and Dr. Khorsandi came in to the office on Christmas Day for my 24 hour post-op. Beyond happy with my lip filler results, even just 1 day out! First time for anything plastics oriented, and everyone at the practice was fantastic! When he tried to "fix" it, it was worse and he blamed it on my body type. I have more issues now than before I went there. I chose his office because it was the highest price I was quoted and I believed he was the best as advertised. I have to explain to any other doctor I see why I look look like this, embarrassing. My experience at VIP PLASTIC SURGERY was probably the WORST experience I've ever had. I wanted to get my keloid removed from my shoulder which was something I was really self conscious about. I chose vip because they marketed that they had an SRT machine which a laser to prevent keloids or large scars from reforming. My original date of my surgery was rescheduled on their behalf to a week later. When I finally got my keloid removed I felt uncomfortable in the surgery room because they had their own side conversations and it just wasn't professional. When my procedure was done I wasn't given any instruction. I got off the surgery bed and they just started cleaning. So I stood there and looked in the mirror to finally see this keloid gone! I was happy until Dr. Khorsandi said you know you shouldn't be so VAIN it's a deadly sin. I was like wow I can't believe he just said that. The following 3 days the doctor was adamant about receiving the srt laser to kill the keloid cells and prevent it from coming back. The next day for my 8 am app they call me at 7:40am to reschedule to 3 pm because the doctor had a meeting. Called at 2 to tell me they need to reschedule to 5 for some reason. Then before 5 they said they turned on the SRT MACHINE and the laser isn't working ! So I had to wait for them to get a new laser and it went past a week and still nothing. There was NO COMMUNICATION, I had to call to ask if they finally fixed the laser. So I asked for a refund and never got the srt done! For compensation they gave me a free facial but the day I went in the ladies at the front desk were pulling each other's white hairs out. They need to be a little more professional especially at a place called VIP. In the end my keloid is back. I wish I could've gotten the laser. But it didn't seem important to them. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this place. read more

She was super professional, kind and very knowledgeable. Like other reviews regarding this company, I am not sure if it is scheduling issues or a lack of care on behalf of the administrative staff but it feels like the latter. For the surgery we were looking into we would have to be under anesthesia so time management is something that is most likely the top concern anyone would have right? Waited in the waiting room for over an hour and then in the consultation room for 30 minutes. The Doctor is quite confident in his work but came across as cocky which was a huge turn off. The paperwork they make you fill out actually tells you to consult your attorney before signing but they want you to sign right there. It tells you that you cannot post anything other than 5 star reviews for any service you receive so we asked the front desk associate about it. Their responses were an embarrassment but obviously they are not attorneys. Just a heads up to anyone reading this! read more
