Front counter woman very knowledgeable and helpful, but that's it. Took new car there for all windows to be tinted cost was $998. Job was done in 1.5 hours. Few days later after tint dried found spot right in my line of view on windshield, driver side window had bubbles, sunroof had hair 1/2 long. 8 out of 11 windows tinted had defects. Made appointment to have fixed. Went back installer refused to correct discrepancies, says he was unable to make issues better because of dust. Installer accused me of having attitude. I just paid $950 on crap work and wanted reinstalled as per warranty claims. Installer refused to reinstall new tint to correct his poor job. Had tint removed and received full refund. Seems like quantity of jobs is this shops motto over Quality of Work. Buyer beware. I have been tinting my windows on my autos for 40 years, never before have I received such poor job quality. I didn't have time restraints as you say Tristan. The quality of work is poor. I had my car retinted elsewhere with same manufacturer of tint, they took 3 hours and I waited for it and guess what, THE PRICE WAS $100 LESS AND NO MISTAKES. Your "STAFF" said it would be no problem if I waited.I didn't lie about the price you told me on yelp, $998 and if I payed with Zelle it was $50 off. Secondly I never said anything to your installer about a bad review, thirdly your installer only wanted to replace the one window, not the 8 that had defects as well. The other review for another shop is really none of your business were you there in my conversation with them. Umm I think not read more

Great pricing, they responded very quickly to my request for a quote. Price did not change once I arrived. They were quick and professional. No pressure was made on any up sell, they provided information on other products but didn't push the issue once I told them I'd like to keep the price the same. Only reason for not 5 stars was because after I asked if they could do a color wrap on the grill of my truck, they said they wouldn't recommend me have them do it because they don't remove parts to wrap them. They were honest in telling me they could do it, but it wouldn't look like I wanted. I respect that, but it didn't make any sense to me considering they advertise color wrapping vehicles. They did recommend and alternate location that could help me better. Either way I was happy with the tint Job. read more

Amazing service! Went into this shop with my wife to get her car windows tinted. Explained what we wanted. We were shown different examples of the available tints. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and took us outside to show us some cars that had already been tinted. We were not very sure whether to go with a 20% or 35% tint. Being able to look at the cars with the different tint levels, outside in direct sun light, really helped us make a decision. We were told it would take a couple of hours to complete the job. Received a text from them approximately one hour later letting me know the car was ready for pick up. I must say, it was around 10:00 am on a weekday. Wife is very happy with the results! Response: I did not wait 1 month to request a refund -I picked up the car on Friday and contacted them the following week. When I called to complain, the girl said "I should have told you..." and I cut her off. Another red flag - they knew something was wrong. The car does not have any luster, sparkling shine - sparkle is definitely diminished/gone. Evidently, conveying this to these people, is like talking to a horse with blinders on. The car does have a heavy clear coat. This business did not provide a copy of any paperwork. Geeeee... I wonder why?! This is the first time I have ever posted a complaint and the first time, in a very long time, that a business I am dealing with, is simply covering their ass. It's a very friendly tucked away place. As a second time returning customer I can confidently say they have a great team of experts to get your window tint or PPF done in a timely manner. I entrusted them with my new-used car and they did an excellent job with no space untinted in the windows. I also have to comment on the price, as I gathered many quotes before coming back and every other place was priced one to two hundred dollars more for the same exact Xpel film. Matt and his team did a great tint job on my 2020 Civic Hatchback! He has had many before and taking off the rear spoiler was no problem. I know other shops have you pay a little extra because of the extra work needed for my model, but I really appreciate that Matt still has the same quality and expertise of those other shops without charging an arm and a leg. The whole tint job was also done in one hour rather than the estimated three. Overall, great experience, attentive customer service and fast! Will definitely be back. read more

My experience with VIP RECON was wonderful. The office staff provided such professionalism and kindness making me very comfortable during my wait, which was less than two hours! My Tesla was transformed and the beautiful tint really makes a difference in lowering the inside temperature so my air conditioning doesn't have to work so hard (saving battery energy). Jr. is a solid, trustworthy guy, and I only trust him with my cars. There was one car I didn't take to him, and I regretted it. Lesson learned. They do not require reservations. We arrived around 10:30 am and there was no one in line as apparently they are extremely busy when they first open. So we missed the rush. The truck was ready about three hours later and we let the windows cure for 48 hours even though 24 hours was recommended. The windows cleaned up beautifully and the tint is perfect. We are very happy with their service and will be back with our other car as well.

once again, Angie and the crew did an amazing job taking care of me. I've had window tinting done 4x through them and I've never had any bubbling or quality Issues. The trim lines have also been perfect. This time I needed some badly yellowed headlights restored and they were able to take care of me the next day. They look brand new! Angie took me through the options on how to protect the newly restored headlights (from various coatings to PPF) and didn't pressure me at all as I was thinking about it. A few days ago I left a negative review with pictures to back up my claims. The owner Matt has no idea how to deal with dissatisfied customers, so he chose to harass me and my husband with endless text messages, phone calls, spamming my business with fake reviews, and threatening us with physical violence. Matt has called me and my husband 56 times this morning between the hours of 9 am and 10 am. Each time threatening to ruin our business and murder us in our sleep. Called in the morning for tint in the 2018 Camry and they said they could take my car right away. Other shops (Fresh Tint) gave me an estimate several days away and VIP RECON's price was significantly less. I showed up, picked out my tint, and was told it would be ready in about 2hrs! I've had about 10 cars tinted and they have always taken longer. I walked to Home Depot, and 2hrs later walked back to VIP. 20 mins after I arrived the car was ready. I got my Mazda tinted almost a month ago. I got an appointment at the same day I called VIP Recon. I'm glad it was quick and good interaction. The pricing is also very reasonable. The only thing I want to say (just for 2019-2023 Mazda owners) is if you are about to tint the windshield you are going to experience a distortion and blurry vision while driving at the night time. Angie was very helpful explaining the type of tints which made it easier to pick. after dropping the car off I received a call later from Angie stating during inspection they found a crack in my rear passenger window. it was hardly noticeable since it was way down in the corner and hard to see.
