I really love this place! First time here and would recommend to anyone. Used yelp and called for a quote, good thing they weren't that busy and just walked in with no appointment (although still advisable to make one) When I came in they got started on my vehicle right away. They say 2hrs usually but there's leeway for it for sure because they finished mine so quick. Also they made sure they cleaned up after the install. Had the xpel prime xr on all windows, windshield and sunroof. They got it perfect and the product was great as well. Overall very happy and will make an appointment soon to get PPF done. This place has no customer service They did my front windshield tint xpel ceramic on my g63 G wagon within a week I noticed bubbles on the left driver corner. I contacted a girl that works in the front. She said no problem bringing it. We will replace it with a new tint A couple months of not having time to take care of it I was able to bring it in today and the owner comes out and using a knife to make pocket holes to get rid of the bubbles. I told him this is an expensive tint. I spent a lot of money on it, and I'm not happy with that pocket knife getting rid of the bubbles. I need you to replace my tint as I was told. The girl was saying yes you could go ahead and replace the windshield tint if you're not happy on the long run, but the husband was saying no we're not gonna issue a refund or replace it.. he said I don't see bubbles because he fixed it with the pocket knife.. And aggressive behavior approaching me Bottom line will do this with an attorney. Do not take your business her their scam bags. If you have bubbles on your ceramic Xpel they will not replace your tint and they will use a pocket knife to fix it. When the bubble areas have been try and it will pill of the tint eventually. They showed zero customer service. They have lied to me and what the action they're going to do on the phone call prior to coming to them as such as agreeing to replace the tint that was not the case. The husband was very aggressive and did not treat customers like a customer more like a street fight street tone attitude aggressiveness. read more

Having moved to the area I was looking for a good window tinting spot for my brand new Tesla Model 3. In the past, I have taken my cars to places in the valley that were top notch and did my tints to perfection. After seeing the reviews, I decided to give this shop a try. What a mistake I made. After the service, they told me to wait a few weeks for the bubbles to go away. Well, after 2 months, they never did and I took it back. There were bubbles on my driver side window and throughout the back. They were able to fix my side window. Then for the back, this is what they said: They said the back were not "bubbles" but it was called "contamination." They said there is no way to get rid of "contamination." She said ALL cars have this contamination. However, in my previous cars, I never had "contamination" that to me look like bubbles. My previous tints when all looks tinted, smooth with not bubbles/contamination. Check out the picture below and you will see the "contamination." She told me ALL her cars have contamination. I have little bubbles/contamination throughout the entire back window. She told me they could remove the tint and try again, but chances on a model 3 tesla was that removing the tint would break the heater lines in the back window. So I guess i'm going to live with the bubbles in the back window... or I mean "contamination." If you have a TESLA, then I would suggest you go elsewhere or you will end up with "contamination". I really wish I would have gone to where I previously did my previous tints and drove 45 min away. read more
