After doing research I narrowed it down to 3 companies who were all within $10-$20 price of each other and the other two had about 4X the reviews mostly positive but EJ took the time out to answer a lot of my questions in detail and put me at ease with my concerns where the other guys gave me one word answers and made it seem like they were out just to make a quick buck. EJ was very easy to communicate with and gave me some pointers about the city. I hired EJ to pick me up at the airport with a meet and greet and then also pick me up at my hotel to take me back to O'Hare. He even texted me the morning of my departure to ask me if I wanted to be picked up a little bit earlier then what we discussed when booking due to traffic being a little heavier than normal. EJ goes out of the way to make sure their customers are satisfied next time i am back in Chicago I will definitely use EJ and I have saved their number in my contact list. There is also an indoor shelter large enough to fit about 50 people - perfect for those below zero Chicago winters. A ticket window is also available inside the shelter. The shelter looks a little 1980s ish and can use some remodeling, but it'll do. There are also seats available inside. Also, there is a cute little bookshelf filled with some books to read, courtesy of the Morton Grove library. Such a cute idea! Lastly, the platforms are spacious enough where people who are waiting for the train can spread out and not feel all cramped. I like this a lot because small platforms can feel a little freaky at times, especially when those speedy express trains zip right by!
