I have been going to this tanning salon for years, have never had any complaints. It's been interesting to watch the changes made over time-this is not just for tanning! They have a good selection of packages, lotions, equipment for tanning, newest addition I think was wellness over the past few years..? I have not tried that yet, & I don't spray tan. I'm more of a go-to-the-beach person or come in for a tan visit. I just happened to go in today as they were celebrating their new remodel. Boy it looks so nice & modern! Love what they did to it! They are now wearing name tags also so I met Sophia today who checked me in. Very nice girl! The manager was there also but I forget his name. He has always been wonderful also! If the prices are above your budget, what I do is usually catch the holiday sales, Black Friday is a great one. They also reward you with discounts, free lotion packets, upgrades when you hit a certain number of visits. I don't live in Oxford, so I buy the visits & they work great for me. Went in to add visits and pressed current deals and the 25 off 100 came right up with no expiration. Young lady behind the counter said they cannot honor. I said well that's the current special with no date she said she needed to call the owner. When she called the owner he said they would not honor and literally right after removed it from the website. I hope that $25 was worth it because you've lost 4 pretty loyal customers and we will never be back. I'm only giving it 2 stars because I do think they're cleaning process and the young ladies up front who are very nice. read more

I purchased tanning package and employee overcharged me by 6.00. I brought it to employee's attention and she said unable to give me 6.00 cash, only can do in-store credit. What can you buy in there for 6.00, nothing, and I wasn't planning on returning as I don't fake bake very often. I said your employee messed up the charge. They refused to reimburse me 6.00 cash. It's not about the money, it's the principle. Your employee screwed up (which happens), but make it right. So they lost my business over 6.00. good business practices, NOT!!!! read more

I still have color from the VersaSpa (level 3 clear) that I did nine days ago. It came out so natural and flawless. Love getting a spray tan here. Doesn't hurt that this is the cleanest most professional tanning salon I've ever been too. Staff gives best recommendations and is friendly and helpful. Always have the newest equipment. read more

I've never reviewed a business and I am honestly surprised it has even come to this. Last September I froze my account here as I started a new job and knew I wouldn't be in as much. Two months later (November) I went back in and canceled my account completely. Just last month (September) I download the app for my bank and realize I had been being charged $55 every month for the past 10 months since I canceled. I immediately went in to talk to the manager who was not available but the girl working there told me "I had never canceled my account" and that "I probably wouldn't get my money back". I never received a call from the manager. I went back in again and left my information AGAIN. I also asked for corporate's number, which I was unable to get. No surprise, I still haven't received a word from the manager. I've called other locations for help. I checked other locations reviews today and this seems to be a common problem. They have cameras. I asked them to check the cameras to confirm that I was in there to cancel. I'm not giving up. If this is not fixed by next week, I have already spoken with a lawyer that is ready to take this on. It is bad business to steal over $500 from a local and never even acknowledge that there is a problem. Like I said, think twice before coming here as I have seen this same review for several other locations. read more

I have been a VIP member for about 7 years, the place is clean and the girls are friendly. Couple negatives- There are ONLY chairs in the rooms with "high pressure" beds...so you have to put all your clothes on the floor if you are tanning in traditional bed. It doesn't take much to purchase some more plastic chairs? The knobs to the speakers have NEVER been replaced to adjust the volume, some of the speakers don't even work. Lastly, I wouldn't recommend tanning the last hour that they are open almost ALWAYS they start running the vacuum! Sounds like a chainsaw in the next room ruining your experience. I have mentioned all of these things over time, never seeing any change. Guess I will be looking for a new tanning place. read more

This is ABSOLUTELY the most amazing establishment I've ever experienced! Not only did the owner spray you personally, but she's able to do it better than practically anyone who has/or does it dozens of times a day. It looked so natural, and the best part...probably the most important aspect of all...I was 100% completely comfortable being stark naked while she was inches from my body. I had a horrible surgery that resulted in ...well...me dying a few times, and an ICU stay for 3 months. Plus, I ended up with an iliostomy bag, and a 10 inch vertical scar that had to heal from the inside out because they can just staple you up. Plus, it took a year to close completely too. It was HELL!! It had been 2 full years since everything happened. So, the summer of 2015 I wanted to look healthy again. After NEVER being naked around anyone, not even my poor husband, I didn't even think twice about it. She's so kind, and can definitely make anyone comfortable! I mean ANYONE! If I was, then I'm quite positive there's no need for anybody else to worry. Trust me!! read more

Before I signed up for a month membership on the 15th of a month I asked the employee if I would have until the 15th of the next month(to be able to tan on the 15th of the next month). I asked very specific because I wanted to be able to tan up until the day of my vacation, I even asked if I would need to wait a day and start on the 16th instead. She told me I could tan the following 15th no problem. (If you ask something like this even if they tell you yes, GET IT IN WRITING!!) I went in on what I thought was my last day of tanning the next month on the 15th and the lady told me that my membership was already up. I explained to her what happened she called the lady I had talked with and the lady acted like she had no clue what I was talking about. Then she called her manager and the manager would NOT honor what the employee had told me. They would not allow me to tan on the last day I was suppose to be able to tan. Due to this they lost a local customer over 1 day of tanning, when I have bought months of memberships in the past. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK!!! Terrible customer service, and terrible that they make you feel like a lair!! I would not recommend going here at all, if you end up going make sure to get every little thing in writing or they will go back on their word! Not to mention when I went in on what was suppose to be my last day they kept me waiting for 20 mins. while they would help other customers coming in even though I was there first.
