He tells me that the car wasn't able to start after jumping it. I asked him why he didn't let me know earlier in the day so I could have coordinated it with the dealership and get my car fixed. Provided no permits for the tow when an employee of the building questioned them as they were leaving. They were so fast that no one noticed until the very end and by the time I was notified I ran down and they drove away pretty after tresspassing onto private property without my consent for a tow and did not leave any documents on how I can get my car back. I have been trying to contact the company asking where my vehicle is and they tell me they cannot disclose that information, this is completely illegal. I was not aware a spiteful ex girlfriend can get a tow company to agree to tresspass into private property and tow a vehicle without the consent of the tenant from the property. They lied to the building manager saying they changed a tire earlier and needed to check on the car, later comes back and admits to lying to the building manager. Now I am stuck trying to get my car back talking to their rude operators who hang up and do not let you finish a sentence. One of the guys said if you have the proper paperwork then show up to our location and we will give you the car, then when i show up... there is literally no entrance unless you call them to let you in so then when I called they told me to go away. The last guy hung up and said sue us, ok, that is exactly what I will do. Shady operation, no paperwork provided, refusing to give vehicle information to registered owner.

Yeah, they do pull some gray business to save you money on insurance claims and they actually saved me about $1000 doing it. That said, the only two insurance companies they will work with to save you money on that level are USAA and Farmer's - because they pay up without trying to haggle on the back end. After rear-ending a very bad driver with my Saab in June of 2009, the aforementioned tow truck driver ran me down to Major Auto Body and I can tell you when I read these reviews I flipped the F out and micro-managed the crap out of the whole process. That proved to be wholly unnecessary. Joe over at Major took great care of my Saab. I got two new tires (my choice of brand), a new compressor, and a new front end for dramatically less than I expected to pay elsewhere. I have since recommended two friends to Major Auto Body and am bringing a third one down in about an hour to have her scraped door fixed for $300-$400 less than the "other guys" are quoting her around town. Oh and Yelp - if this positive review disappears, I'm taking screenshots. Please leave it in place.

Great place- great people- great service- great result- great pricing…read more I have a 2005 silverado and got in a bad accident leaving it sitting on 3 wheels with much body damage and originally took it to another place- got the bid/list of damages then faxed it to them to compare the cost of the job and gave me a wayyyyyyyy better price, saved me $$$$ (a few thousand) and did a great job! Truck runs and looks like it was brand new. As far as customer service goes- Great job guys and thanks for the friendly/great service... Not sure why there are any bad reviews for this auto body shop... These guys made me feel like family and took great care of me. Would come here again as my first choice of auto repair hands down. 10/10 overall expirence In response to some of the other yelp comments- these guys are professionals when it comes to customer service and being objective to get the job done right- at the right price.
